Very courteous and professional. These guys are the best around period! Very fast turn around also had my bike done in 30 mins when I brought it in the first time for oil change. They even went the extra mile to tighten my loose exhaust after installing the sensor I needed for my second visit. Fair prices and great customer service. Will always bring my bike to them to be worked on. I encourage anyone else to do the same.

This was my first time to visit Basic Cycle. They were recommended by another bike repair shop that were unable to perform the repair I needed. I was made to feel like I had been doing business with them for ages. Every one there was friendly, polite and professional.

They work on all types of motorcycles. They dont do big internal engine rebuilds. But for the money spent on oil changes, tires and lights. They do a good job.

The owner was friendly and knowledgeable. The turnaround was quick and the prices were very reasonable. Ill certainly come back for any maintenance needs that require an expert.

Great place! I took my bike there and will never take it anywhere else. Mechanics there are knowledgeable and very helpful. Sport bikes, cruisers, atvs, utvs, you name it, they fix it. Would definitely recommend.

If I could give 10 stars I would!!! From one business owner to another, even though we are in very different fields of work, I thoroughly enjoyed doing business with these fantastic people!!!! Nothing but customer service and hard work from these guys!! Took my 11 GSXR600 to them, it was there for 2 hours then I got a call back to come get it, they told me and showed me what was wrong, explained it, and turned it on to show they fixed it. I definitely recommend them for any repair work!! Great service, extremely timely manner, and tons of respect all around! If anything needs tea airs on my bike, I will absolutely be a return customer! Also, you cant beat their prices anywhere, go ahead and look, I double dare ya!!!! Been buying tires there for years, always personal customer svc. I have 2 sport bikes and they only get shoes from basic cycles. Sure you could save a few bucks and buy online but in the end its not worth the minor difference. Dennis is great and Brian the shop tech is very knowledgable. Great place to take your bike.

I would give 5 stars since they are so friendly and knowledgable and well-priced, but I took my bike in to have the carb cleaned. It got done well, but when I picked the bike up, the fuel was shut off causing the bike to die on me in the middle of a very busy 4-lane highway. Just a little frightening! There was barely enough fuel left in the tank to make it to a station a mile up the road. Thats something I would like to have been told about. Check your bike before you pay and leave!
