One of the workers was quite rude I asked for assistance with a nicer guitar and he told me I wasn’t able to play it

Minimal selection beyond Fender electrics. We were in the store for 15 minutes, there was a gentleman in the office, said hi and bye, but never got up to help. Ukuleles were not in tune. I would never try guitars without help. Given high ratings we expected better. My wife and I stop at local guitar stores wherever we go and found this experience slightly below average.

Popped in for the first time this week. Not a big selection but good quality guitars that they let you play. Nice collection of accessories and friendly service.

Walked over today at my lunch break to find the store closed. There is a sign on the door saying that they are open by appointment only? That was disappointing. Looks like they have some cool stuff based on what I could see through the window.

The owner is rude and I don’t think he takes his business serious. He really needs to close his doors.

Went there around 1:15pm on a Thursday and the door was locked. Maybe they were out to lunch? Sign says by appointment only on every day of the week.
