No free oil fluid top off between oil changes like jiffy lube. Service man was blunt and my very friendly. No reward points in basic oil change. This place nickel and dimes when ever they can. Wont be coming back. You all have been warned.

They are very friendly, helpful and they offer competitive pricing. If you find other lower service price, they will match it. I did my timing belt and water pump in the past, and so far so good. I keep coming back for their business. Gives you discount as much as they can. They wont pressure you to do service you dont needed, however, they will tell you which service you needed most.All in all the experience was so pleasant. Very professional people. Ill definitely recommend here. Just understand sometimes they wont accomodate you because they are full or too busy, even for minor once as other shops do. So dont get disappoint. Come back next time or make an appointment.

Absolutely the WORST place to take your car! We brought our car in for it to be repaired to pass emission testing and were told it would be fixed to pass. They charged us over $1,800 and on the way home, the check engine light came on. When we took it back to have them correct the issue, they kept the car. After a few days, they claimed they fixed it, but that the brake lines broke on the way to the emission place, so they couldnt get it tested (the brakes were fine before we brought the car in). We were then told they quoted us to replace another sensor and fix the brake lines for another $850, which we never saw a physical quote or received a verbal quote. Needless to say, they made our car worse. They will lie to you and damage your car. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT! Its places like these that give Meineke a bad name.

The service here is great!! I called around to the other repair shops in the area and no one could fit me in for a week. These guys got the car in and it drives like new. They have no idea how much this service has affected me. Next time, theyll be the first place I call.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Didn’t even get our car serviced here because the owner told is to just show up we don’t need an appointment. When we got there he said come at 1 and we mentioned he told us we don’t need an appointment. He yelled at us and told us to service our car somewhere else. So we did at Firestone where they have actual good people. Don’t go here.

Got my brakes changed here twice. The first time they said the fronts had to be changed and the backs were good. Immediately after I got my car back, the backs started making a terrible noise. Took it in again and they replaced the backs. Now my car is all wobbly. I took it in a third time to have them fix the wobble but they refused to help because they claimed there was no wobble in the breaks. I’m very disappointed with the service and I won’t be going back here again. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE VISIT HERE.

I should have listened to the other reviewers!! I had an appointment scheduled, got the confirmation email and everything AND IT’S NOT OPEN!! The hours are posted on the door, but it’s locked and all the lights are off! What kind of person is managing this shop? With all the negative reviews in such a short time, one would think the corporate office would do something more substantial about the shop than just apologize to for the reviews.

Always fantastic service. We always get what we came for without them trying to upsell or tell us something else is wrong. I moved pretty far but will continue to come here for service.

Very happy with the service! Person in front desk very helpful and educated, I got reasonable price. I love maintaining my car so everytime I have even a tiny problem with it I run right away to the body shop.Unfortunately I witness a bad situation going on with one of customers when I came to fix my car, customer was acting very rude with low education and fighting for the pricing to change brakes of his car, he had very old model, unfortunately now days people dont want to work hard in order to make the money, Unbelievable they can not afford not even an old car and they only bothering causing fights and feeling less. What a shame!

WORST customer service. I called to get a price on an alternator. He told me I needed to bring the car in bc he was SURE I didnt know what I needed. I knew EXACTLY what I needed. He said it was policy to not give quote over phone. As he laughed he told me like it or not like it or go someplace else. AND HUNG UP ON ME! I called a different Meineke and got a quote no problem. His ONLY policy is to be disrespectful to women. Apparently he must be very rich bc he didnt need my business.

It has been awhile... I used to always bring my car here and they ended up needing to replace the same parts every 2 years even though some of the issues were due to a bad mechanic at their own admittance as well as the newer management was sitting behind the counter watching tv refusing to give me my Cars history as requested 3 times. I would go somewhere else more reputable and not have to worry about the location at all in multiple aspects. They will make sure to try and put customer ignored advice if you do not want a service or want to hold off on something as well. Another incident even earlier was that they forgot to check the transmission fluid and my car almost totaled itself by losing all of its fluid. If they tell you yoiu need stabilizer links and struts and you notice its the same thing every year or 2 years then I would most likely aska honest car dealer to verify any and all work Meineke does.

Bad break job. Had to get it repaired somewhere else 1 month later. They left rust everywhere and one of the parts of the caliper fell off while driving. Sorry but you guys need to do a better job.

Ive been going to this specific shop less than a year and Mr. Faizan has from the start been able to help me out by not only being professionally quick but honest and straight up and prioritize about what should be done first if for say you want to fix things part by part. Ive recommended family members to the shop my opinion thumbs up

Worst customer service ever, racist and unprofessional. They went through my entire vehicle without my approval. They stole my tire lock key and tools out of my trunk. Testing method for checking breaks are unheard of. Never go to this store! I went to the one in Addison instead will review them as well once breaks completed.

