The Service needs A LOT improvement, it is really slow, but when you get your icecream it is worth it, so if u looking for a icecream treat this is the place but not if your in a rush.

This location is great with good customer service. Not busy at all. There is currently no indoor seating but you can get what you want quickly.

Just left Baskins and ordered a $7 milkshake. I just happened to look over while they were making it and noticed they used Walmarts Great Value milk. Thats the crappiest low quality cheapest milk you can buy. If you are going to charge me that much, you better get some better quality milk. What a disappointment. I forced myself to drink it. After all, I did pay for it.

I pre-ordered a cake and had the manager later call me and say they dont make that cake. It took two weeks for a refund. She would want me to come to the store at 8 am to get my refund.

Always good, always has been. They have a card that if you buy I believe its 10 frozen drinks you get the 11th one free which is great cause my sister is always craving cappuccino blasts lol.

I wrote and phoned br corporate over a week ago regarding my horrid experience at the sacramento store in manzanita ave. i was told the owner would contact me within 48 business hours but never received a response. im aware now that franchise is cheating customers and treating them horribly. i found several customers reviews who complained about the exact same issues i experienced. what i didnt know is how poorly the customer service through br corporate was. i spent my precious time writing and being on hold to speak to them in vain. either corporate didnt relay my complaint to that business owner or the owner just doesnt care what i or corporate have to say. either way, br corporate is allowing this nasty franchise to mistreat and cheat customers while carrying the baskin robbins name. disgusting. ill update my reviews and inform buyers br corporate is flaccid and cant or wont reign in their fu**ed up franchises. ill also unsubscribe from and never again shop at baskin robbins. end

The service was horrible the owner was quite rude and deffinetly all about his money. My 2year old had to go to the bathroom and he said you have to buy something first he couldnt wait until she was done going to the bathroom so I pay for it then when my daughter was choosing she wanted chocolate and changed her mind right away - rainbow sherbert he said well if you want to change your mind you have to pay for another one I hadnt even touched or grabbed the chocolate one it was still behind the counter he is definitely not welcoming and I would not recommend going to that Baskin Robbins I love Baskin Robins but I will drive the extra 10 miles to go to another one

Second time visiting here in past two weeks; very disappointed in the service . The young man whom appeared to be mgr. was quite rude and unconcerned that the young girl that was obviously a trainee failed to change the canister of whip cream that was obviously old and made for a very runny sundae for the customer before me. He made excuses and refused to have her remake the sundae.Shortly after we left, he and the girl trainee left .....lack of service due to in a hurry to leave work ?👎👎👎😠

Really poor service and managment was not around to make them aware of the problems they have with their staff... To start they did not greet us at all when we came in the door and while we did eye contact with the young girl, she choose to ignore us for about 5 min. And trust me, when you wait even 2 min for someone to come and say at least HI HOW ARE YOU in a customer service establishment it seems forever, from there it went just down hill from rolling her eyes to my kids for asking a couple of samples to talking back to my wife while she is being told she is rude... Never go back again!!!!!!!

Ive reviewed this place before. Not much to update. The customer service is great and the ice cream is very consistently good but I typically just order a shop of ice cream each so I dont have much to report on how the specialty items are at this location.
