Clevernest was great. I highly recommend them. We installed larger Andersen windows which made for a more complex install. It became more complicated when due to the pandemic they lost one of their prime installers. Tom, the owner of Clevernest, took personal responsibility to rearrange schedules and find a trusted installer. They delivered and installed the windows when we absolutely had to have them to avoid a major set back in our kitchen remodel. I give them A+++ for great customer service and outstanding quality of all materials and workmanship.

The Clevernest team was amazing. The new windows have made a huge difference in the appearance of my home. They installed a new door as well which was also a big improvement. We just met with Joe fromClevernest and he is a true gem of a human. The most kind and honest stranger I have ever met. When he left my husband and I wanted to be his best friend. He could tell I was totally out of my depth when it comes to needing new windows and that i lack any and all window knowledge at all. I have met with several window sales people over the last few weeks and each one was more painful than the last. Not Joe, he has more knowledge and understanding about windows and installation than I’m sure most people in the industry. He told it like it was and didn’t force me to sit through an exhausting sales pitch, he didn’t even have a sales pitch and told me exactly what would be best for our home, and because my windows weren’t what he was expecting based on my neighborhood and the history of windows installed in these homes when originally built (because he knew all of that) that maybe a company I had met with previously would actually be a better option. Him just telling me that made me want to pay more for his product. When we moved here from Texas 2 years ago we heard all about Hoosier Hospitality and Joe is a prime example of just that. Then I mentioned something about my door being a hassle since we moved in and he fixed it, no questions asked, just because he could.If you are in the market for anything Clevernest has to offer call them first. You can’t go wrong.

We hired Clevernest to put in a new glass double french door in our basement. We looked at four other businesses and found Clevernest to have the best prices, warrantees and customer service. Joe Bishopo came out to our home and measured for our door very precisely. The workers came and installed it about two months later. Both Joe and the workers were very professional, extremely friendly, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Clevernest is just a really great business to work with and we recommend them highly to do anything with doors and windows in your home.

Consultant was knowledgeable and thorough, gave an honest assessment of lead time. Door arrived more or less on time and install was scheduled that week. Install was on time and quick, with zero mess left behind. The new door looks great!

We couldnt be happier with our new windows!One of our windows had significant damage from the original builders error which we didnt find until the window was removed on day 1. Clevernest brought in an experienced construction crew to repair the error and the damage and the entire 5 bedroom, 2 story house was completed by day 3. If you are shopping for window replacement companies, make sure you ask if the entire window frame will be replaced - down to the studs. If they dont plan to remove the window frame, dont use them. This damage and rot would not have been found by a company that just does an insert.Very professional team! Great company!

We had all 10 of our 30 year old windows replace with Andersen 400 Double-Hung units. We could not be happier with the quality of the Andersen product. The installation crew was excellent. Clevernest recently installed 16 new Anderson windows in our house. Joe clearly explained the estimate to us. Once we decided to use Clevernest, Joe explained the complete process that would be done, when installation started. We are extremely happy with the results. The guys at Clevernest were awesome! I used them for my own house and for a clients home. The windows are fantastic, but the sales staff and installers were equally great. We had two patio doors replaced and repair work done on one additional window. The doors are beautiful. The service men were professional and very neat. They needed to do some extra work since some of the wood around the door had some damage. Everything turned out great. Best of all the sales person saved us some money by suggesting replacing the glass in our bedroom window instead of purchasing a new window for that room.

Recently used Clevernest to replace windows in our thirty year old home. All aspects of the job were professionally done from the original visit for a quote to the final tedious work of expert clean-up.
