Stopped on my way home from work. It was very good. Had the famous Double Double, fries and a pink lemonade. No employees were wearing facial coverage, didnt seem to be practicing COVID-19 safety, perhaps they are all vaccinated and do not need to wear them. Otherwise than this, the employees were very efficient and having a great time working together, which was nice to see and hear. Very clean and organized. Food was on point.

Visiting the area for work and the team just had to get some fresh burgers and cheese fries. This didnt disappoint. Plus I went around 11:40 in the morning on a Saturday and it only took about 15 minutes. This place was fully staffed and on point. Great job team!

It was my first time visiting this chain. And goodness, it was good.Straight of the bat you noticed just how busy the location is. Service was great and although food did take a while (understandable, considering just how busy it was) it was well worth the wait.Simply good, although presentation needs to be worked on.

Super great food here, and the staff members were all together helpful and consistent with checking on our coffee refills, and food satisfaction, etc... Id go here again and again... Right down in the Dana point harbor area, so scenery is very nice.... they Allow you to bring in your dogs,🐶 without question, so also a HuGE plus 😄My only negative was my girlfriend ran into her ex, and he held us verbally hostage until our food came out...... my dog snapped at his, no damage done....so that was awkward AF, but no fault on the restaurant 🤩they rock!

Not often do I get to come back to the birthplace of in and out burger. It makes a difference. If you havent tried in and out yet it is time. while the menu seems small there is so much you can customize. lone animal style, love well crispy fries. So many options. Also very consistent food quality between stores. Its not the best burger but one of the better fast food burgers.

I would have given a 5 star if it wasnt for the young Asian boy before Celina started her shift. Everything was excellent except for the cashier guy. I can see the way he acted like he didnt want to be there but didnt have a choice. You can go back and look at the camera and tell. He was breathing hard with sigh of ugh every order. After finishing with someone hed put his hand on his head giving a mini massage like he about to scream. He took my order and did it wrong. I said I only want onions on the burger no lettuce and tomato and yet it came out with it. My partner just like whatever and picked it off and it was wasted. Its the reason I couldnt give it a 5 star. Knowing this Id rather hang in a long line at an in and out burger in San Diego instead of coming to a less crowded and still getting it wrong place

Cashier didnt even smile, ask me how I was or say thank you and furthermore nobody called out my order. She was a younger girl, but it would have bothered me the same if it was a male. Im used to more friendly upbeat service. We can always place an order somewhere else. By all means call out the order number. It was Saturday in the early afternoon and the kids working there just didnt seem very happy. I also thought it was rude of the girl with the dark hair to not do the courtesy of prepping the drink carrier, I didnt even know how to use it. You constantly have to tell them to include the condiments that you asked for because they will usually not include the extras in the bag. Evidently theyre not getting paid enough but at least they have a job. And guess who writes their paychecks?

Overrated in my opinion. Think Wendy’s is about as good. Did enjoy the many people behind the counter working to serve the many customers inside and in the huge car line. Burger was tasty and large foe the double. Tasty fries as well.

Who doesn’t love some amazing burgers and fries? Great price and service for everything yummy. Grilled cheese for the kids and protein style double double great for keto. Never can go wrong here!

2 words... Bomb Grub! The only thing is ITS AN ABSOLUTE ZOO THERE! HOWEVER, the good news is... Its actually not as long of a wait as it looks like its going to be!!! My go-to is: Combo#1 Double-Double,(for newbs or tourists, thats 2meat,2cheese), fries, & Med. drink.

Food was fine. Service was outstanding. Server was extremely friendly and happy (so much so you let your cynical side think they are trying to scam you but then you just realize they are just good at their job) Drive thru lines were long even for a Tues evening.

This location is very efficient with their drive-thru management. Ive never had to wait in a long line at this In-n-out for very long. The food was great and not falling apart. The fries were also surprisingly good for once. I think they may have change their fry recipe. Love it!

Was a tad confused that in the drive thru I was handed open boxes with my food in it. No idea how I would have safely gotten that home had I not had 3 people in the car to hold everything. Staff were great.

Paid cash, didnt ask for receipt. Asked for ketchup, drove off only to see it wasnt provided. Couldnt eat my protein style because it wasnt cooked all the way.

Kids working here are friendly and fast. This has been they best quality of In and Out Ive had in California. Also fastest but could be because I we tbat 9pm.

