I’ve taken my Benz to this repair shop twice due to 2 not at fault accidents. Both service repairs experiences have been excellent in termed of Service to the car. Communicating with me on adjuster, timeline, repairs, delays. I felt like Jared cares about my car as much as I do. I was treated professionally but also personally. That helps when there’s so much stress in other parts of the accident experience. I’m grateful Collision Caliber hires well! And does EXCELLENT WORK!

Excellent communication. The rear of my car was hit in a parking lot. The body work and paint was done on time and charges were as estimated. The rear of my car looks brand new.

Desiree and the gentleman that checked me in were fantastic. Very friendly and patient with me as I am very picky with my car. The work itself looks great could never tell the car had any body work. The car was very clean when I picked it up. They even cleaned out my cup full of old soda. I would definitely use the Fair Oaks location again.

Ive had 2 rear end accidents in the past 6 months. They did an excellent repair job the first time so I did not hesitate to return. I was glad I did. My car looks new again. They are very customer oriented and a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommend.

Collision damage repaired. Very thorough, complete repair of all systems involved and verified that all features work properly. Friendly, professional, prompt and even obtaining the rental car was a breeze with Enterprise right on site.

Ive used Caliber 3 times now (one at the folsom location). Ive always had good results. They make it very easy on you and are always professional. This location also has an Enterprise rental and as long as they have cars available its very convenient. My only advice would be to contact Enterprise to make sure theres a car available before dropping off your car. I havent had a problem with getting a car the same day but better safe than sorry.

Caliber deserves every five star review they receive. From the moment I walked into the door to the time I picked up my beautifully restored car the service I received was stellar. Desiree walked me through the entire process from start to finish and I was so impressed with her knowledge and expertise. Her attention to detail was amazing and she kept me up to date with frequent phone calls. I cant recommend this business highly enough.

Great Staff.... Explained my claim to me really well.

I took my damaged Tacoma into Caliber and was greeted by Desiree. She was incredibly and very professional. She explained how the process would go and that she would keep me informed as it progressed. Over the next seven days she called me three times to tell me how it was going. Every staff member was do helpful and informative. They regularly kept me updated on my car and reassured me that they were working with my insurance.

They fixed their mistakes but should have just done it right from the start. Definitely need to send the staff to a customer service seminar!

The best place to go if you have any vehicle damage at all.You can not tell that our car was damaged after there repair.It looks just like factory fresh with a perfect color match and blend and the repair only took about a week to be finished.Highly reccomend.

I have had two cars fixed at this Caliber location, one of which involved extensive damage. Both times Caliber did a great job, kept me informed during the process, and was pleasant to work with. In particular, Matt Wagner was very helpful and responsive. I hope that I dont need any cars fixed in the future, but Caliber Collision in Carmichael will be my choice if I ever need that service!
