This facility is amazing! The office manager was simply delightful. She made my experience renting a unit seamless. I highly recommend using this facility for all your storage needs. It is safe, clean and has security cameras everywhere. No need to bring a cart the facility has them on hand. A+++++ on my list!

The storage facility is very nice, clean, and well maintained. The storage unit doors are easy to operate and lock. Cheryl from the office was extremely helpful is helping me select a unit and took me out to the unit to view it before I committed to renting the unit from them. She was very informative and made sure I understood the dimensions of the unit and if it was going to meet my needs. Ive rented other storage units in the past but Cheryl is the first person who made sure I had a good purchase experience and if Ive been happy with the unit after purchase. I highly recommend Life Storage.

Having used a variety of storage facilities over the course of several years and in several locations, the Life Storage on Randall Rd is by far the best Ive encountered! Betty is amazing! She is knowledgeable, pleasant, friendly, beyond helpful - just wonderful! I am not always the easiest person to deal with and when it comes to handling logistics or an abundance of personal belongings, my irritation makes me even less so. However, Betty made the whole experience a breeze! The facility is top-notch, super clean and competatively-rated. Im so pleased with my service and would all my encounters be taken care of so smoothly and interactions be so enjoyable, it would make a vast difference. Like the difference Betty has made with my experience at Life Storage. If youre ever in need of a good spot to park your belongings and the area is convenient for you, really dont bother going elsewhere. This place is it. Thanks, Betty!

Today I visited the Life Storage store in Carpentersville. The location was very clean and convenient. Joyce was very friendly and answered all my questions on the different sizes rental units.This location has all indoor storage which makes it very nice on bad weather days. I would recommend Life Storage Store #549 .They also sell boxes, tape, packing supplies in case you forgot something.

I just gor an email saying that they are raising my rent because the surrounding market has gone up and per the agreement they have the right to raise my rent AGAIN.......Funny, everyone elses rent has gone DOWN due to the pandemic; but Life Storages corner in Carpentersville has gone up? They just went from 5 stars to 1........maybe an email to NBC Investigates and see if I am being cheated.......

Came here last week with a friend to get a storage unit and was surprised on how clean this facility is. Anthony was helping us and he was super friendly and upbeat. If I need a unit for myself I will definitely come here until then I highly recommend this facility.

I was in the process of renting a unit online yesterday using my phone and got as far as receiving my Validation Code in an email and was not able to get back into my account to complete the rental process.
