I am an Australian living in the Philippines. I am a disabled pensioner. I bought a California eco bike, model Santa Monica 11, 2 years ago. I loved it and became very reliant on it to get around. But then the throttle broke. I had enormous trouble finding the part. Finally I got it from China. No after sales service here from CDR King, the distributors here.Now it has broken down again and no-one can fix it.Does the battery wear out? Once again no after sales service. Disgraceful.I cannot afford a new one. Being disabled I am now severely restricted getting around and it has effected my quality of life.I write this hoping and wondering whether I will hear from the company in USA.Geoff GlideCan you help me please?Geoff Glide

I purchased a electric bike from them off ebay that was broken for $620.00 and returned it to the place they asked me to ship it to which was california, they took my money and the bike and never returned anything please dont buy nothing from this company they are a rip off and pay pal allowed them to take my money and the bike.
