Convenient new service which lets you stay in your car.

Pretty good service depending upon what time of day you pick up. Do it before 3pm and it should go pretty smoothly. Most of the pick up people are really nice and easy to deal with. I have, in the past, gotten substitutions when I marked the ‘no substitutions’ box on check out. There have been several problems in the 2 years that I’ve been using this service, including them canceling my order because they don’t believe that a $400 order isn’t fraudulent. 4 times I’ve driven 49 miles each way only to discover upon arrival that my order was cancelled, no heads up whatsoever. Thus the 1 star review. Good people, terrible company. Shop here at your own risk, you may get there only to find that they have cancelled your order.
