Excellent service! They were able to take my passport photo and help me send out the application. All while helping several other customers!I will be using this store more often in the future.

Moses, the store owner, was amazingly helpful! I am so grateful for his kindness and willingness to guide me through the process of returning multiple items that came in different boxes from Amazon. He must have taken half an hour to help me while his assistant helped the other customers. Incredible customer service and I will bring all of my shipping business to Moses and the UPS Store! Moses is the man! Excellent service.He picked up a large painting from a home in Carpinteria.They wrapped it up so it would not get damaged in shipping.It was too large to ship by air so he made the arrangements to ship ground freight. The painting made it safe to me in Colorado. All I had to do was talk to him on the phone. He kept in contact to follow up on the delivery.Highly recommended.

UPS Carpinteria has been a big part of my shipping needs for years. I can find just the right sized box to buy or a roll of shipping tape. Im always impressed that their supplies section has so many choices. If you need a special birthday card they will have it. I have had great luck finding the perfect card many times.But today Moses went above and beyond to help me out. I had lost a receipt from a package I shipped and without it I couldnt be reimbursed.I called not even knowing when the transaction took place. He was so kind and helpful. He back tracked, looked through days of receipts and found just what I needed. Im very grateful to Carp. UPS for helping me out but thats the kind of place it is. Carpinteria is lucky to have them here.

Yesterday i came in late in the day to pick up a print job I had emailed through the UPS website. In spite of multiple interruptions, the young ladies were able to find my job--the email address on the UPS site is wrong--explain the cost clearly and print it quickly. All with a smile for the person who didnt understand what happened. Very gracious, thank you!

I was not comfortable leaving this store with my items unpacked to ship, not knowing if they would make it to their recipient. The cashier was friendly enough, but because there was a line, he didnt pack my items in the box or seal it, so I have no way of knowing they will all get packaged and sent. The receipt also says 2 items when it was really 5 items. It would be so much more professional to have finished my order - I understand waiting in line for the same thing for anyone else.

This is the BEST UPS store !! They have moved my personal belongings from California to Kauai and again from California to Colorado. Everything was done quickly and economically with no delays or damage to any of my belongings including a very fragile antique rocking chair. Moses and Peter went above and beyond for me and I will be forever grateful to them. I also used their services for scanning and emailing, package shipments and copying. They are always friendly, professional, accurate and efficient. I hope there is a store here in my new location that will take care of me as well. The manager, who is one of the nicest people we know, and the staff are very friendly, courteous and also extremely efficient. My family has been going to this store for many years as we are satisfied with its service. We hope there is no change in the management in future.

Nicole, as well as the rest of the staff were very helpful in getting my packages shipped out, despite the fact that I was shipping them USPS and only had a few pages with of printing that was needed.

Terrible, this place is almost always closing 30min earlier than what is stated on their website and on their door. As a mom, its a pain to get out with a newborn to drop off packages, my husband works late so Im always racing to get their before they close at 6, yet every time I have gone even sometimes an hour before closing theyre closed!! I hate this place, already called corporate too!!

Why cant they answer there phones i spent 5 minutes with the phone still ringing and no answer and they are supposedly still open.....not even an option to leave a message either. and i called 5 times in a row and nothing
