Eric and the team there are amazing. They were super helpful through the whole experience and always got back to me when I had questions. The 6 seater golf cart we got looks awesome and runs perfect. Eric and his staff deserve more than 5 stars for their helpfulness, and their no pressure sales were fantastic.My wife and I drove down from Westminster not once but twice because Eric was so helpful the first time even though we didnt purchase a golf cart.On the way home we were saying how great the experience was and we both decided that whenever we buy a golf cart, it will definatley from Eric. A couple weeks later Eric let us know he received more inventory so my wife and I drove down and ended up purchasing one. Eric delivered the golf cart to our house and didnt leave until he showed us everything about the cart, and we were completely satisfied. After a horrible experience with another golf cart dealer, I found 357 Golf Carts. Eric and his staff have been responsive and very easy to deal with. was able to order my cart, go in and test drive, changed some of my accessory order last minute with no issues. The cart was delivered to my home, needed a few more adjustments, all taken care of at my convenience, at my home. Loving my cart and the customer service!

After searching for a golf cart and contacting multiple different companies, I finally decided to go with Eric and 357 Golf Carts. I could not be happier! Eric and his team are second to none. They can customize almost anything you want and pay attention to every detail. My wife and I love our golf cart, but we think our dog Rudy loves it more!

Obviously as you read through the reviews most I am guessing are fake, problem in todays world. I immediately had problems which they seemed interested in helping at 1st, it turned into a fiasco that never got resolved. All the extras/accessories I purchased almost died immediately (EG Stereo ect), so I called them around 3/20 after giving up on the initial problems. They yelled & cursed at me in a very threatening manner & said how dare I call them in the middle of a pandemic suggesting you could catch covid over the phone. I didnt want anything for free, I just wanted to get everything working so I could enjoy the cart. Worse is the last time they returned the cart to me there were all kinds of items missing (WHAT !!) they promised to return them to me but of course never did - Total bummer of an experience. Would NOT reccomend !!

I’m not one to write reviews.. or leave a certain number of “STARS”.. especially when my review is begged for.. or worse, included in a negotiation..But these guys are different.. They take the time to explain what they do, and why they do it..Eric is a busy guy, but would always spend a moment with me, (when I know he had plenty to do), to walk me through his process..Taylor is a tech who’s more like a professor, in that he can tell you not only what you are looking at, but why it might make sense to you..Big skill set here that’s very appreciated..And Caitlyn in the office is not only pleasant, but very on task with her follow up..Long story short, I had a great experience with these guys, and salute them for doing what it took to gain my business, my respect, and my positive review.. They didn’t need to ask for it, they earned it..

When searching for a golf cart company to build a golf cart to ship to my dad in Alaska, I was SO fortunate to find Eric at 357 Golf Carts. He was so easy to work with and spent time explaining all of the various custom options. He is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his customers needs. My dad has the BEST golf cart in Alaska. After delivery, we added a few more options, like a gun rack and mud flaps. Eric has always been very responsive to any question or need I have. Bought my cart from Eric 6 years ago and it still runs perfect ! Haven’t ever had any issues and it still looks brand new. Best prices in town and top quality service. They sell a great product. Every time I need maintenance on my cart, they have it picked up, new parts installed and back to me same day, try finding another golf cart company that even calls you back the same day much less same day repairs. They are the best !

Wow, where do I start? I can’t say enough good things about 357 Golf Carts! I bought a used golf cart from Eric seven years ago, and it desperately needed some help after all these years (I use it on my ranch and beat it up pretty bad on a daily basis). Turned out I need a new batteries, cables, etc. As soon as the new batteries came into their shop he be lined to my house and did the work right there on the spot, lightning fast! Couldn’t be more courteous or professional if he tried! I highly recommend this business!

The prices are the best around and Eric always stands behind his work. High quality rebuilds and great service. Even after 3 years, he still comes by and fixes anything we need on the cart. This is my first time writing a review for any business but felt it was a necessity as 357 Carts always goes above and beyond every time I conduct business with them. I have owned my cart for about 5 years now. Best investment I have made in Pacific Beach. I get home from work park my car and just drive the golf cart around for the rest of the day. No need to worry about finding a parking spot late in the evening after running errands. Right off the bat Eric put me in the right cart for an amazing price. A much better price then what my friends were getting at other businesses in San Diego County. My friends were rather jealous that they paid much more for less. They remained jealous as they were able to see what real customer service looks like. Eric and his crew have been extremely flexible with me in terms of picking my golf cart of up for upgrades or the couple times I had maintenance done in the 5 years of ownership. He always responds quickly to my phone calls and repeatedly gives the best advice. He has had the opportunity to make plenty of extra money off of me buy selling me parts I do not need, but has told me numerous times that these parts are not worth it. You will not find a more honest guy in San Diego. He truly wants you to have an amazing experience with your golf cart. To be honest in terms of reflection he has shown me that I can definitely be better as a person and it is highly appreciated. Stopped into 357 Golf Carts for a tire. Eric was amazing. Not only did we buy two tires ( in mint condition) for next to nothing he also let us use his manual hydraulic jack and battery operated variable speed socket wrench.
