My daughter bought a laptop for 250.00. The employee talked her out of a warranty plan. Well 1 day later it displayed a lock message and wont power up. They removed the serial number which is shady and illegal. She is a single mom and got scammed. She will go there tomorrow and insist they refund her money or give her another laptop. Ill update my review after they honor their business and take back a fraudulent item they sold. When the guy who sold the laptop talk her out of a warranty, he was scamming my daughter and the manager WILL make it right!

They are great with me I have been there 3 times recently bought and awesome computer and I had to pawn it a few months later and I was able to add another month same with a Nintendo switch and he told me if I need to come back again with the switch he would give more since I got the switch back out very nice people ..especially these hard times they will work with u able pawn sucks low ball you

Bought an Apple Watch there. They explained everything to me which I understood. But I went back to ask some questions if they could get a hold of the customer who pawned the watch and ask them to take it off their iCloud lock. I got a super rude employee just spewing all this information in a super rude way. I was just asking a question not in a harmful way at all or being mean to her employees. I work in customer service as well I know it’s frustrating to deal with others sometimes. But this woman was just talking over her coworker being super rude. I was only asking a simply question what their policy was on getting a hold of the person or if I could try and contact them from the store. I really liked the place till it became unwelcoming. I’m sorry but I don’t plan on coming back at all or even purchasing anything from there any longer. After this last visit I don’t even want to come back if they’re just going to treat others this way.

I love this place they have great deals and they will work with you. Dakota is an awesome person!!!!! I recommend coming here for electronics they have a great selection!!

Never had a bad experience until today, where they sold me a gold chain, at first I was told it was 14k but then when I looked over the chain and my receipt later on it is only 10k, I was then told I could only return the chain in the same day, but not get a partial refund for the difference in gold percentage....

After reading the posts here I feel like i must give my 2 cents. I have been going here for 3 months now and before that time they were mostly negative reviews. I have done business with every employee and i have to say that they are very friendly and i got 100 dollars MORE!!! Ye$!! 100 more to pawn a TV than taking it over to ez pawn by. Rt62 and Rt53. One employee says Hello Richard everytime I walk in and surprisingly most on the loans i was able to get more than the first offer. My favorite employee is the young black gentleman. Bought a drill and the cashier helped me bring all my items to the car. i touched the trigger and it fell off along with other internal parts. it just broke for no reason right in front of him and all he told me is sorry i cant do anything you didnt buy the warranty and wouldnt exchange or give my money back. it broke at the store in front of him and doesnt give a refund, partial refund, or an exchange? I will never do business with this place again. Dont waste your money I bet more of their products will break once you get it.

Waited around the store for more than twenty minutes trying to sell stuff just to be told they no longer take what I had due to overstock. Dirty, cramped, and most appliances, tools, and electronica they are selling are old and roughly used. Do not come here.
