Mel and her team did a wonderful job with my new laminate floors and carpet!! When it was estimated to take a full week, they got it done in 2 full days for my 1200sf home. =) The workers were very friendly and polite, and barely stopped to take a break! Very impressed 👏

Jack Laurie was truly the easiest flooring company I’ve ever worked with. Their communication is really what sets them apart. I was always made aware of the state of our project. When our materials arrived and it was time to get our large project started, it was estimated that it would take 7 days to complete. Their team worked quickly, efficiently, and never strayed from a high quality install. And they finished it in just 4 days! We are very satisfied with our experience and will be happy to refer them in the future!

Jack Laurie just completed our master bath remodel. The tile looks amazing. The project took longer than they had expected but they took their time to ensure it was done correctly. It looks beautiful!

Jack Laurie Home Floor Designs excels at customer service. they have a great team from sales to scheduling to installation that are great to work with. Excellent service. Had a small defect in a flooring board I noticed 2 plus years after install. Defect was covered by a rug. When I called inquiring to fix no questions asked except how best they could fix the problem. Sent someone out to replace the board looks great.

We are extremely pleased with the professional services Nina Zinn of the Jack Laurie Group provided in helping us with selections for the partial remodel of our primary bathroom. Being extremely knowledgeable about the her company’s products, she enlightened us about the various types of flooring & which might best suit our needs. With the challenge of working with our existing shower tile color, she made great suggestions for flooring color & wall tile (a stunning wavy tile) which would bring a fresh, updated feeling into our bathroom. We went to several other flooring shops & nothing compared to the flooring color combination and quality at Jack Laurie. We are so thrilled with our new bathroom & highly recommend Jack Laurie!

Amanda O. was excellent to work with to plan out our design and help with carpet selection. Tyler B. did a great job with scheduling, and even accommodated pulling our install date forward. Dont waste your time in this place, they have very bad customer service. If they dont do the installation, they are not willing to help you much.the lady at the counter who helped me even told me that she wasnt able to give any design advice if they were not doing the installation. I didnt need any design advice I was looking for something specific, I just asked whether or not they offered a tile in a polish option..I felt that they were looking for reason to not work with me and be rude.

I had a remarkable experience with Jack Laurie Home Floors. Emily was extremely helpful upfront with samples, measuring and very responsive (and patient) with my many questions along the way. Julia in scheduling was also quick to respond and update us on installation logistics. The installers were courteous and did an excellent job! We love our new floor and would work with Jack Laurie Home Floors again and again.

A very satisfactory experience. Amanda was extremely helpful and patient in the carpet selection process. She gave good recommendations to consider and sent all the specifications I requested. Installation took a little while to schedule but thats to be expected. The crew were prompt and efficient and took proper care moving and replacing our furniture. When our basement flooded our insurance had us use Jack Laurie. We had a great experience. We worked with Amanda. She was very knowledgeable, punctual, and professional. She took care of all the paperwork with the insurance company and made it easy for us.The installers, Cruz and his dear wife, were also very professional, punctual, and above all else efficient and competent. After the carpet was installed they vacuumed the whole thing.Overall, great job!

We worked with Mandy to select flooring for our home remodel. We went in with an idea of what we wanted, and Mandy listened, gave us tons of options, and made thoughtful recommendations that led us to choose something different than we originally had in mind - but we love it WAY more! They are true experts. Definitely not just someone working in a big box or flooring store. The service was top notch - from communication to making sure we had the materials exactly when we needed them. Our last flooring experience was a disaster. This one was a dream. We had no issues at all from beginning to end of the project. We will be going back to Mandy for all of our flooring needs. Highly recommend!!

The installation team that removed the old flooring and laid down the new was very professional and unobtrusive. Also, impressive was the willingness of store personnel to communicate and problem solve.

We were preparing our house to move, and needed to replace a lot of carpet, but wanted to do so at a low cost. When we walked in to Jack Laurie to look around, I thought we would be WAY out-priced by seeing the quality of other carpets on display. However, Dan showed us that there is a section of contractor or flip house carpeting that is nice, but very affordable. We purchased carpeting and installation for 3 rooms, a hallway, and a staircase. We were sent samples, and chose the thicker weight (of 2 weights) for the majority of the carpet, with the lower weight in one room, to allow clearance for a doorway.The installers arrived, and installed all but one room (ordered separately) all in one day. They did a fantastic job, and were extremely nice, aside from being prompt. Our stairway came out fantastic! The carpet is so plush, you would never know how inexpensive it was. It is so nice walking aroung barefoot on this carpet. I wish we would have done this sooner, to enjoy it more for ourselves, but I believe that the quality of this carpet will definitely help us sell our home.I cant give any more that 5 stars, but Katie, Dan, and Isaiah (one of the installers) are worthy of more.

Perfect replacement for the builder grade carpet in my master bedroom. The flooring is the same as the rest of the house.

Jack Laurie put new carpet in my home office. Mallory helped me find a great style. The crew performed the work quickly, and vacuumed when they were done. Looks great! Ill be back.

The customer service and scheduling of tile and trim, Carpet and vinyl took entirely too long, had 2 no shows with which we had to miss work. Apparently they dont care about your time or missing work to accommodate them. Only had 1 tiler to do about 800 sq. ft. Of tile removal and replacement. And didnt cover anything at all. Now we have to have carpets cleaned, ducts cleaned and house thoroughly cleaned.

Amanda, Gus and Ashley were awesome. Amanda was tremendous through the entire process with her communication and professionalism.

I’m very disappointed in the customer service after the wrong flooring was installed in our kitchen. The manager can not confirm if the flooring was boxed wrong by Mannington or if they installed the wrong floor. He has been “researching” this problem for about 8 weeks and still no resolution. We have also been waiting for transition pieces to be installed to finish out our floor, it’s been 4 weeks since we’ve ordered them, still waiting. Phone calls to the manager do not get returned. I would never recommend this store for a project.

I recently had new carpet installed and it looks beautiful!! The Installers, Tirzo and his crew, did a fabulous job. They were very polite, courteous, and careful coming in and out of the house and they kept everything cleaned up as the worked from room to room. They vacuumed each room upon completion and took all of the old carpet, pad, and scraps with them. Tirzo took the time before they did any work to walk through the rooms with me and go over the seam layouts and make sure we were all on the same page with how the Carpet would be installed. Once the install was complete, Tirzo walked through the rooms with me again and had me look over everything to make sure I was happy with the Carpet and their work. This is by far one of the best Carpet crews I have ever worked with. Scheduling with Gus was easy and the installers arrived on time. I highly recommend using The Jack Laurie Group and their Install Crews.
