Horrible service! No customer service every time I go there they always make my coffee wrong never apologize.😡😡

It was awesome. Went in today was Christmas cup give away. The girl who took my order so nice . Got 2 holiday coffees, pastries. And they have the best reduced fat Turkey, bacon sandwich. Great friendly place.

When my husband and I ordered, we got told there were no cake pops. We ordered our drinks. When we were about to pay, they told us that they don’t have oat milk. Why couldn’t they tell us that while we were ordering?

Not a place where they listen to your order haha! Every time I come to this location, the trend tends to be that -typically the ladies who work here- dont actually listen to your order, need you to repeat it several times, and will still manage to get it wrong...oh and over charge you on top of that. They are also not aware of what is and is not on their current menu. Certain employees dont even seem to know the store number... you know the number they print on every label... its just a lesson in lazy management. Meanwhile stores located very near this one never have issues...Pass on the headache... even though that is always avaliable at this location.

Slow service and the person helping was really cheery, almost like she were fake. Just a nice person. Theres no need to be overly happy.

This location is terrible. They never get my order right if they do its very rare. You tell them they made it wrong the employees argue with you about it.

I don’t know why the Starbucks is even here. It said opening day was December 1, yet there’s nobody taking orders! Don’t know if they’re short on staff or what may be going on. Carpentersville needs a StarbucksThat is operational for their clients. So please, open Starbucks or just get rid of it! I can easily drive to Dundee, but this location is so convenient.

Great customer service everytimeI go. I just hate how I see them make a frappuccino with extra shots of espresso and fill up the cup but dump the rest in the sink...I pay for the shots.

Terrible customer service.Asked for iced matcha latte with soy and they make it with regular milk. They need to do a better job at paying attention to detail.

I will no longer frequent the establishment due the the ranting if one of your managers Jessica LaRosa. The hate she spews makes me want to spend my money elsewhere.. it’s seems she may have missed out on the diversity training given to managers a few years ago..

Its one of the best Starbucks I have been to. The place is very spacious and not too crowded. The ambience is really nice. Its a place where you can put on your headphones and just do your work peacefully. The service is also very good.

Everytime I go here they always get my order wrong. They need to pay attention to what drinks they are giving to people. I paid $5 for a $2 coffee. I had no time to go back and complain because I had somewhere to be. Very disappointed in this location.

Worst customer service, I ordered a tomato mozzarela panini by the app. I went to pick it up ( by drive thru because store is closed) I spent more than 10 minutes. At the end they tell me that It was sold out. They didnt even apologized.

Worst customer service. Made us wait for our 1 drink for 5 minutes and they forgot to give back my credit card. We had to turn back and get it after looking for it for an hour. They didnt even apologize for the inconveniences. At least teach your baristas to apologize to your customers.

Im using my husbands phone to post a review. Sunday morning staff very friendly and professional. Lady who gave me my hot peach tea wiyh honey made it very good. Good job.

Always a nice crew only rated them 4 stars though because my daughter ordered the delicious banana bread and usually if you say heated they heat it up for you but they didnt heat hers up it was cold and we didnt realize it until after we pulled out and I wasnt go I g to turn around. She still ate it and it was still good but always better heated.

I Dont Hate This Place

Everytime I go there it is pretty nice, I mean the staff is really good and friendly. But one time like 2 week ago i just went in there to a frap and a coffee for my manager and i ordered a java frap and I dont know why I felt like I was cold coffee. It just didnt felt like i was having a frap, was of disappointed but its fine it does not happen all the time but yes it should be if it happens everytime.

Friendly and fast. They know my name when I come in. Nice touch.

4-25-2019 worst experience specialty since i work 12 hour shifts..when i order an ice chia late and loaf of banana to my surprise they gave me the wrong one they gave instead a lemon loaf..so i told the lady that wasent the rigth thing i wanted.and soundly she yanked the bag of my hand like she was mad..that happened at 5:40 A:M PLUS SHE WAS LIKE SHE DINT CARE.. STARBUCKS NEED EMPLOYEES THAT THEY WANT TO TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT...THEY GUY THAT WAS THERE HE IS THE ONE THAT TOLD SHE WAS MAD BUT HE DINT KNOW WHY..HE HELP ME WITH MY REFUND .
