Did an online order and went to the store for pickup at time that was stated during order. Sign on door said they were temporarily closed. As I was leaving store employee was pulling up. No big deal. Go in and she couldn’t find my order. Went to the back made a phone call. Still couldn’t find my order. So I pulled my order up on my phone. She went back and came out with my order. It had no card or anything else. She went to the back to get the cheesecake that went with it. Luckily as I was standing there I looked at the fruit and the strawberries were covered in mold, the pineapple was white, and green apple was brown. The employee came back and I showed her what was on the platter. She apologized. At that point I just wanted a refund bc she had no other option to send me with. I had been there 30+ mins with nothing. So she then tried giving a refund and couldn’t bc the system was “down”. She said she could call her manager Ericka or I could the following day and get it resolved. So I will follow up tomorrow. I understand staffing shortages are everywhere, but this was completely unacceptable to try and sell.

I ordered an edible fruit arrangement and a flower bouquet to be delivered to my wifes workplace.The fruit arrangement was delivered but the flower bouquet was not. I called the store and left a message and also filled out a request on their corporate website. No one returned my call. I called a week later and reached an employer who in turn sent me to the store manager who said they remembered going to my wifes workplace, but I still had to adimentaly state that the flowers were undelivered. Giving 3 stars here because the store manager did correct the situation. They offered to deliver the flowers same day (granted...a week later) and they added free box of chocolate strawberries. I took them up on it. However, the flowers were not fresh. They looked a bit dated. This probably falls under the category of they are working with what they are given (as far as the flowers). On a positive note....My wife did love the fruit! Thanks to this location for correcting the delivery. Finally, I do want to state that I ordered a same day delivery. Im sure that is a daily frustrating request for businesses that deliver.

I ordered an arrangement for a long-time friend that was grieving the lost of a parent. The order was delivered in less than 24 hours and looked beautiful! She said it brought tears to her eyes. Thank you so much for the beautiful arrangement and the quick delivery!

I received an edible arrangements delivery as a thank you from a friend, and I was very disappointed, the box looked like it was cobbled together from pieces from other arrangements. Some of the dipped strawberries were over ripe and mush inside and starting to ferment. the dipped apples had been pulled of of skewers and placed in the box.I have sent out 3 arrangements this year for a new baby, an 80th birthday, and a funeral and if this is the quality they received I would be down right mortified and embarrassed.

I accidentally ordered the wrong item - I noticed once the store had closed. I called the next morning to get my ordered corrected since it was for delivery for the next day. Savannah was so pleasant in helping me out. I confirmed the exact item I was needed, she corrected my order & was able refund me the difference. I was so pleased with the customer service that was provided. Thank you Savannah for making this such a positive experience!

I have received edible arrangements from other locations without problems, but today had a horrible experience with the Carmel location. My husband placed an order for me for Valentine’s Day, it was supposed to be a large bouquet which costed $70. That is not what he received. In fact, it was much smaller and looked worse until he showed them a picture of what the large was supposed to look like and they added a couple more strawberries (as seen in the picture). I could’ve gotten this quality from Walmart for significantly less. When picking up at the time scheduled, he waited a full hour before being helped. There were MANY people here waiting for that amount of time to receive their orders, and many people who were receiving the wrong orders. The manager was rude and seemed to be very impatient with costumers, not caring about the quality of service or product. I wish my husband would’ve asked for a refund instead of bringing this home. We will never waste our money here again as it was a terrible disappointment.

Probably the worst experience Ive ever dealt with when it comes to ordering something when Im 3 hours away from the store and going to meet somebody in another state and I get to the store to pick up my order and its only half complete. The second half of my order which was supposed to be The Gourmet Apple salted caramel shareable. I get to the store and they have the apple slices put on a plate with like a dollars worth of grapes on there and tell me that they dont have the box for the apples and so the order couldnt be finished so they just replaced it with this without even calling me and asking me if that was okay. I asked the girl if theres any way to fix it and she says no and tells me shes the only person theyre working. Then I asked her about a refund and she said she couldnt do that without calling her manager the next day. I had to go to another business and get cupcakes to make up for what was missing in my order just to save face somehow. Make sure to pass on this business if you ever need anything done correctly as I will not be doing any business with him from this point forward. Hopefully I get my refund back cuz it shouldnt be my job to call the store or the manager to make sure it went through.

