Wonderful small town hospitality. The sales lady, Rhonda that helped us was amazing. She listened to and respected our budget and didn’t try to upsale us. I left confident that we got the best deal possible. The delivery was fast and flawless, and the delivery guys were extremely polite. I highly recommend this establishment.

The prices are decent and the furniture Ive bought from here in the past was also good. The reason for my 1 star rating is the treatment Ive recently received from this store. Two years ago I moved to Carlsbad and immediately needed furniture. I went to Jenkins and found what I needed.I met Rhonda the mgr and immediately felt welcomed. I made a purchase and came back several times.I recently visited the store again and was treated as if I was not good enough to purchase furniture anymore. I was treated like a second class citizen. Rhonda the store manager whom once was eager to earn my business ignored me. I walked out dissatisfied with the service I received. Ive attempted to call the store to speak to her thinking maybe it was just a bad day. Until Friday January 27, 2017 at 4:00 pm, I was told by the lady answering the phone my business was no longer needed and Rhonda had more important clients to speak with.My advice to you is this. If you want a quick fix on great furniture, this is the place to go. But a relationship with a quality company to spend your hard earned money it is not.

Excellent floor staff that was very helpful but not pushy with the best furniture selection in town. I can honestly say it is a family oriented business! Ill definitely be giving my business to Jenkins Home Center from here on out! I highly recommend giving them your business, you’ll be glad you did!

Every time Ive been to Jenkins Home Center, the store is beautifully stocked and well organized. They have a great selection of furniture for a wide variety of styles. Good quality products and service that cant be beat!

As a first time home buyer I was pretty afraid of buying furniture for the first time, but when I went into Jenkins Home Center I was blown away by the variety of furniture in stock, and also the extremely friendly floor staff. Lets just say I walked away that day with a huge order to be delivered to by house. The price was also unbeatable.

Great selection and customersevoce

We bought a speaker here that broke within one week, and we just chalked it up . Then we bought a wash machine and dryer set there and it broke with in a year . After several weeks of paperwork “losses” they finally sent a repair man out who said several more weeks before parts would come in . They did nothing and couldn’t care less saying their hands were tied repeatedly . I would not recommend this store for anything .
