I have been working with Donnie Hofmann at Hayes Handpiece Repair for almost two years now. Donnie has been great to work with, helpful, a great communicator, and never comes across as a pushy sales person. I purchased new high speed hand pieces, had repairs done, and am now looking at purchasing some diamond burs. All of these experiences have been great, and the prices are hard to beat. We use our local Hayes rep (Mike C) for our hand piece repairs and diamond bur purchases. Mike is always available when I call and the turn around time is very fast.

I’ve been using Hayes Handpiece now for at least 20 years and they have been repairing my handpieces this whole time. And they also recently retipped a ton of my older hygiene instruments and did so at a very reasonable price. Every time I use them for something, they do a fantastic job and our rep, Hunter, is always very responsive and happy to help! I highly recommend them!

Sent a handpiece for repair over a month ago and still have not heard back from them. Nobody is available to take a call during regular business hours.Update: Edson finally called and was able to help me out. 5 stars for Edson but one star for the company.
