It has been a pleasure working with Dental TI from purchasing our Morita CBCT, to installation and training and now with the support. Whenever I need something, they are always Johnny on the spot- easily accessible and always have solved whatever issue I was having.( I usually forgot something)Recently, Texas updated the regulations so that we have to calibrate the unit every three months. Luke was incredibly helpful in guiding us through this process and training our team. Its so nice to have them on our team!
Having come over to Dental TI once Suni went under...all i can say is these guys are amazing...first of all...when you call for support...wait time is near zero...someone is always available...and secondly....whomever picks up the phone for support is always knowledgeable...there is no need for escalation or call back...they all know their business and how to handle any issue.When I need my next set of sensors...i will be calling these guys...Absolutely 5 stars!

Dental Ti placed our first cone beam approximately five years ago. Our office was small (only three ops) and they had to squeeze the cone beam into one of the ops, which they did. We have since renovated, expanding to five ops with now a dedicated site for an updated cone beam model. Cant imagine practicing without a cone beam. Dental TI did a great job for us and they are always there with excellent support whenever we need it. Highly recommend Dental TI.
David Hanning was awesome. He got my old Suni sensors working with my new cloud based software. I will definitely use DentalTI as I expand the technology in my dental office!

Dental TI is awesome. We have been customers of theirs for our dental office since 2015. Their X-Ray vision software and sensor selection has truly made our daily practice life easy for dental imaging. I cant imagine using anyone else. The support from David, Chris, and the guys is second to none.

Have worked with Dental TI now for going on 4 years and they have not disappointed from day 1. They sold me a digital imaging sensor when I first got introduced to them and since then, Ive bought 2 more sensors from them. Admittedly, there were some hiccups in the beginning with software, connectivity issues, etc but thats where Chris B. and David H. were great. They set up times to remotely walk me through the issues and were always kind and helpful. Throughout the years Ive had other technical hiccups (because Im so computer illiterate) and theyve been again, very gracious in offering their help to fix my issues. Recently, Ive dealt with Luke who was also super nice in fixing my technical issues. I wouldnt hesitate to give these folks my business moving forward. The hardware is simple to buy. Where Dental TI makes is difference is their personal hands on guidance that you cant get from a brick and mortar or Amazon. Thank you everyone at Dental TI!
These guys are the best! They have a team of all very qualified individuals. If you are frustrated with the quality of your images give them a call. Luke told me today sensor optimization is one of his favorite projects. For me it is on of my most frustrating. They understand the world of dental images and what we are trying to see day in day out. Great to have them available.

DTI has been great. I bought a handheld xray unit from them. Their price was very competitive but their service is what sets them apart. Their service has been exceptional. Luke is always there if we have an issue to help us get back on track. I highly recommend them.
I must say we are very pleased with Dental TI! We recently had issues with our CBCT computer and Chris was such a big help! Chris was very patient when it came to steps that I needed to take to help him. Im not the most computer savvy person, Chris was great guiding me through my part! Not only do they have the most reasonable prices on the market, their customer service goes truly above and beyond. I had an issue with our sensors late Friday evening and had a full day scheduled for Saturday and Luke was absolutely amazing about figuring out that the issue was our recent update to windows 10 and getting it fixed in time for us to see our patients uninterrupted. Highly recommend working with them if you are considering upgrading the technology in your office!

Davids commitment to training and education is why I will never involve anyone else in my decision-making and purchases of digital radiographic technology. He or one of the very capable members of his team are always ready and willing to assist us, often by remotely logging into a workstation here in the office. I just purchased a J Morita X800 F40 for my practice limited to Endodontics. Mr Hanning the owner of Dental TI was very understanding and willing to give me the best price. Also before making the purchase he spent over an hour on the phone with me demonstrating online how to use idixel. Of course there were a few issues with the install & the training but Dental TI has an amazing team that is always available to fix any issues. I am also very grateful that Mr. Hanning himself and his team members are always available to help with reading the scans and critiquing the acquiring techniques.They provide lifetime personal support which is unsurpassed in the industry. I was very hesitant to use a small company compared to Patterson, Schein & Benco, but thank God I have been very pleased with their excellent service & I would highly recommend Dental TI.Thank you Mr. Hanning for your continued help & making such a big investment worth while.
Dental TI is great with their support and that is why I took notice of them while I was looking for my CBCT. I was impressed by my colleagues remarks regarding their efficiency with supporting their equipment. I was considering a few CBCTs but the difference was their guarantee and follow up regarding their machines. We had an issue because we didnt have a dedicated line supporting the CBCT and the machine was tripping off. They immediately responded with techs coming out and thoroughly going over all computer boards, replacing them and adding the dedicated line, and recalibrating our CBCT when they were done. They also support us in teaching my staff all aspects of this machine and respond immediately when we have additional questions. Im very happy to have spent the time and listened to my fellow dentists experiences before making a wise investment.If you are at the point of purchasing your CBCT they are reliable and will help you with financing as well. Our experience has been nothing but positive so far.
