A1 Service. Everyone there is very courteous and professional and Bob in the service area gets a 10/10. I will definitely recommend this shop to anyone and whenever I need motorcycle related service, I will go NOwhere else. I’m a woman with a Motorcycle and I didn’t feel like they were trying to capitalize on that and all, the treated me like anyone else with bike and I appreciated that!

My experience at Carol Stream was really good, I found the bike I was looking for on there website and messaged them about availability and the out the door price. They responded really quickly and since I live 4 hours away I purchased the bike over the phone and text, Matt was a good help and made it really simple and easy to purchase the bike over the phone!They even arranged to have the bike delivered a few days later and the bike arrived ready to go and in perfect shape!I’m really glad I went with these guys because of price and ease of purchase and they saved me a 8 hour round trip.I will definitely consider future bike purchases with Carol Stream.

Overall had a great experience at Suzuki of Carol Stream getting my 2021 Ninja 400 last month. My sales rep Matt was very helpful completing the sale over the phone/text and having it delivered to my house.Already planning upgrading to Zx6r, will definitely reach out to Matt next year.

The mechanics are great. I have always brought my Vision to them for service which Im sure helped me get over 100,000 miles with no majors problems. My only issue is the wait time to get into the shop, this time was 8 weeks. But I will continue to bring my bike here to get the next 100,000 miles.

Headed on a trip to Wyoming with my Africa Twin. Short on time to change my own tires. SUZUKI of Carol Stream asked me to bring the tires in and theyd have a tech handle it. Dropped them off and they were done a couple hours later! Great. Great service. They called me and text me to come get them. Id highly recommend these guys. Well done!!!!

I have a 2005 Suzuki Boulevard S40. Bob and Colin were professional, informative, answered all my questions, set me up with new tires, adjusted the brakes and exhaust, and had my bike ready the very next afternoon. I was also interested in one of their pre-owned bikes. They were pretty busy but took time to show me the bike and answer my questions. Excellent experience and service AND nice guys!

Unfortunately I don’t recommend this place to service your motorcycle, service department have that old mentality that they are too busy to contact costumers to let them know they received parts and know service can be done!!Lazy employees is the big cause of business closing doors!Yes, i purchase a brand new kx 250 xc 2021 at this place in february and was treated like a king while was purchasing, But now that there is a recall on my clutch to be done i called the service department several times and when the parts irrived at shop they never contact me... guess what was the answer they gave me !!!WE ARE VERY BUSY to contact the costumers to let them know the part irrived to perform the Recall!!Not a problem, will perform the REcall in other place that respect the costumer !!thank you !!

Ordered new tires for my Victory Highball. They are fat white walls and hard to find. It took some time but the service rep found them. I also new it would be tough to get an appt this time of year to get them put on but they found me a slot that was convenient and I couldn’t have left happier. I was also looking for other custom parts that they don’t carry and they directed me to a few sites to find them which I did. These guys rock and care about their customers.

Great service! Had a flat tire for my bike. I took the old tire off my bike brought it in. They had the one put on for me and on my way in 30 minutes! Very happy that I had a new tire so I could get back On the road for the weekend!

They were very friendly and did my Yamaha’s oil change without an appointment. Jerry the Mechanic was super cool and we both have the same bike. He checked my bike overall to make sure it’s running smooth while doing the oil change. I think the cost is little on the higher end, maybe that’s just me. Overall I would recommend them without any hesitation.

Came in here with the intentions of purchasing a brand new bike. Was debating between the Kawasaki ZX-6R and the Suzuki GSXR-600 but Tim (sales manager) explained to me in detail both bikes and helped me make the best decision, one that i did not regret! Overall Im pretty happy with my experience. A couple of bumps in the road but all in all it got sorted out.

I found this dealer by looking for a bike that they happened to have in stock, so I decided to stop in for a visit on a Saturday (03/06/21) to take a look at the bike. When I first walked in the store, I was greeted by a salesman (Matt), he asked how I was that day, I said good, and was just sorta browsing the inventory. He didnt ask any other questions so I walked off looking for the bike. I found the bike and then went back to this same salesman to ask about it. I asked if I could hear the bike and he didnt seem that interested in helping but ultimately got the key and pulled the bike out so I could hear it. I asked about test rides and was told they couldnt do test rides on sport bikes until April 1st when insurance kicked in and because of the weather. Which I understand. I mentioned I wasnt comfortable with purchasing a bike without test riding it and then Matt basically just said okay and really didnt seem to care if i was actually interested or not. I said okay well I guess Ill be back in April, I hope you still have the bike. I was never offered a different bike, any sort of deal, or even the opportunity to put a deposit down to hold the bike until I was able to return and test ride. I was annoyed, so I left and went down the street to check out a different dealer on my way home since Matt seemed to not have any interest in selling me any bike, let alone the one I specifically looked at. I then called later asking about test rides, not mentioning I had just been in, and was told they dont do test rides on sport bikes at all because the insurance premiums for it are too high. I then voiced my disagreement with this and was told the only way to test ride a sport bike is to buy the bike, take it for a test ride, and if you dont like it, theyll supposedly rip up the contract, which seems shady to me. I also contacted Matt by email again on Monday (03/08/21), asking about some pricing. I was told what the price was as the bike was listed, I countered with a number closer to what I was looking to pay and was told my number was too low and there was no way he could do that price. Matt never even countered with an offer that was closer to what they wanted. I replied and asked what we could do to reach a number somewhere closer to where I was, and I was ignored for over a week. I ended up purchasing a newer bike, for more than that bike was listed at, from a different dealer that Saturday (03/13/21) since Matt obviously didnt want to sell me a bike. I even reached back out to him on Monday (03/15/21) and still have not heard from him. I probably wouldve paid considerably over my initial price, and a lot closer to the asking price if they wouldve just got some communication going. I can understand being busy, but I was completely ignored and even lied to by being told two different things by the same salesman. If you wont do a test ride for sport bikes, tell me that off the bat. Dont lie to me and waste my time and have me think I can come back in a month and test ride a bike when I really cant. I can see now why all these previous reviews say Matt isnt pushy, its because he doesnt care to sell you a bike unless youre ready to just take it that day, as-is, so he doesnt have to do any negotiating or work on his part. They have a lot of inventory, but thats about the only positive thing I saw from this experience. Definitely will not consider them for any other future purchases based off this.

