Bought a new house that had a culligan system. It had not been services for a number of years, but Jaime(?) came over and brought me into this decade. He was a great help and I am happy to be the newest Culligan customer.

Service was fast and professional. They worked around my schedule the best they could. Installed new unit and it was clean looks good.

My experience with purchasing a new water softener from Culligan Water of Carroll was a very good experience. They made a service call on my old Culligan Softener (27 years old) and told me that it needed to be replaced. Culligan Water of Carroll has an excellent reputation and I took their advice and replaced the unit with a new Culligan unit that we are very happy with. The machine is first rate and works perfectly. The installation was very professionally done and my wife and I are very happy with the whole experience.

I definitely recommend Culligan water services to everyone that wants the peace of mind that their drinking water is safe and not full of chemicals! The service is excellent! After moving out of Carroll and to a new city, I have even more appreciation for this company. I’ve had to buy gallons of water per week because the drinking water where I live has a gross taste to it. I would love to have Culligan here but the landlord does not allow it. Take advantage of this while you can!

Great place! Great people! Follow up is great and also love the reminders that they are delivering my salt and checking things over! I didnt think there was a big difference with water but once you have culligan water its hard to drink any other water highly recommend!

The Culligan service person is very efficient and polite! Culligan stays on top of when I need service again!! Prices are good!

They did fix my water softener, took them around 20 minutes is all. The reason for three stars is they charged me a $85 trip charge to drive 4 blocks to my house. The trip charge was almost double the parts and labor for the softener they fixed.
