Today the store was not open at 6am. A line of people were waiting to get in. The doors opened at 6:05 am. I had to pick up something for work and was told this would be opened on time!! Good thing I new what I was needing and where to find it.

Havent been here in a while and the stores appearance and organization has changed. I moved here 2 years ago and used to go to the ghetto location on Washington street and have never seen it as bad as this location. All the shelves look like a wreck, and overstock is out of control. Reminds me of the chaos you see at a mom & pop International grocery store. This review only reflects grocery. I did not go in other parts of the store. WHAT HAPPENED HERE? Im sure Covid will be the excuse.

It was nice. Store was clean and well taken care of

Clean and organized. Lots of fresh produce. The clothing section for all ages leaves much to be desired. Not enough clearance in clothing. Cosmetics and personal care are well stocked. The store can get very crowded. Not nearly enough floor associates around, so if you have a question, you have to hunt someone down. Most price scanners are gone. Fishing supplies are good, and some live bait is available. Final thoughts, the store is a bit too small for the area, and some departments are understocked. More floor associates needed. The staff is often scare, but friendly.

The bathroom was unacceptable for Noblesville. First bathroom was disgusting.My daughter in law was checking out and the pictures I took of tall white man treated her extremely unprofessional. He lingered behind her constantly as if she were going to steal. She DID NOT ask for assistance so as to why he continued to stand behind her or 3 feet away is questionable. It felt racially charged. The store was ok other than that.

We were just at this store for a return. We were told it was closed due to staffing issues. The lady we asked double checked with a customer service manager. We were informed it would be open again tomorrow morning at 8am. I asked if they could check to be sure so we didnt have to come all the way back just to have the same issue (because they never answer their phones anymore or just hang up on you by accident). The one lady didnt say a word and walked away from us. The customer service manager quite literally turned her back on us! How incredibly rude! The treatment we got was horrifying! Since when did they stop doing returns at the registers? Since when has Walmart ever allowed a store to completely shut down the customer service department! Clearly there was at least one of them there because she turned her back on us!

The customer service is absolutely amazing. The reason I am only giving it a two stars is because it never fails Everytime I go shopping they never have everything I need, their shelves are always empty the coolers are always empty.... They sick at keeping everything stocked up

Clean and bright store. Orderly and prices are well marked. A little difficult to find things. Directional signs arent always complete or helpful here. Hard to find help in some areas. Otherwise nice.

This Walmart location has an excellent selection of affordable infants and children clothes! No winter coats were available for 5-year-olds yet. Im sure they will come out later in the season. The casher was slow as snot! So budget extra time for your trip if you are buying a lot!Pro-tip, Carters is next door if they dont have all the infant sizes you need. Also, Target has a more extensive children selection, but its more expensive.

They were extremely busy and only 2 registers were open, the self checkout line was 20 people long and they refused to open any more registers. The customer needs to be able to shop for what they need and check out without waiting in line for 35 mins just because you dont want to open another check out lane!

I used to work at this Walmart back in 2018 and it was never a bad store. Lately all their staff and management hasn’t been doing there job, food not stocked right or anything. I bought two boxes of uncrustables because me and my wife and daughter love them. Well little to our knowledge they were expired, also the same with our banana twins. People beware and watch for the expiration dates of all good you buy from them. And the managers are very rude, and disrespectful

For what ever reason they have cut staff so badly if you need help you are on your own.Those working there are wonderful and try very hard to get things done. They are spread to thin.Its been a great store but now theres no service usually.

Walmart sure isnt what it used to be, the lack of help is everywhere and while the employees do their best it simply isnt enough for this area of ppl, the customers seem far and above what other stores may come across, in short they seem more entitled. Which makes this store hell on earth

Beautiful Wal-Mart

The 2 meat breakfast was very disappointing. The plate was virtually empty when it arrived and the sausage and eggs were cold. Will not be heading back for breakfast any time soon.

Clearly this is not a locally important store. The bathrooms are disgusting. The rest of the store is clean, but definitely not what Im used to seeing in Walmart where most people do most shopping.

The lower prices are not a compensation for the disgusting customer service. I have never seen such rude employees at the customer service counter anywhere. I did come across some decent cashiers - but customer service reps set the tone for customer experience when things go awry. I have decided I’m willing to pay twice the price at another store if I have to - for maintaining my self respect

Typical walmart, but needs a better management team on a Sunday. Poor Art was being ran ragged by his own people and customers. He needed some assistant to help him out but there wasnt no one.

Lines a bit long, but they had everything we needed

At this store nobody answers the phone anytime of day! Pretty damn sad when you have to call the pharmacy to connect you to the bakery about an order you placed. Then you get bounced around from department to department or hung up on. When I finally got through to bakery I guess the order I placed wasn’t placed even though I received a text confirmation confirming the order as I was told and I had to submit another order.

Had a cart full which I left without purchase. Minimum cashiers and maximum lines. I rarely go to Walmart and when I try to, I am quickly reminded why...

Its kind of a small Walmart, but it has generally everything you would need. Some stuff was out of stock (like distilled water for my in-laws CPAP machine) and some stuff doesnt seem to be sold there at all (like cookie dough).

Located what I needed. A lot of staff were stocking shelves. A lot of nostrils were hanging out over the top of masks. I checked out at self check out without difficulty.

Was told I had to have a face mask ( even though I had one in my pocket) went to put it on and the greeter continued to tell me to put it on NOW PLEASE. Its not the law to wear masks and your employees should know this. She had no idea if I had respiratory issues or anything about me. She also let my brother in law walk through the entire store without one on.