I ordered two boxes of chocolate covered strawberry’s on the 13 of February. I was ensured that my order would be ready for pickup by 5pm on Valentine’s Day. I spoke with a gentleman on the phone who placed my order. He accidentally twice deleted my information. I finally got my order place and I asked for the address for pickup. I sent my significant other whom which they were for to pick up and he was informed that they were not at that location but the one in Carmel. He then drove out of his way the second time to be told the same thing. Representatives would not give a refund for the full amount and then asked more than once for my significant other to come back and pick up. Over all, an awful experience. I recommend that employees have better communication. Working for a company who has no communication is almost a non functioning company. Which I experienced.

We love stopping in for fresh fruit smoothies! They are delicious and so incredibly healthy! It’s always nice to stop in and be greeted by name. And the dipped chocolate pineapples...simply divine! Thank you for making our days more special, Edible Arrangements!

I purchased an edible arrangement online to be delivered on Valentine’s Day, but it was delivered on the 12th. I spoke to two people at the Carmel location. They were both very sincere and said they would have the manager call me back. Taylor the manager, called back with an attitude and the majority of her information about the situation was incorrect. Taylor said she’s pretty sure I picked the wrong date for delivery and there is nothing they can do for me. She told me since I didn’t pick a Valentine’s Day arrangement that there’s no way they would deliver it on Valentine’s Day, but the website doesn’t say that anywhere. Also, she didn’t have time to check the website to make sure it said that or not. She was very condescending and no help. My girlfriend’s surprise was ruined.

I’m so upset, my mother was supposed to get her delivery on Valentine’s Day because I knew she would be alone and down all day. My delivery never made it. I never received a phone call or message notifying me as to why my purchase never made it on time. I paid extra on delivery fee to ensure it arrived on Valentine’s Day. Finally, I called myself and was told the manager would call me back. She never did. I finally got ahold of her and she mentioned she would waive the delivery fee and add a teddy bear in. A day later my mother received the Valentine’s Day gift with non teddy bear or waived delivery fee. How many times can a company mess up. I highly suggest purchasing somewhere else if you want to surprise someone special.

Always looking for something besides an impersonal gift card for my adult siblings. Thought how unique it would be to send Edible Arrangements to my sister in law for her birthday. I added a balloon which my niece loved. She was very touched with the thoughtfulnesss and loved the fruit.

This place was awful, they kept saying how everything was guaranteed to arrive before Valentine’s Day, it is now the 16th and I still don’t have my order. I tried talking to the manager only to be hung up on. Folks, if you want a nice experience with an edible arrangement, go to one in Maryland.

I ordered an arrangement and called multiple times to confirm that they will be on time for Valentine’s Day. But my arrangement didn’t get delivered until the following evening. I tried speaking to the manager and she was rude to me as well. I wouldn’t order from here. My Valentines was ruined and it was because I made the mistake of thinking a company this well known would make a delivery on time as promised. It’s upsetting. Especially when the manager herself can’t be respectful.

Ive used them for surprising my my wife in previous times. I just cant understand the issue with getting the delivery out in a timely fashion.Ordered Valentines Day arrangement at 10 AM, only for it to be delivered at almost 5 PM. This isnt prompt service and its getting to be an issue.For the money spent, the service and delivery should definitely be much better. Certainly wish there was a competitor.

I tried to order an arrangement for my parents anniversary but never got through. I was on hold for about 46 minutes, then tried to order from website & it wouldn’t let me order what I wanted to. Instead it gave me options of other items, then couldn’t set of delivery on the open dates available.

TOTALLY DISFUNCTIONAL STORE ! Ordered in January a Valentines special arrangement to be picked up at Carmel Branch at 5:30 on Valentines Day. Like everyone, I was told that my order was getting ready. After 1 hour of waiting, I was told by the manager that my order could not be processed because they did not have one of the fruit for the arrangement. And I had to wait an other 30 minutes to get a confirmation of the refund. Needless to say that there were a lot of unhappy customers in that store that day ... Very sad sight on a Valentines day ....

On mothers day my son sent me a mothers day special package of a dozen strawberries a balloon and a bear. Late afternoon when deliver finally arrived, NO BEAR!When my son ask how I liked the bear, I said What bear? Since they were already closed, on Monday morning when were able to call...the response was ok I have refunded 14.00 for the bear. No apology, no asking if that was what I wanted or did I want the bear my son had sent me for mothers day...just that is biz as usual. WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for that kind of uncaring service! NEVER EVER use them again.

I started working there last week, the manager (r) is so mean, she gave me horrible training and expected me to open and close by myself, she pays Pandora on her phone and my doc called me and she told me, I’m annoying her, she continued to be super mean to me for no reason, I’m much happier that I left, they needed some one on Sunday desperately, so much they were throwing me in there to open and close after 4 days...I was under so much pressure that I walked out..horrible, mean management
