It is very impersonal when the clerk never makes eye contact with you or changes their voice tone. Their attempt at customer service becomes very insincere and mechanical.

I am a black male and the customer service at this location isnt really that great towards a person who looks like me, Im a big spender and rather enjoy the Bath & Body brand, but will not be visiting this location again! When I do visit Bath & Body works I usually will spend $100 to $200 dollars, bi weekly, because I buy for myself, my nephews and all of the women in my family, in-laws included.... When visiting this location Im always treated in a suspicious manner..I do not enjoy spending my hard earned money to be discriminated against!!!

Great location, especially during Covid because its bigger than other stories and never crowded. They leave the front door open and require masks and hand sanitizing before entry.

All should be aware of the return policy. If you dont have your receipt you will NOT get a full price credit. You get approximately 25% of what the product costs because they only give the lowest market price, even if the item isnt currently on sale, nor has it been in the last 2 weeks, they still figure you get $5 credit for a $20 purchase. 100% satisfaction guarantee my sweet a** bath and body works. First time I have shopped here, found great sales. Bought both my granddaughters shower gel, body wash and sparking spray Cologne for Xmas. They loved it.. Will make sure I shop there more often.

Went in for the annual sale... they opened at 10am, we arrived at 10:08am.. and it was a mess in there. Product boxes on the floor, sharp box cutters out, sale signs werent all out, employees seemed to not know prices of the items or what they were on sale for, no one handed out shopping bags or said anything about the sale when we walked in or anytime during our visit.. it seemed to be very disorganized.Id rather buy online than visit this location again..

Whats not to like... this place just one thing. It closes way early. Forget after 6 pm people.

As soon as so walk into the store, you are enveloped by yummy and attractive smells. One of my favorite things is that all of the different scents of body lotion and sprays compliment each other so nicely so you crabby mix and match scents.

I went in on July 2nd around 5pm. The girl working was probably the most helpful employee I’ve ever encountered. I stated who I was shopping for and what scents were intriguing. Bam, I was in and out of there in 10 minutes with the perfect gift! Appreciated.

They have nice products ansmdxt hg ey smell good of course but many are expensive. Too expensive for the amount in the bottle. I have one product I have purchased for years. Its a spray to put on your sheets and pillow cases. They recently changed what Ive received over the years. Ill try it. But if not as good, theyll lose me as a customer.
