I had my yearly hearing test today with Ashley and, as always, she was amazing. The hearing test was conducted professionally and quickly. Adjustments were made to my hearing aids and I can already notice the difference. I had a great experience getting custom musician’s earplugs today. I wasn’t exactly sure which ones I wanted and or needed and what worked best for me, but they helped me with the right ones and I’m excited to get them in just a couple weeks! On May 11, 2020, my left hearing aid didnt function. I thought it wasthe battery. After many battery changes, I realized the problem wasthe battery aid. I had received letters from Total Hearing Solutions,dated April 1, & May 1, 2020, explaining the changes in procedure dueto Covid-19. I have a Case Manager & I explained the issue, & photo-graphed the letters for her instruction. I live in a Retirement Center &could not get out for an appointment. She arranged to have you checkit out. She picked up the hearing aid on May 12, at 9am, it was fixed,and returned to me that day at 9:50 am.

I love the receptionist she is very helpful and friendly with the perfect attitude for the job. Jennifer the audio technologist is very friendly and knowledgeable. She is very patient and explains all options available. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone needing a hearing testing, hearing aids and any other hearing services.

I t was a pleasant experience from start to finish. Everyone was very professional and was polite. They took the time to explain my hearing lose to me and explain the adjustments that they made

One of my hearing aids kept shorting out and Ashley was able to spot a twisted wire immediately. My ears have changed a little in the last two years, and I will need better fitting ear buds. Ashley took an impression of my ears and will send them to Phonak so they can make new buds which should slip right in. She said there will be no charge for they are part of the plan, and so far, Im very pleased.
