I purchased a 10lb bag of dog food I believed was $19.99 when I got home i fed my dog cause he hadnt ate all day. Then I looked over receipt and noticed I was charged $29.99 the sign directly underneath the dog food said $19.99 went back to store and they said no can help me. A 10lb bag of dog food cost me $30.00 + tax all I wanted was a $10.00 refund but they choose to loose a awesome customer who spent over $600 a month at this neighborhood store. For the same price I could of bought a 33lb bag of Blue Buffalo dog food..

I came to this store to pick up some breakfast stuff and ended up grabbing a few more things that were irresistible to me at the time this store always has great deals. When I was in line I went to pay for my groceries and I was about 20 dollars short and some really awesome nice lady picked up the bill for me what an awesome lady and an awesome store. There are good people out there!!!!!!

Love this store.Every weekend after work I stop by this store and I love the staff. They are like family. The manager turned me on to some awesome wines and gluten free beer that tastes very good. Thanks guys ... youre the best.

They sell most items past the date, this is a problem literally plaguing all grocery outlet stores and they should all be ashamed of themselves - but this locale is literally the worst example of selling things Iiterally *months * past the date. Clearly no enforcement of consumer laws in California. Employees have an exceptionally bad attitude and permit people to go maskless in the store but literally if you touch your own products that youre about to purchase on the belt, they get a bad attitude. No one needs this drama. Also literally, the produce is disgusting. Hope that you go out of business- sincerely, frustrated Californian.

I realize they have only been open since March but they dont have a whole lot to choose from and their meat section is pretty sparse. No cold selection of juices except orange juice...just looks either unstocked or whoever orders stuff for the shelves isnt very good at it. Being that its so close to my house I wish I could get more items there but it will do in a pinch I suppose for a couple things.

Ive been to this store 3x since they opened and have had a great experience each time. This new store is smaller than the one near my home in Citrus Heights, but *lord have mercy* this store is BEAUTIFUL! All shiny and new. They open at 7am and are conveniently located on my way to work. I can pop in at 7:45am and get virtually ANYTHING, be in and out in 5 minutes. Employees are very helpful- you can tell they are GENUINELY happy to be there. That type of attitude makes all the difference and makes this store a pleasant place to shop.

Nice new store. G.O. stores usually have a great mix of healthy food IE organic etc. And low cost groceries. The downside is they may not have say,,, cascade pouches all the time.Over Im really happy they opened this store. And the employees are excellent.

I went in to grab 1 item. As I was in the store, I’m being watched by the store owner. I saw another item clearing marked at a low price. The price a lot lower than normal. I got a pack and asked. “Is this right?” The store owner says “It’s actually x-amount” like 5 dollars more than it was marked. Then he proceeded to tell me it wasn’t labeled and the other label was for something else. I went with him over to the spot and showed him. He took the tags down and tried to tell me it was just labeled wrong. I didn’t like the attitude. I clearly saw the right label. Admit to the error instead of trying to say your customer was wrong. I would have had more respect for the place.

I am glad that there is a grocery store nearby my house. The items in the store changes from time to time but staff are nice and friendly. Store is always clean. Overall, is a great place to shop.

Great prices many choices of products of food

I have been very excited for this location to open. Its setup very nice inside, it is a brand new store after all. I got great service too. The problem? Too many of the food items purchased were spoiled upon opening. Its not like I kept them too long. A package of meat, a bag of salami and sliced cheese. It makes me wonder if food is being stored at proper temperatures. Not likely to return despite it being so conveniently close.

Great new store. Great selection of products. Chatted with owner who seems like a great person. Happy something is finally going into the space.

Best low price grocery store ever and great customer service.

My favorite store. They dont have everything I need but what they do have saves me a bundle. I love their meat section. Its all good.

They have very fair prices on most commodities. I buy my basics there and some food items as well. The staff is always working hard and is very nice to the customers even if they are idiots sometimes .

Kinda disappointed. I stop a week or so ago and asked if they will have electric mobility carts . I was told yes. I get there today and asked and they said no. I can walk a grocery store, so without the cart I wont be shopping at this store. Im am not saying its a bad store. It looks really nice inside.

This is the second time i shopped this store. All was fkne untill i looked at my recipt. The first time i went there was a month ago. I noticed a charge i did not understand n looked for it when i got home. I was charged for 2 ginger honey bags?? I kept looking for something i knew i did not buy. Next day went back to inquire about that charge with no answer. I told the manager i never made that purchase, he refunded me immediately, great. Now today i went again, guess what i found looking at my reciept, yep another charge only one this time for a ginger honey bag i never bought or even saw. Now i have to go back for a refund. Is this a nlrmal charge for shopping there n they just dont tell you. Not sure if i will go there again i dobreccomend to check ur reciept befor leaving though!

Tons of merchandise on the floor slit open by box cutters. Accidentally got a cut open product and the confrontational manager would not exchange it. A terrible waste to lose a customer over $2.

I’m disappointed that they would not let my seven year old use the bathroom when she could hardly hold it! I had to leave all my purchased and run next door to CVS were kind enough to let her knowing we came from next door! They actually have a high Influx of people using their bathroom because this grocery outlet does not care about their customers!
