I had Russ Stover the owner, walk the job with me 1 week before Christmas. He said he would get back to me in a few days because prices would be going up at the end of the year. I called his cell phone twice and his office twice and never received a returned call. At this point I feel lucky that maybe I dodged a bullet with that type of customer service. Which is funny because all he raved about is how GREAT his customer service was. HA HA.

Very clean and professional store, didnt try to get me to buy custom things, just advised me. Recommend another store to see of they had what I was looking for.

I have used several AV companies in the past that did not set upmy system so we could fully utilized it. Also very poor customer service when needed help they performed after installed.My experience with AV TV was very good and the opposite of my past experience w other companies. I ordered the custom made cabinets (contemporary) and they turned out beautiful, matching the wood stains from the kitchen. The Sonos system is more powerful and clear as my previous Bose system. The technical set up and support was excellent.

We are a repeat customer from several years ago and decided to upgrade our tv to 4K, improve our surround sound, put Sonos in very room, upgrade the wi-fi network, switch to satellite TV, and purchase the supporting hardware, etc. Even though our project was small compared to other elaborate projects they work on, Russ and his team have been very good in returning our calls and following up with us before and after our installation. We were having some unique and unusual problems with our system and Dane had come out a couple of times to correct our problems and explained how it all works. He never made us feel like we were technologically inept (but we probably are) or that we werent important to them. We are very pleased with our audio visual system and when we are working on projects we can not only listen to any music audio source throughout the house, but also TV station audio with each set of speakers controlled separately or as a group. It is an awesome system. Additionally, we enjoy looking at our collection of photos on the large HD 4k TV screen at any time with the touch of a button. They are very knowledgeable and I really like their quality service for life that comes with your purchase.

Digitainment installed a home theater several years ago. It was such a success, we had them come back and installed another similar setup in our master bedroom. We purchased a home service agreement which Digitainment honored without hesitation whenever required. We recently added a component which Leo, the experienced technician, came and installed. There were several minor problems and Leo came back without charge and fixed it. On other occasions, Ive called the office and a technician walked me through the problem and solved it on the phone. I strongly recommend Digitainment for all home entertainment needs.
