Another awesome experience from the Hammerhead Performance team of John & tech Jason!! Bought a new engine and optional oil cooler. Had questions, emailed them on Saturday, John responded. Had issues with a new motor, John emailed me on Sunday that he and tech Jason would call me on Monday. They did!! I resolved everything thanks to their help!!Only buy your OEM Hammerhead parts from them!!!👍👍👏👏

They are more expensive than say ebay, but i wanted a one stop shop for a repair, with better customer support. One of the parts i received was defective and the owner called to make it right. that doesn’t always happen.they are nice to talk to, and agreed to waive the restock fee on parts I botched. They went over and above to make me a satisfied customer.

This business is amazing! We needed a new engine for our Yardsport 200 and they shipped out a new engine that fit perfectly. After 2 years of trying to get this machine running again we had it going in no time at all! Highly recommend them-questions we had were answered immediately and we couldnt be happier!!

Had some problems with finding the correct parts. After emailing Hammerhead showed me where to find the VIN# so that I could identify what model I had in order to get the right parts. They have an assortment of manuals and a wide variety of parts. I couldnt be happier with the service. I spoke to Jason there and he gave me some needed tech support for a small issue I had with getting my unit to fire. HIGHLY RECOMMEND A+++

They have parts which is good, but some prices are highway robbery (like engines). 20% restocking fee on parts that need to be returned, which seems ridiculous. The way many of these parts are numbered causes causes confusion and you can easily order the wrong parts. Find a local dealer and just order from them, the shipping cost and the 20% restocking fee are not worth the risk.

The customer service I received was over and beyond. Also the shipping rates are really fair. I would recommend this site to anybody to place orders!

Dont trust the reference guides! Or customer serviceWe purchased engine frame parts and bushings along with lots of other parts to replace the broken frame on our side by side. We did LOTS of research and cross referenced the parts .It should have been fail proof. After getting the replacement part for the broken part we had we then discovered we need another frame part to complete the upgraded revision. We ordered another frame part and that wasnt compatible. Again we dug in to research the issue and couldnt come to a conclusion.After all this headache and time I contacted Hammerhead and explained the situation. They flat out said cant return the new boxed parts due to time since purchase. Another side note, this rig we are trying to repair is for my disabled Veteran husband to be able to access our property with family.god bless America

Ordered, and tried to send back even though I already paid for shipping they wanted me to pay again. Along with a 20% restock fee. RIP off. Would not recommend buying from them. Part will go into scrap, because theyre not making even more money off of a part that was already paid for. Theyre not even offering me a full refund price, and then an additional 20% fee

I bought a Hammerhead GTS 150 a couple weeks ago and needed new tires and rims. I shopped around but eventually I stumbled across this site and its easy to use. Ordered tires, rims, and a canopy top. Even got a discount, awesome... But even MORE awesome, once they received my order they contacted me to see if i would rather them send me the tires and rims already assembled. AWESOME cause yes I sure did want them already assembled lol but I thought when they got here that my canopy top wasnt so I messaged them and they got right back to me that its probably in one of the tires. Bam. Right on and my bad for not looking better. Long story short Martin and the customer service team had no problems getting back with me and honestly I have more parts to buy and cant wait to see what they can help me with AND the response to the review that Mr Olson that bought hammerhead parts for a vehicle that wasnt hammerhead, RESPECT guys cause hammerhead wasnt at fault there and frankly shame on you Travis. These guys are great. I laugh every time I think about it.

Purchased a used Mudhead 208R recently, and the customer experience I received from John and the team on purchasing parts to make my sons Kart run was AMAZING. The only place I will buy my parts. They are fantastic. If you need parts for your Hammerhead, this was the best I found.

Ive been using other go-kart sites and having bad results. Long shipping times, overly expensive items, out if stock items, etc. UNTIL I found hammerheadperformance. They ship timely, actually faster than any place Ive dealt with. Theyre courteous, fast, they always have what I need. I am extremely satisfied!!!