Needed a part for my 2006 Suzuki Boulevard M50... no one, I mean NO ONE had time for me!!!When I finally got his attention aways from his cell phone, the rude disinterested sales staff just pointed, literally, me to the service department.Once the parts department associate realized that I was going to go away… he finally asked me what I needed. He then actually said, “Are you telling me that you needed this part or asking if it will fit?” Ten minutes later, after being told how much he knew and little I did about Suzuki Motorcycles, the locations of part manufacturers, their relationship to Suzuki and the difference between factory parts vs parts with the Suzuki Boulevard logo… he looked up the part number and gave it to me. When I told hime I needed the part, not the number, and asked how much it would cost; he stated that he didn’t have a clue. That part hasn’t been used or manufactured since 2008, but I could have told you that to start with (then why hadn’t he???)!This entire experience took an hour of my life I’ll never get back!!! LoLIf you don’t want to buy a new bike, or have had bought one from them, FIND ANOTHER SERVICE CENTER! They haven’t the time to be bothered by you!!!

The worst place ever I cant even go into details I was charged $300 for the bike for the work that they did on the bike and the bike did not even start after I went back and picked up the bike the bike started but stopped again when I got home and they told me there was nothing they could do they spent enough time on it already imagine that? 😳

Great salesman Mat, understands how to gain longterm customers and make that sale. Not like your typical annoying dealers that try to nickel and dime you to the point where your upset about buying your new motorcycle. Would recomend and go back in the future for the next motorcycle.

I met with matt in the sales department he was very knowledgeable and was explained everything in easy to understand terminology. I also met with the parts guy who had a vast knowledge in all types of dirtbike racing from dirt track to supercross and everything in between, i purchased my first brand new bike and recieved alot of information on break in periods regular maintenance and general knowledge. After talking he helped me get a helmet and googles and gave me a decent discount. Id reccomend everyone to check out there inventory and give them a call with any questions you have.

I purchased 2021 Suzuki gsrx r-600 100th anniversary edition from Suzuki of Carol Stream. Tim Fritz, sales rep was very professional and met all my expectations. I had a very pleasant experience with this dealership.Irek

They have a ton of motorcycles here, especially Suzuki’s. I took/drove my friend here so he could pick up his new 2018 Suzuki GSXR1000R. His is black and blue. At first I wasn’t crazy about the bike but after riding it and seeing how easily it handles, I’ve had to change my mind. He was satisfied with his purchase, financing and sales person. Recently he was able to get a service apt the same week for his first inspection and oil change.

I needed a tire changed on my motorcycle I dropped it off at 11am and picked it up later that day with no appointment, and at a very fair price too.

Went to drop off my bike for an evaluation after it had been in a crash. Warning: it is $300 just to have someone look at the vehicle, that’s not what my complaint is about. I understand paying someone for their time & service. My complaint is that we are in the middle of a global pandemic & not one employee there had the decency to wear a mask (several customers entered without masks while I was there as well & were not asked to mask up). There were signs on their doors claiming that they required masks but neither the customers nor the employees respected the signage. It felt unsafe, hypocritical, & tone deaf.

Very helpful on possible motorcycle purchase, friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and listened to what I was looking for and helped guide me to the right choice.

I wish there was a 0 stars option. The worse customer service I have ever experienced. After 2 weeks of my bike been there, Chad who was in charge of the estimate, never contacted the Insurance to get the claim taken care of. Zero personality. No urgency to get the job going, I called my insurance and they stated no calls had been received. I called to let Chad know I was getting my bike, with no care, or asking why, he says we are opened by 10AM. We go get the bike to then be slapped with a $350 so called estimate Fee!!! Are you kidding me??? No service and you are charging me for an estimate that you did not have any urgency to take care of! Tim the manager is just as careless. I will not recommend this place to anyone and I will be disputing the charges. We paid it to get out of there because the incompetency of these ppl is SAD!

I walked in ready to purchase a motorcycle and they first off didnt care I was in the store, and then they were super weird about me test riding a motorcycle and didnt give me a good reason (probably because I am young) even though I am a motorcycle instructor. So I left and bought a motorcycle from Yamaha the same day.

This place has signs on all doors that everyone must wear a mask. Then you go in and not a single worker is wearing one. Thanks for looking out for your customers!!!
