Easy place to drop off packages and get receipt. No line each time I’ve gone to send packages.Bonus: as we wait for our printer to arrive, this has been a great place to have affordable printing done. It’s as easy as a sending an email, then showing up to pick up and pay.

I had a package rerouted from home delivery to this FedEx location, because I often miss the delivery at home so the driver must come back a second time. While this always works with UPS, it was anything but convenient with FedEx. I was the third person in line, which shouldn’t have been too bad, except the person in front was shipping 8 packages and dictating the recipient name and address for each package the to the employee. This took about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, there were two other people working in the print area. This should have been great - 3 employees, 3 customers! But no, the two in the printing area didn’t even acknowledge those of us in line, let alone offer to help. I even asked them for help, given that I just needed to grab my package while waiting for this woman to send packages worldwide via her personal FedEx scribe. When I asked for help from the printing side, the employee said it would be a few minutes. So, I waited in line. As I was waiting, two people came in BEHIND me and the employee who said it would be a few minutes not only greeted them but actually HELPED them ahead of me and the girl in front of me. All told, I stood there for about 25 minutes before I got my freaking package. This was such a waste of time. I’d much rather the FedEx driver come to my home multiple times (while getting paid for their time) as opposed to me waiting in line for 25 minutes “off the clock” to get help from people who clearly are not concerned to have a lobby of people just lingering there waiting for help.

I walked in today with no knowledge of how to use a scanner. Barb was very informative, helpful, patient and kind. This paperwork was extremely important and time sensitive. Thank you for having such great employees Fed Ex!

Been to this location many times but today just decided to post. I saw that there are other people reviewing with the same thoughts/feelings as me, so I am not imagining. Could some of the staff in the front of the store just TRY to be nice so that the customers dont feel like they are a complete nuisance when they walk in? Have to say it is mostly one guy at the front, today it was another guy at the front. I understand multi-tasking is not everyones strong suit! But if you know in advance that you are in a public-facing job, a little customer service goes a long way. For some (not all) people here, that is a Herculean effort.

Paid a HIGH price just for standard delivery. Well, the clerk put it in the wrong dimensions and weight and it got flagged and delayed when it reached the delivery center. I only knew about it because I had to call Fedex CS, wondering why my package was not being delivered. After several phone calls and false promises it will be delivered tomorrow, guaranteed. I had to file a claim, which miraculously, got it delivered. Im not using Fedex again. I will be using UPS from now on.

May I give them more than 5 stars, because thats what they deserve! Barb helped me out when I called, panicked that my printer ran out of ink (and no time to purchase) - needed some work copies for 5:30am the next day. Gave a call to see if I could have my assistant pop in and print, and she instead had me do everything via the website and prepay (which was actually what I wanted to do anyway). She was so kind, and I really appreciated her help!! THANK YOU BARB!!!

Was hesitant to visit this location due to all the negative reviews. From my experience and watching the experiencess from everyone else it seemed to be fine. I worked with Dylan and he was a huge help and very informative about the situations with my shipping. Will continue to use this location in the future.

Normally I use the FedEx in Castleton but this one was closer to my client so She could make the pick up for her personalized Christmas cards. The staff was very helpful, all I had to do was email them my PDF document. They couldnt promise a same-day-turn around but did it for me all the same.

If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. Dropped off a package that needed to be at the destination by 4:30 the following day. I paid $39 for overnight delivery. The package did not leave the Carmel fedex office until 9:30 pm. Made it to Memphis the next day, but never made it to Florida by 4:30 pm which is what I paid $39 for...package is still sitting in Memphis. I will visit the Carmel Fedex office tomorrow as I want a refund as they FAILED. .

I rarely comment or review a store, however, at this store you will be treated as an inconvenience and spoken to rudely. An older lady with gray hair helped us who was not wearing a uniform or a nametag (no surprise) and she was very rude to us. She treated us as an inconvenience and was visibly annoyed throughout our interaction. I suggest avoiding this location at all costs. You will not receive any semblance of quality customer service at this location.