Great place to buy Go-kart parts

This place is no help at all. Get your parts some where else. I unfortunately ordered the wrong size struts for a go-kart and I wanted to ideas of how I might be able to still use them instead of sending them back. They had a very short no answer. Then I had to ask if they could help me find the right size I needed and they said NO. Really helpful.Thanks for the reply, but you still did nothing and its nice to see you admit it dont bother to give suggestions or anything your only happy you will get a restocking fee and be able to see the product again for full price. Tell me if thats disgusting or not! I wasnt asking you to redesign the kart, I was only looking for an idea as I said in the email. You can go on an on about how you dont like reviews but if you dont actually help a customer dont be upset by the review!

This company is so awesome. I have a 2011 Polaris hammerhead GTS 150. It’s pretty old and I have been restoring it for the last year, If I need to order a new part and I don’t know the part number I can just call Hammerhead Performance Parts number and he will give the part number to me right away. It is just great service, they are so nice and helpful. I am so glad this company is in business. This company is so kind and helpful, and the guy that I talk to you on the phone Is so nice. Absolutely awesome customer service! Bought a used 250, and was muddling through the manual to get up to speed on maintenance items when I decided to try and give them a call. After expecting an automated menu and 20 minutes of hold time, I was pleasantly surprised that after just a couple rings, a live person answered!I asked him about my specific year and model, and he gave me instant and clear guidance on what I needed and was also able to verify that the parts I ordered from the site earlier were definitely the right ones for my application. Super impressed!!!

Very good, fast response to a question I had. On two separate orders, they quickly removed the shipping charges on one, saved me a few bucks on parts for a great cart for my son...I bought the hammerhead because it was produced by polaris, and you can actually talk with service help in the U.S.

Good day ! ( or night depending on what time you are reading this ) ~ I have never written a review before but while on the phone with a Hammerhead associate, I was sharing with him how I have found their service and ordering department second to none and how much I appreciated this and he asked if I would write a review . I said I would be happy to - so here goes ; Two years ago I bought a Hammerhead GTS Platinum go cart in central Minnesota for my autistic son but hes afraid to drive it - so it now belongs to you know who . Over the last two years and 1400 miles later I have done many upgrades to the engine and CVT transmission as well as a high rev adjustable CDI and really enjoy my new Toy - like the low center of gravity for drifting and the nitrogen shocks that offer a ride that is ultra smooth . ( I have just boughten more of these to replace the existing shocks on another ATV - the spring adjustment range is about two inches ) . Anyway, to make a short story long, the machine has been flawless except for a $13 silinoid that went out and replacement is clicking now and then after 700 more miles. The one fellow I talked to at Hammerhead was honest and told me they were prone to go out so I ordered an extra when it went out - at $13 apiece it was a small price to pay .Along the way as I was doing upgrades, I would call or message them on Gmail with questions and ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS they got back to me very promptly or came to the phone and this a several times occurance over the last 2 years . In closing I will add that I have stayed away from other companies because of many bad reviews ( I have no personal experience with these but when the negative reviews outnumber the positive ones thats a red flag to me ) and seeing how Polaris acquired Hammerhead performance three years ago this August Im very happy that they stand behind their products . Furthermore all the products I ordered over the 2 years were the right parts and in good shape except for my last order on April 23rd of 2019 for parts for another Chinese GY6 ATVwhere my Dr. Pulley sliders were the wrong weight and one of the nitrogen gas shocks had a cut in the casting from a cut off blade from the factory - both of which were promptly replaced by Hammerhead and are on the way to my house as I write this - along with a slip.to cover return postage on the parts Im sending back . Again I have nothing but good things to say about this company . . . .Sincerely David up in northern Minnesota - where ATV trails abound !* * * PS, or the Chinese products the parts go on - except for the chains on the pit bikes or the shocks on my new Coolster 3150 adult ATV, both of which have been or shortly will be replaced as soon as my replacement shock arrives . I also bought a manual choke conversion kit from Hammerhead for the Coolster because although I have not had any problems, I have read they can stick open . And yes Hammerhead go carts are made in China . Seven years ago I never would never have boughten Chinese but for those of us old enough to remember ~ like the Japanese products of old - theyvre come a long way and the GY6 engines are a dependable engine . Also dont forget to call Hammerhead Performance in Texas to get the code for your 10 percent off - more times than not they have one .Well time to go kayaking and again : Have a great day!
