Im torn! This location has stepped up with such a great selection of produce and at competitive pricing. However, I was there on Wednesday night and had to used the restroom. NASTY... please check your womens restroom, please keep it clean and sanitize. Its just good housekeeping. Concern customer.

I find most of my Vegan groceries here and I love the app because I save so much! This is my favorite Vegan cake that is ordered in. Love when its available!

Better organized and easier to find items than a similar Jewel I usually go to. Butcher was quite helpful.

I come here frequently but not anymore. There is a bagger, Kathleen. She is Always nasty, shes rude to my 4 year old who tries to say hello to her, then throws my bags in the cart while glaring at me!! I understand people have bad days and m not a complainer but its every time. Shouldnt have this person in customer service period!

Been coming here for years and compared to other stores they have a greater and better variety of products, especially on the Osco side.

Expensive and they no longer carry Swissconsin American cheese at the deli. That whole chain stopped carrying many of my favorite items. I only visit for a few items if I have to out of convenience. Now that Woodmans has opened, I wont be going to Jewel anymore.

Ive been to to Jewel food stores within the last week Im handicapped did you not follow the ADA regulations they only offer 2 electric carts in the whole store and both of them were unplugged and not working ridiculous If your handicapped Jewel Food Store does not really care about handicap shoppers the new Woodmans store in Bloomingdale has over a dozen electric carts their prices and selection are better and prices are much lower

Ive said this on a number of reviews, but, its Jewel. The store is run as expected. Prices can be more than Meijer or Walmart but if you shop and look for their current deals and promotions you wont spend any more than any other place. Recommendation is to shop when you dont have a specific list and just see what they have on sale. 99 cent blueberries? Depends on the day. Still, always fully stocked. Youll be able to get whatever you need.

Jewel @ Bloomingdale grocery store is clean including restroom and well organized. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Jewel products are good, staff is always friendly. But they are over priced. Im glad there is a new Woodmans going in near by. Perhaps the added competition will cause them enough concern to get their prices into line to save market share.

They have good deals on meat and some other items selection varies from store to store me and the wife would rather go to either the Carol Stream or Glendale heights location versus in Wheaton and West Chicago, Glenn Ellyn locations

Nice, clean and well organized Grocery store!

I had to buy six bottles of Barefoot Wine for a party later this year. I was on an errand for my wife. Since I dont drink I was clueless . The kind guy named Corey really rescued me. He not only told me where all the different types of wine were but explained the tastes. Ill always come back here now and ask if hes working before I even get in car. Nice to know customer service still exists .😊

Lori Hoffman who works in the floral dept is always nice and knowledgeable of arranging flowers. She is so helpful and I wish she was promoted to District Manager because shes makes Jewel shine with Good Customer Service and honesty. We need more people like her in society. Ive been shopping here for 27 years - variety, friendly worker, good sales & in a convenient location.

Hard to find some things and the self checkout area is uncomfortably small. They either need to expand that area or move that big block in the middle of it. Fine location otherwise, parking lot is conveniently compact.

Standard trip. Jewel has many items that I cant get at Marianos.

Great staff. Always friendly and helpful. I have been shopping here since 2005. The store has lost a lot of its luster. Lines are always long no matter what time you shop. They tried the self check out a few years ago and it didnt work. They just make the regular lines longer. It also takes jobs away. They seem to be under staffed all the time. Produce has gone from bad to worse. The store has become expensive to shop at. There are to many choices for me to spend my money here anymore. Now i just stop in for a few things and the convince. I cant wait for woodmens.

I like that they have such a huge selection of food items and whenever I cant find something I need at other grocery stores I can almost always find it here. Also their deli is definitely the best out of Walmart and Meijers. The only thing is if you dont shop smart or when they have deals or what not their items are more high priced than other grocery stores.

Sale price is usually better than Walmart or target... Better organized and have a great selection of daily necessities!😁

I sent money from western union inside the grocery store and it was by far the best experience. The guy was helpful and it went better than using the phone or the app. Cool store too.

They had some great buys. I had a problem with their just for U digital coupons & that whole system. Some worked & some didnt. Further complicating, it was after 10 pm when I checked out so the manager was gone, (I was told). Cashier & I went through & found several mistakes on receipt that I was told Id have to come back to see manager. This is just like the Meijer store. When the computer makes a mistake on your receipt & its 10 pm or later youre told that theres nothing anyone can do about it. Youre supposed to make another trip back to the store if you want to get your money back that they overcharged you. It doesnt seem to matter if you just paid them cash, debit or credit card. Ill have to remember that about Jewel now too. Im thinking maybe that policy is the same with all the stores? Speaking of Meijer in Bloomingdale, they were by far the worst stocked store I visited yesterday evening/ night. It was not even the last day of their sale, since theirs runs from Sunday- Saturday. It seemed dirtier than the last time I was there. I got there about 8:45 pm. I will not go back there again without calling to see if they have ANY of the sale merchandise theyre advertising on the sale flyer online. I was told they dont print out any sale flyer anymore.

A well-stacked, but somewhat pricey neighborhood grocery store. Good selection, fresh items, and a well-stacked deli and ready-to-wear meals. Crowded parking lot, lines to checkout, but lines tend to move. Has both 15 items an under Lane and self-scan checkout.

Service desk was extremely helpful. The meat market was courteous and abliging.

This is not my first stop grocery store. They have decent sales. They carry a lot of gluten free products. Beer and alcohol for sale plenty of parking. No self checkout. Floral department is very pretty. The bakery does a super job on cakes. Clearance aisle is always fun to peruse.

We have ordered their Turkey (Precooked) dinner for years. Always been happy with the purchase. This year we went to pick up our order at 9 am, and what we picked up was a FROZEN - UNCOOKED TURKEY. They made this change without notifing us. We had to cook the turkey in a strange plastic bag in order to go from freezer to oven, was not able to season the turkey... it was dry and took 5 hours versus the 1.5 hours the turkey in the past would take. So very disappointed. Will not order again.

Great store and employees. Need to stop people at the checkout lanes asking for money. Many of these people abusing their roles. Harrasment annoying. Go to Target example and not allow charities on property. I have my own charities, these People need to be gone. Use standard methods to raise funds.

Liquor manager is quite rude and seems completely uninterested in helping anyone

The worst Jewel around. They treat people differently based on how you look and I have spoken to neighbors who have also felt the same. It is not just one or two people, it seems to be whoever is in charge of this Jewel hires for a like mindset. This is the only one where I have repeatedly had issues, I have visited other Jewel-Osco on my commute and the other ones are far better. It is unfortunate that this type of attitude persists so overtly and I truly hope that this gets escalated and resolved in the near future.
