Ive had Fast Signs do 2 decals for my company vehicles. The 2nd time was through an insurance claim. They still had my information on file & that made the process very easy. They were very easy & accommodating to work with each time. We were able to do most of the process via phone & email. Then I just had to show up the day of the install. They where able to take a photo of my truck and superimpose the final design on the truck so I could see the finished product before it was finished. The company was flexible with scheduling around some conflicts in our calendar. They were professional, courteous, and completed the job within the time frame they gave us. The sign they created looks fantastic!

We ordered a store sign and got the quotes with all the disclosures that they can change the price and what not in it. Got a quote with city permit, delivery and installation for 49 x 48. As the city approved 48 x 48 sign, they did not reduce the price and on the top of it charged $58 for permit fees (though specifically quoted earlier).Got a quote and ordered two monumental signs and specifically communicated to take the measurements before the quote. Took us for ransom with extra $124.00 as the store opening got delayed due to the delay of signage beyond July 4th.Started the drama of demanding balance money first - to get the signage installed even after 50% advance was paid with the order.Going to complain to their corporate, Better Business Bureau and do not recommend this store to any one.
