Rattlesnake Customs owner Rick, his wife and his staff are awesome. While traveling through NM on a long ride last week, my bike had some serious and potentially trip-ending issues. I limped my bike to Rattlesnake Customs. Rick and his team stopped what they were doing and jumped in head first to begin helping. I wish I didnt have mechanical issues on the trip. But I can say unequivocally that I received the best customer service experience Ive ever had - not just at a motorcycle shop, but anywhere and I cant be more appreciative. The work performed was done at the highest standard and the amount I was charged was more than fair. I cant promise the Rattlesnake Customs team will be able to drop everything if you find yourself in the same situation, but I can promise that they will try and that youll be treated with complete respect by highly competent professionals and completely honest business people.
