Emma and I had our first consultation with Kara yesterday 8/9/21 at Phases with Kara. We were late to our appointment, totally our oversight. I apologized and offered to reschedule I wanted Emma to have her appointment. Sunny is so pleasant to talk to on the phone and more amazing in person. Kara worked with both Emma and I together as one appointment. Kara is so kind and helpful, she is a great Aesthetician. Kara made both Emma and I feel so welcomed and comfortable. Honestly we both felt like we where visiting with a good friend. Kara gave us several treatment options and skin care product suggestions and. We both really enjoyed our appointment and never like we had to decide on a treatment plan or purchase any products. We both did purchase skin care products and are very happy with everything. We enjoyed the entire experience and cant wait to return to Phases to pamper ourselves with another mother daughter day out with Kara!!!!

Sunny is always welcoming when you walk in. Sunny always makes sure my customers needs are met. She assures that if I need to make an appointment we do that before I leave. She checks to see if I need any products. Sunny keeps me advised of when Paula will be Ready for me. Paula & Sunny are role models for the kind of professional staff you want at Phases. Between Sunny & Paula I am very well cared for.

I had an appointment on Saturday and sat for 29 minutes before anyone told me my esthetician was not coming. I graciously allowed them to reschedule me for today. Well unfortunately today was the first snow and I was behind 2 accidents which made me 15 minutes late for my appointment. Do you think this establishment showed me grace...absolutely not. What a poor testimony to customer service never will I recommend this place. Always remember people talk more about a bad experience than they do a good one.

These folks were very considerate, and more than helpful in removal of my cyst on my forehead.Outcome after all done and said, removal of stitches, looks extremely normal. Excellant surgery! Emily( surgeon), was Fantastic.Not enough adjectives to describe how great she is.

Such a wonderful staff. So welcoming and they really help educate you on your skin and daily routine. They offer wonderful facials and so much more. I definitely recommend Phases!!

I look forward to any appointment I have at Phases! Always feel welcomed and appreciated! But if I had to choose just one of the remarkable staff to spend my time with, it would be Kara. She is so knowledgeable about the services and products and align them with what works for me. And, she is just plain nice!

Sarah is the best esthetician ever sweetest person ever i trust her and she always does an amazing job every single time i go to her. Best place to go very relaxing and good atmosphere and safe and clean. Sarah is the besti recommend her to everyone!

I was very excited to try this place as I had received a gift card for an $85 facial. When I called to schedule, the lady was very rude on the phone, and couldnt (possibly wouldnt) get me in for over a month. When I arrived, the desk staff was friendly, and I only had to wait a few minutes to be called back. The aesthetician asked me what my concerns were and I said I didnt have any. She then asked what brought me in and I told her I was in for a facial. She became irritated and said they had me down for a consultation, and I told her I had scheduled a facial. Still irritated, she said she would check her schedule to see if she could do it. She came back to the room, and she said could do it, but it takes 45-60 minutes. I didnt have other plans, so that was fine with me. During the treatment, I could tell she was rushing things. She did very few extractions, didnt leave the mask on long, and did a short massage. When she was done, she told me she had put sunscreen on; thats fine.I had arrived in the parking lot at 9:22, and I was back in my car at 10:08. Not worth the money that was spent! Furthermore, when I left, my eye was irritated, and when rubbed the corner, my finger came away with foundation on it, and I dont wear makeup!!! I got home and had to wash my face to get all of the foundation off my skin.I wont be going back here as it is not a good value for your money.

Professional personalized care!

I go to Dr. Turkles skin care center, Phases, every couple of months for a facial. They are great people and they give great service. Very professional and knowledgeable - not like you find in a strip mall spa. Their medical knowledge makes the difference.

I had the most amazing experience here! Paula gave me an awesome dermaplane facial and now my skin feels and looks amazing! The best part is I did not break out afterwards! This was the first time this has ever happened after a facial. I will be back!!

Tried getting a laser treatment done for my acne scars and after treatment and having one left. They said, they would be contacting me soon, but instead chose to ignore me and not get back. I would like to think they care about the customer after spending $1700+, but it was not like that at all.

They have solved a variety of my issues from acne, anti aging and sun damage
