Lovely experience coming in to shop here with knowledgeable and friendly staff - they have the Stella&Chewy cat food which my cat adores. They also have a point program with discounts. Gotta support our local businesses!

I’ve been here quite a few times. It’s very close and convenient to my house. As someone who feeds raw and grain free to my animals and has for years, their prices are very competitive and comparable to other areas in the country. I was worried that when I moved to California, I was going to have to spend a ton of money on my pets’ food. That hasn’t been the case. They also order stuff for me all the time. Even if they don’t have it in the store, I’ve ordered stuff all the time, and they always order it for me and call me when it comes in. They’re great.My one cat had issues this past summer, and I was having a very hard time trying to get her to eat. I’d spent a ton of money on different foods, and they gave me samples to try more stuff, which I was so unbelievably grateful for because I’d already spent so much money on my cat’s health issues.Everyone that works here is incredibly friendly and helpful. It just makes going in a nice and fun experience. I’m very thankful to have this pet store so close and for all the employees that work there. You guys are great. I appreciate you!

Such a great selection of products for you dog or cat. Very knowledgeable and always ready to answer any questions you have about the products they sell. PNC in La Costa is such a little gem to know about! They only carry healthy, safe, certified and quite reasonably priced products for both cats and dogs .... and, if for whatever reason your animal doesn’t like it, they will exchange it or refund your purchase OR make a very educated guess on WHAT it is your pet likes, needs, purr furs, by asking the customer the RIGHT questions ! The staff their are ALL EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY and WANT to get you the BEST FOOD for your pet; breed; gender; age,etc.LOVE this pet product place and EVERYTHING they offer! 10 STARS!!!

I love this store and have been shopping here for almost ten years. Their customer service couldnt be better, and they carry quality products. Their prices are competitive so I no longer need to shop around.

This friendly place might look a little cluttered and claustrophobic, but the reason is they have almost everything in stock! No waiting around while they order what you need. My dog Angel and I have been stopping in here for years and its a real pleasure to see the same familiar faces there year after year. Matthew, Heather Lynn and Shasta not only have more experience than a typical corporate franchise employee, but they also clearly put care and love into what they do.

Im so very glad I found this place- and the people. My Maltipoo is albino and had terrible skin allergies.I didnt get her name but there is a person working there that is more helpful than my vet. She helped me get away from chicken in her food and treats. I was already feeding her a limited ingredient diet and she stuck to that and we are now using salmon. Try the store, you wont be disappointed!