Only speaking from my experience I had here recently. I had to print a document for proof of residency and for whatever reason it couldnt log me in to my Google docs login or Dropbox for security reasons and just wouldnt let me login to it. Frustrated, I asked an employee Aimee for help and she said I could email it to the fedex email they get and she would print it for me. It was $1 and some change for 5 pages. I was able to print and pay up front. She was very helpful, kind and efficient.

I was a little hesitant to go here because of the 3 star rating. I was making a canvas a bridal shower and I went in the Wednesday before the shower. I had no idea what I was doing and I cant thank the employees enough for the extra help they gave me! And the patience they had with me!!! Yes, I had to wait, but that is the reality of it, and it was definitely worth it. They were completed on time and looked great!

Terrible service..I’ve been here a couple times and both times I was treated very rudely. Specifically by an employee named Chris who slammed his fist on the desk, rolled his eyes several times, and spoke in a very condescending and exasperated tone when I asked why the total was so high when I was charged a much lower price for sending out the same thing I did the last time. He was extremely rude throughout the time I was in the store. I’m a very quiet person, so I would have understood had I been rude but I make a point to be very polite, especially during the busy season like this. I understand not having great days, but that’s no excuse to treat your customers with so much hostility. I really don’t appreciate the way I was treated. Don’t expect good customer service at this location.

I came into FedEx with a last minute large-batch order, because a competing chain (lets be real, it was Staples) messed up. The Print staff immediately understood my problem and my order, suggested recommendations to make it better (without charging extra), went through the proof with me, and guaranteed it would be ready in time. They even price matched with Staples and saved me a bunch of money. They were friendly and professional. I picked up my order and it was perfect. Thanks again!

If you have to ship anything International, it would be in your best interest to bring an atlas or go to the UPS across the street. These idiots will argue with you instead of finding solutions to your logistical needs. UPS across the parking lot did what these guys claimed could not be done in less than 5 minutes with no issue. Horrible customer service.

Had to send multiple packages for clients. Took FOREVER to type these into the system. Once they were in, the rep insisted that she could place the correct labels on the packages (keep in mind we had hand-written the addresses on the packages before the labels went on). We received word that NONE of the packages went to the correct client because the FedEx employee was too spacey and lazy to simply make sure the correct label went on the correct package. What a joke. Will never, ever be giving my business to this location (or FedEx) again. I cannot recommend them.

The wait to ship can be a bit long, but they let me bill to accounts (unlike the UPS store across the lot) and the automatic doors are REALLY helpful when you have an arm full of packages.

I stopped in to print 2 documents and waited for at least 20 minutes. Neither worker even spoke to me. When one finished waiting on the other customer she preceded to very slowly move boxes around and still didnt speak to me or the other customer that had been waiting. When I finally got to the counter the worker never apologized and was not friendly. I had another experience last time when I was in that took so long I ended up leaving so this appears to be a pattern with this place.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Im an EBay seller and I print my USPS labels off on EBay. If I cant get to the post office for some reason I always go to UPS and Ive never had a problem. So today was four days after drop off and tracking info on Ebay had not been updated since I printed the label. The guy who checked me out said everything looks great we appreciate you having this ready to go for us then asked if I needed a receipt. I idiotically trusted him and said no. I called the store today to see if maybe packages with tracking dont update with FedEx. The lady tells me no your packages are probably here sitting at the desk; we dont ship USPS. Now Ive likely got three angry customers who will place the blame squarely on me meanwhile there is no remorse/empathy from this FedEx store. Or the courtesy of contacting me days ago to let me know even though my contact info is on the shipping label. And not even a thought of offering me overnight and free shipping for the inconvenience of their mistake. Im picking up my packages and never stepping foot in here again. Just AWFUL!!!!!!!

The staff at this location is very rude and not accommodating to customers needs. I took a construction document into this location that was less than 25 percent color across the board. Well they wanted to charge me for the pice of full bleed color. Almost 5 times the price it should be. The staff there on the weekend wanted to argue with me the board was more than 25 percent. Why argue with a client ???? If u want the experience go to this location. I will not go back and will use another location