Lots of outdoor seating. Right near the off ramp to the freeway. Close to the beach!

Always fresh and right off the grill. Extra toasted bun is major key along with light dressing. And ordering the fries slightly soft also is great.

I noticed that the food quality in In-N-Out is always consistent anywhere youd dine (California and Nevada) so thats a given.This branch has more welcoming staff though. We arrived a bit early for their opening time but someone walked to us and asked us if we were waiting; as we said yes, he told us that theyll be opening 10 minutes ahead of schedule so we wont have to wait for a long time.

Great burgers . The fries may famous and fresh BUT they are too thin to hold their heat. And Cold fries are NOT great. Shake is foamy rather than thick.

This is a fast food burger joint that you only find in southern California. They supposedly only use fresh, unfrozen ingredients. They have a very limited menu of burgers or cheese burgers with fries and soda. The burgers are tasty, but I wasnt sure what to think of their fries. While they were fresh, hot and crispy, they were lacking a bit of inner softness. They werent bad, just different.

What a great spot! Had never been to one of these, but I was very impressed! The menu is small but between the burgers and shakes it covered what we needed! Really good food and very friendly service.

Food was good- typical Inn-N-Out. Service was very slow though. I dont think Ive ever been in an Inn-N-Out drive through that long.

Cheeseburger was so good that I took two combos in a raw. French fries are okay, just ask for their SPREAD instead of that disgusting ketchup.

Came in with a large group of students (50+), the staff had all of us served within 15 minutes of our arrival. All of the food was hot and delicious. I would recommend getting the fries animal style, as otherwise the fries can be a bit bland. Definitely will be returning again.

They’re still doing burgers, fries and shakes the right way. As long as they don’t start selling chicken and salad and beans and toys and playgrounds and veggies and fish, they’ll be fine. Keep it simple, do that thing right.

A standard In-n-Out.The burgers are good. Not great, not bad, maybe a bit above average. Not cheap, but not overly expensive either. Fries are made from fresh cut potatoes. Service is relatively quick.Menu is very limited and simple: burgers and fries. I always get my burgers without spread and protien style

Tiny onions and tomatos stampede through the countryside. They are running amuk! Is there anyone willing to stand up to these vegetables? Only one man. Cleader. He can make things right. Hell put these biodegradable monsters back their metal buckets to be consumed. In and Out thanks you Cleader.

Clean restaurant, fast service! This location is great and very convenient when youre at the beach!!There was a bit of a mix up with our orders and one was forgotten about and never made. The manager Raul apologized profusely and made up for it with a free milkshake. Customer service like that is why we will be back!

French fries were really soft and not tasty.Burger okay but nothing special. In my opinion there are better fast food chains to find.Definitely not worth the time spent waiting.

Went out for lunch, oh boy this place is packed and the drive-thru is a typical long line. The food and taste are the same as any In N Out. Even though it was packed the wait for the order wasnt that long. 👍

As a midwesterner, I always hold a special place in my heart for in-n-out. I truly do think Californians take it for granted. Their burgers are simply amazing for the price, time, and scale of their chain. No matter what location you visit the quality remains the same. Its really impressive.My order is always the same: double-double with fries, all animal style, on the burger: sub chopped onion for a whole grilled onion, mustard grilled patties, and extra toasted bun.Cant go wrong.

First time trying this location, and they had all the safety measures in place with everyone wearing a mask. Went during lunch time so the wait was a bit long, but expected. The double double was okay, and the fries were over salted. Still a good in n out, but probably would not go during lunch hour again.

Ordered inside and there were very few people waiting, even at 7:30pm. In fact it was so quick and efficient to order that I forgot I was pescatarian and ordered my old habitual order: hamburger, no tomato, grilled onions, fries, and Arnold Palmer. Old habits die hard. What Id meant to order was the drink plus fries with spread and grilled onions. Completely my mistake, and I didnt realize until I was waiting for the order to come out, but I went back up the employee and he made sure the spread and grilled onions were added, at no extra charge. (I apologized to the cow, but it will probably still wreak its vengeance on me since I havent eaten meat in eight months.)

Amazing how busy this place was yet everything was coming to the counter quickly. The girl that took my order was super patient with me since I was ordering something not really listed on the menu, protein style. Shame we dont have this place in Ohio. A treat for sure when I travel out West for work.