I wish I read the reviews here first. I beg you do not go to this location, the owner is crazy and tries to scam customers. I took my car to get an oil change and was sitting in the waiting room. An old lady came in and asked to get her check engine light looked at. He told her it would be $120. She said that was a lot so I mentioned to her that AutoZone checks it for free and prints out the issue for you. He started yelling at me and told me I was banned. I said ok, give me my car back. He refused even though he just took it back.Every time he came back to the counter he yelled some very inappropriate remarks but I just kept my head down and ignored him, one time he said he ran my plates which apparently this guy thinks he can do and was yelling I dont own the car, ummm ok. Finally when I went to pay he refused to take the coupon issued by his store and refused to even look at it. All he said is if you dont pay full price I am keeping your car and charging you storage. He then threatened to call the police, which I asked him to do so because he was being very hostile.He was also going through my glove box and center consul. I have a hunting knife in the center consul and he was telling the police I had a knife on me. So apparently this guy went through my stuff in the car without permission because he knew of personal items I had. When the cops came they stated this isnt the first time theyve been here and know the guy is crazy. I asked them to stay so I can complete my transaction. After the service he stated he didnt have a credit card machine and I can only pay cash or I dont get my car back. I paid and then he refused to print a receipt because he said they do not have a printer. I asked the cops and they made him hand write one. So this guy basically kept me offline, made me pay cash and refused to give me any confirmation of payment.In all honesty I doubt that my oil was even changed. I will never go back to that location if they paid me to get an oil change. Sad that someone thinks this is how you treat people. I called their customer service to make a formal complaint as this guy should not own a business and represent a name like Meineke. All this because I was trying to help an old lady with her car problems.

Appointment was at 9:00 am and it was 35 minutes past that before my keys were even taken by the mechanic. However once the oil change started, it want fast as expected.

This place is the worst place I went for a oil change and they did not put enough oil. And because of that I blew my engine I put in a claim and they never went to go see my car I even called courport and even them didnt help they kept telling me that they had talk to the owner and that someone was going to go see that car. This went on for a whole week everyday they told me today and they never went. If you dont want your car ruin DONT GO THERE. HOANG TRAN is the new owner and is a really rude person.

Called corporate for a problem I had that never got fixed the first time I took my vehicle in and they said they would call me within a day. Here I am 2 days later and still no solution. In the mean time Meineke charged me $25 per day to keep my car there. At the end they didnt honor warranty from another Meineke shop and tried to charge me an additional 95 in diagnosing fee. This business is poorly ran from top to bottom. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Terrible, terrible...dont go! We bought 3 oil changes in advance and received a punch card in the mail for this Meineke. It expires in June. The guy at Meineke said it expired in January, tore it up and threw it away. We asked for the punch card back from the trash. He cant find that part that has the date on it. We are out two oil changes that we paid for. Unbelievable!

When I got there the owner, Max said I couldnt use it because my car is new.What?!!! My car is 14 years old!!! Ok he said for your car that $19.99 coupon wont work. You need to purchase the $35 oil change. I asked how much is that with tax? Max said $45. I needed an oil change badly so I had it done.The next day, I went to my mechanic to have some work done and he saw the sticker on my car that I got an oil change. I showed.him the $19.99 coupon and told him that according to the owner of Menieke said that I need a more expensive type of oil change. My mechanic said no the owner was lying. Then my mechanic said that the oil filter wasnt changed at all.Taking advantage of an old, Asian woman.Im pretty sure I am not the only one who you have victimized!!!

I went in to get an oil change for my car and the man who worked there gave me a quote for $87 for one oil change. While I was looking at the quote, his cell phone rang and he picked it up and when I asked how was it to be that much he put a finger and said Hold on.He then asked me how much did I want to spend on one, and offered it to me for $40. I told him no thank you. And was leaving but he still tried to lower the price for me.I dont know if this place is just over priced or if I was offered that because Im a woman. But I was very disappointed.

The rude guy at the desk says we only do synthetic and synthetic blend..I said just the basic oil change like your website says and the car has been using conventional oil always.. he said i wont except coupon and leave..

I spoke to Mr.Faizan over here at Meineke. I got the coupon in the mail for a basic oil change and it costed me $19.99+tax. Which was a great deal compared to the regular price. I was in and out in 30 mins. I went in at 4:30pm and was at billing at 4:55pm. That being said...these guys dont try to rip you off like other places and only use OEM parts and charge decent amount for labor work. If I am not working on my car then this is where I would like to go.

New manager is very rude and disrespectful to women. He banned me from the store because i didnt tip his employees when they put air in my tires. Then had the nerve to call the police which never showed up, because i wanted a apology.
