Had several good experiences and the parts people have always been great. Several months ago I bought a travel motor for an excavator which failed after a couple hours use. I sent it back and bought a motor from another vendor and had no problems and the machine is still running fine. The warranty has been a pretty bad experience, it’s been several months and I just keep getting the run around. These guys are simply a parts broker and they’re happy to sell stuff, but in the event of a problem they want no part of the responsibility. They blame the manufacturer and they’re always “waiting for a call back” from them. I’m pretty sure I get to eat a few thousand dollars on this one. Lesson learned.— update: shocker, warranty denied. Would’ve literally been money ahead to pay for OEM and stay local. Very frustrating

Absolutely horrible experience!!!! they sent me to starter bolt for incorrect after supplying them with your make model and part number of the original starter took 2 months to finally get a refund theyre absolutely incompetent and were unwilling to escalate my issue to a supervisor please stay away if you dont want a problem