Absolutely DISGACEFUL, SHAMEFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I supposed folks just decided to just go home without processing nor delivering my Walmart delivery order!! I placed an order around 2pm today 5/11/2021 for a delivery time slot of 7-8pm not only did I not receive my $150 worth of food(that included dinner for the evening) I had to call Walmart corporate customer service an THEY told me that drivers kept declining the delivery and to add to my further irritation, the employees in the grocery and delivery department NEVER EVEN started the order. I received ZERO communication...So as of 10:40pm I am sitting here at home with my PAID groceries sitting inconveniently on the store shelves. Please believe me when I tell you the store manager will be called first thing in the morning and will get a professional earful of my disappointment in this store.

Great inventory. Needs to be cleaner. Bathrooms are hot or miss. Floors and items all over. Staff isn’t very friendly or helpful, but it’s Walmart. Craft area is getting much better. When you scan Clearance items they say item not found almost 8 out of 10times. Forget asking for help finding something. Most employees are not awareOf the surroundings.

For such an ideal location, I am surprised Walmart has not expanded and updated this store. The fresh food section is very good. But I think overall the store feels cramped compared to Noblesville and 96th Street locations. It also felt very picked over.

The vision center is open on Sunday but nobody is there. The sign said open at 12 noon but it an absolute waste of time to go on Sunday because theyre never open or the doctor isnt in.

It was smaller than the super Walmart I usually go to on 86th street but in a way it was easier to shop with out having to walk so far. I wasnt used to where things were and they did have some things I was looking for, but Ill be back there again as it is close to where I am temporarily staying.

Grocery Pick Up Late 3 Times in a Row. Their app and grocery pickup ceases to be useful when Walmart doesnt hit the pickup times that it promises on the website. I dont blame the young kids delivering groceries at all; they seem to be moving as quickly as possible. Walmart appears to have a systemic problem of over-scheduling them, which inconveniences customers when their groceries arent ready on time. Bottom line, the scheduling assumptions on the website need to be changed (# of orders filled per hour) or staffing levels need to increase. If something doesnt get fixed, then customers will switch to competitors like Kroger, Amazon, Peapod, etc.

One of my favorite store.

The pick up service is way understaffed! One night I had to wait almost an hour for my groceries. It was the first time it had happened so I thought it was a one off. The next week I was there over an hour and finally had to leave - told the staff I would be back the next night and had to wait again that night over an hour. That order will be my last. I feel sorry for the employees because it is not their fault that they are letting too many people come during the same time slot. And the website should warn you when you sign up for your time that you may have to wait that long.

Had a hard time getting ahold of anyone over the phone. Stopped in the store around 7:30 one morning. The greeter at the door was not friendly. I asked her one question about my exchange. Customer service was not open this early in the morning. I asked if she would mind taking my item since customer service was not open yet. She snatched the item from me and said I dont expect you to hold it until it opens. Will be returning my item and no longer shopping at this walmart

There was a lady at the front of the store. The person I was with and I both realized it before a word was said, that not even 10 minutes prior, we had seen her at the front of Meijer just down the road. It was nearing closing time, so I highly doubt that there was a shift change. I have no other conclusion to come to except that this lady clearly holds the key to some sort of black-hole vortex portal.. thing... That gives her access the into a different dimension and controls space and time, in some way shape, or form. I dreamt about tesseracts later that night... Coincidence?!?

My groceries for pick up were supposed to be ready between 4-5pm. Got the email that they were ready at 6:25pm. Its 7:15pm now and I still dont have my groceries. Hire people? Ill pay the $5 charge at Kroger from now on.Edit: this is the 6th time Ive tried this service at this Walmart, only once was my order ready when it was supposed to be hence, my review.

Nice store and easy to find things

I do not go into this Walmart very often, but sometimes its the only place available with what I am in search of. I recently went their to fill my water and the water area was a disaster. I dont understand why the general public feel that it is okay to have a picnic in the store without purchasing their food first and then also leave all of their trash piled on top of the water that other people are going to Walmart to purchase. The complete lack of disrespectful for the Walmart employees and the complete lack of self respect for themselves and the rest of us is absolutely appalling. I hope the store management decided to start caring about how they run their store someday and start paying attention to what is going on. This is just one of many incidents that continue to happen at this location.

Walmart was sold out of the electronic therapy equipment that I was on search of. It was late and the cashier was trying to shut down his register but the customer in front of me was struggling to pay him. Tge cashier was very polite and apologized for making me wait. The frontline manager came over and picked up my items and rang them up so I dusnt have to keep waiting. Both cashier and and manager both were concerned for holding me up for so long. I appreciated their courtesy.

This store had tons of employees walking around but no one to help customers who needed paint. Had them call for somone. After an it of waiting I gave up. The other customers are pushy dont know how to social distance and crowing oters. Wont come back to this Wal-Mart again. Epic fail as a store and experiance.

I know Wal-Mart catches a lot of flack, but I personally love it. The prices are the cheapest in town (for certain things), the employees are always kind, & helpful, and they have super cute baby clothes!

Only self-serve checkouts were open at 9pm. The line to check out reminded me of Black Friday. It took 20 minutes to get to the front of the line. In other parts of the store, workers were huddled up talking. Some were stocking shelves. Will never visit this store again.

Automotive supplies but no check out. Replacing the battery meant carrying the old with me, then core fee required customer service unavailable at the normal check out. They handled everything well, but definitely not convenient.

2 cashiers working that were super slow. I now know why I had rather go to Meijer and spend a little more and enjoy better service. It was my first and last time in Walmart all year long.
