Great place to work with good benefits and profit sharing plan. Managers are still wet behind the ears with no manufacturing skills whatsoever and no personal skills. Long hours in the summertime and wintertime depending on how far behind your line is. If you dont have a family this is a great place to work as you will start on 2nd shift no matter what your situation is with virtually no chance to get to 1st until youve been there for a good 10 years. Promotions rare unless you know someone in the front office and your nose dont smell the greatest..but hey thats on you my friend. If you are lucky enough to get a bid job WATCH YOUR BACK. Literally walk around looking into a mirror so you can see the knives coming because anyone will do anything to get you fired. There is no length they wont go to see you out the door and literally living on the streets. Oh and everyone is having relations with everyone else. Its high school all over again..preps with the preps...stoners with the stoners...cheerleaders making fun of the unfortunate. Disgusting. Pizza hut will deliver.
