Peter refused to give me any information and refused to provide service. His excuse was that no one in the shop knew what a charge pipe is or how to perform this job... He was not willing to look into it, and when questioned about being a “specialized bmw repair shop” he hung up on me. Now if Peter is refusing service for personal reasons, shame on him. On the other hand, if no one in that shop knows how to perform a common chargepipe replacement, I’d HIGHLY recommend anyone/everyone to steer clear of this unknowledgeable “specialized bmw repair shop”

This BMW shop is the best in the north area. Mr.Peter has been working on the same place for the past 34 years. he knows everything there is to know about BMW dont matter make or model.he is also a very honest man. I highly recommend you take all your BMW problems to him.Mr.Peter keep up the great work.your the man when it comes to BMW. Great job.

Let me tell you right now that Peter is the only person you want touching your car and is the only mechanic I trust with mine. I came to him many years ago as a very young kid with a 30+ year old 6 series. He gave me not only fair prices but guided me in the right direction, giving me sage advice that is frankly, PRICELESS. He has rock solid integrity and will not do a job if the client wants cheap parts installed, as a BMW mechanic should. I was young and dumb and probably wouldnt have my prized possession today if I didnt listen to him and went and installed aftermarket Chinesium parts. Ive moved three hours away but I will continue to bring my car only to Peter. The other people who left reviews dont know what theyre talking about and dont know a good mechanic when they see one.

Peter did an incredible job finding and repairing a coolant leak and power steering leak on my 98 528i. His communication was clear and consistent. He showed me everything he did and the service was outstanding. It is great to have an honest BMW mechanic.

This has to be possibly the worst shop I have ever set foot in to. The guy that runs the place is a jerk. I went in to ask some questions, maybe have some diagnosis and even buy a couple of parts. I get about %10 in to asking my questions and he stops me and says that I have no concept of anything and that I need to leave. That was the rudest thing I have ever experienced in any establishment in my entire life. Not to mention Im a nice guy! I honestly suspect that he was worried I wouldnt have work done there and that I was wasting his time. In the end he lost any value I may have had to him and gained this poor review. Spare yourself of his nonsense. Hes anti Google by the way. I can understand why, probably took a lot of the guesswork out...

Not very helpful would not do a Diagnostic test on my car cuz I work on my own
