First time buying from here. Was greeted when I first walked in by Erin. She right away asked if I needed help finding anything. Showed her what I was looking for and she did all the work... She was absolutely amazing even helped me pick out a different hair straightener. If you go ask for Erin... I will definitely be back because of her... Thanks again Erin for all your help and GREAT customer service.

The girls were nice, so theres that. But the store in terms of hair color is a wreck. None of the labels or swatches matched with the box color and the prices were wrong too. How am i supposed to figure out what I need within my budget or just in general? I didnt buy anything because it was a literal headache and I felt like I should get paid for the work of finding the right hair color box to the right swatch. There werent any other customers either, so why cant the workers fix this issue? Very disappointed. I will continue going to the one in Danada Square instead.

I have Been in this location multiple times within the last 4 months to buy hair color and various products and I feel it needs to be noted that, The four girls who work here are all extremely helpful at helping me find whatever it is I’m looking for. If you want great customer service come here. You will not be disappointed as these girls work very hard to make sure I never walk out the door with unanswered questions.

I had a bad experience dyeing my own hair and the girls working there were extremely helpful in helping me find a product to help clean up the mess. So grateful for their help!

If youre a profesional trying to save money bc it usually cheaper to shop sallys dont they are no longer giving a pro discount the Manager María didnt want to give me my pro discount and said Sally took that away so I rather spend my money at Salon Centric no longer going to Sallys.

The woman who was working tonight was super informative and helpful! She knows the products and the people they fit.
