Bad service! The girl that took my order gave me the wrong sweet treats that I wanted, and it took too long to give me the right one. The second girl that was in taking orders also was attending others before me.

Good service. Be wary of the lot and entrance. It is small and a bit rough to maneuver. But great experience overall

Blake & this location was incredible and super friendly! There was a slight mix-up in my drink, and he was super great at resolving it quickly and making sure it was solved prior to leaving. Only wish I had some to tip - always remember to tip your baristas!

I love Starbucks. This specific Starbucks though....terrible. they always seem to be out of stuff. They are slow AF. If you see the 3 mile drive through line....dont go in! You are still in line l, so you have to wait 20 minutes until, what would have been, you place has opened in line

I tried to visit this Starbucks 2 weeks ago to get a change of scenery while working remotely. Unfortunately, their Wi-Fi wasn’t working and according to the baristas, hadn’t been working in weeks. The coffee I purchased was fine but I had to drive down the road to the Wheaton Starbucks to actually get some work done. I would have appreciated if the baristas said something to me about the Wi-Fi before I sat down and tried to work.

Will was my drive thru server and he was very personable and made sure everything I ordered was correct and was super fast. Glad I came to this Starbucks instead of my usual one. Will definitely come to this one more often!

I recently was in the drive-through I ordered an iced mocha and once I got to the window I was given an iced white chocolate mocha I asked the employee Blake I’m sorry this is the wrong order asked for an iced mocha he then replied OK go back in line and will make your order the right thing to do would be to have me wait there and make the correct drink instead I waited in the drive-through for about 15 minutes and then I was given my drink and there was no sorry or apology never going back to the Starbucks again

I come to this location a few times a week and it literally makes my day when Blake’s voice comes on the speaker. He is so sweet and more importantly, my drinks are always right!

Im sorry Starbucks, your employee Dan (larger, bearded guy, mainly works drive-thru in evenings) has zero customer service. Not only that, but he is rude and doesnt say a word after handing orders over as if he is bothered to work there. I skip this Starbucks and go to one about 1.5 miles away just so I dont have to deal with that guy, he is not equipped to work with the public.

Depending on the location, off hours can take much longer to make it through a line. This location has been fast every time Ive gone on many different days of the week. It will be my new go-to location as Ive since moved away from my previous store.

Love the customer service at this location, Robin especially has really stood out to me every time Ive visited. She is always so kind and accommodating while also being thorough in making sure my order is correct. Even on my grumpiest days she has been so uplifting and refreshing. Hoping the world can find more Robins :)

Totally disappointed today from the service. We ordered caramel hot chocolate with caramel swirl on the top of it through drive thru. On receiving our drinks, it was utter regret, we got hot milk with a bit of caramel tinge.

Stop here every morning and get treated like family by the staff. When I walk in no matter what they are doing people stop to say hi to me. Love the staff here, always so positive and go above and beyond.

This was my favorite starbucks however the customer service is not excellent anymore. There are many new workers and no familiar faces.You have to wait over 15 plus minutes in drive thru and I waited 26 minutes for two days straight for a mobile order. Also, my last 5 drinks were Incorrect.

The Baristas are so nice here. There was a huge drive-thru line so I went inside. All of them were working so fast and efficient, we were out of there in no time.

For the past few weeks the line has been so slow! Ive sat for 15 minutes without the line even moving. Even when the line did used to move fast you still would sit for about 5 to 10 minutes waiting just to pay! Yeah Im not going to this place anymore.

Very very slow

Very slow, consistently. My wife loves their frappuccinos, but be prepared to wait 10-15 minutes in the drive through line. Its constantly taken about 2-3 minutes per car. So when you get in the drive through line, do the math and see if you have the time to wait.

This store as gown down in the dumps. They can never make the drinks right anymore. I was there earlier and ordered a Caramel Cloud Macchiato and the cloud part was completely missing and had probably two table spoons of caramel just sitting in the bottom🤮... I didn’t even bother with them. I went down to the other starbucks and they fixed it for me.

Lines was a little long good coffee

Small coffee shop but very representative of this chain. Coffee always good as well as the offered food. Places to sit and hangout and easily accessible from 2 major roads. Absolutely worth a visit.

My absolute favorite Starbucks location ♡ Three years later this is still my absolute favorite place, Emma is the sweetest person ever. She is always so kind patient and friendly. I go 4 days out of the week in the mornings the staff as a whole are amazing and kind ♡♡ I work in Lombard and the staff will often ask that I pick up coffee from this location because it just taste better from here!

Better than a few other Starbucks in the immediate area but its nothing spectacular. Not exceptional service or any reason to rate it exceptionally high but drinks are usually accurate, service is always good and fast. I visit at least one Starbucks everyday and if I stop for a second time I chose between this one and another location because of the drink consistency.

I have always like Starbucks coffee, teas, the different fruit flavor drinks, lunch menu and deserts. Great place to hang out and chat with family and friends.

Used to like this store. Fast, efficient, and consistent. When it comes to orders, they still get it just right. New manager seems to always be in a bad mood however - not very professional or friendly towards customers.

This places sucks. Last time they got my order wrong so I complained and the Company sent me two free drink coupons. Now this Starbucks won’t even accept them when I tried to order a drink with my friend! Never coming back to this location. Learn to recognize your own coupons!

Its hard to have a negative experience at a Starbucks. And this time and place was no exception. I ordered an Americano with a cold coconut topper. And it was excellent, as Ive come to expect of their hand crafted drinks. It was also easy to find parking and a table in the store to engage in a good conversation with a friend.

Its my treat when out on errands.

Music is way too loud. I was talking to my boyfriend on the phone inside, and he said “what is that noise? It’s so loud I can’t hear you over that screeching” If you’re trying to study, good luck, the music will be so loud you can’t think.

Why is it everytime i go, the coffee i order is never quite the same as the time before? Still taste good, just not consistent. Still think they are over-priced, so Ive cut back the number of visits in a week.

Nitro cold brew is available here, I recommend it. The staff are excellent. Seating on the inside is average, not as big as some locations but not tiny.

The coffee was great but I didnt feel like the seating area was like most Starbucks that Ive been in. There wasnt a lot of seating to start with and then one person sitting at each larger table makes it feel like you cant sit at that table and hold a conversation with the person I came in with! The seating area felt rundown.

Starbucks 👌🏼. Got to get my Teavana. Coffee ☕️ not bad, frappes good, lattes good. snickerdoodle got chocolate, green tea frappe and lattes very good. They have sugar-free. Be sure to stress diabetes so they don’t switch to regular. Still happens I spike in about 20 minutes, so I stop at next Starbucks I see and exchange. Not a good practice 😢.

I had to go back 3 times for a watered down dark roast with cream and hazelnut, 1st one had no cream or hazelnut and burned my tongue bad, 2nd was not dark roast and 3 was so watered down I couldnt finish it.The bacon gouda sourdough is a tasteless thin no flavored RIP off.

If you think this is a good location, you havent been to another Starbucks. SLOW SLOW SLOW and they dont follow directions well at all. I occasionally am forced to visit this location, but its always a 10 minute wait in the drive through, even if youre the only car in line, and Ive had to have my drink remade nearly every time.

The drink ordered was prepared in a timely manner and was what Id ordered. Overall the staff were friendly and focused on great service!
