This was my first time at this store. The associate behind the desk did not waste a moment evaluating the problem I presented to him, and developing a solution. He took me out to my vehicle and showed me exactly what I needed. Even though NAPA could not provide the item I needed; they told me what I needed, where to get it, and how to install it. NAPA incorporates one of the tenants I live by: Knowledge is power. NAPA is where you want to go for auto parts and knowledge.

Even though they didnt have the part I needed, they tried very hard a and were very courteous.

Highest quality parts available on any planet in any universe at any time.

Google hours say closes at 1 on saturdays, but the door has a handwritten sticker saying noon.

I don’t remember the older gentleman’s name that helped me yesterday (He had longer hair), but I was dreading having to go, get a new battery and deal with prorating it (battery died before it’s time) . He was really nice and helpful and it was one of the easiest/ smoothest experiences I’ve had in any auto parts store.

Needed a hydraulic hose fixed on the spot. Not sure the gents name that waited on me but what a good attitude and his helpfulness made this a 5 star!You can make a difference to the people you encounter every day so we should take a lesson from him.

Five stars for George who works at this Napa store. My friends car had a broken alternator belt and George went out of his way to help. He explained what was wrong and even helped with our options. We ended up having a friend drive over to help put the new belt on and George even came back out to help and double check everything. Customer service is rare these days but George was awsome!! Five stars!Thank you George:) From now on I will try and buy all my truck parts at this store. I highly recommend this store.

Poor customer service, went in to have a hose made was told bob wasn’t there and the other guy couldn’t stop inventory for five mins to make it. Why advertise you make Howe’s and not train your people what to do, this is way I stay away from NAPA

Terrible customer service/ racist. Waited on a worker for 40 mins and people that showed up after me were helped before I was.
