I purchased a car from eCarone last month site unseen other than the images online and images the salesman sent me. The salesman did setup an offsite inspection, which helped ease my mind and the car was shipped via the dealers shipper, it arrived quickly and the cost was very fair. The overall dealer communication wasnt the best, but the car arrived exactly as expected and the car is in fantastic shape. The costs were clear and no surprises. The salesman Ahmad was very helpful and good to work with. The car is a hybrid and I joked about it being a really nice golf cart the car arrived with several golfballs in the cup holder. I thought that was a nice touch. I would buy from them again.

Set an appointment to test drive a Tesla. After 40 minutes of waiting for our salesman we left. If they won’t honor your initial appointment, I can’t imagine how bad they’d response to service after the sale. Check them out on Yelp for an un-edited group of reviews.

I bought a car here 3 years ago. The overall experience was bad, I was blatantly lied to and I chose to take the lump because I trusted a car salesman over the phone before driving up from Austin, trust and car salesman dont belong anywhere near each other much less in the same sentence. I have since sold my car and per the bank, I need to contact the dealer to get the gap refund initiated. I have called 4 times over three weeks and left voicemails, I have also emailed twice. I literally cannot get anyone to return my phone call, return an email, nothing. Its a shame they care so little about their customers. I would not ever, ever do business here again.

Bought the Lexus Gs200t here and it totally burned after 2 months with only 300 miles on it.There are a lot of issues with this Dealer:1. When I came to do the test drive, the car has a light on which need to go to Lexus to do the reset, was told that it should be done when I come to pick it up on the next day but it didnt. So I had to go to Lexus by myself.2. Pickup the car around 5:30 PM in a hurry, so I didnt look close enough to realize one of the wheels was damaged and was touch up(the sale man didnt say anything about this issue) Looks like it was in an accident on the front right passenger side. I didnt check the car when I pick it up, Its my fault.3. I bought a lot of cars in my life but never drive one home with a half gas tank like this. The car wash was bad too.4. I bought the car on 11/01/2019, got the email from the Manager which said I qualify for the $100 gift card. Email him back but never get the response.5. The car was parked in my garage most of the time, drove less than 300 miles and it totally burned by itself for no reason on 12/31/19 night.

Being scared of haggling with dealers who do these every day, I was happy to learn that eCarOnes no-haggle business model. So I decided to spend some time on this dealership. I thoroughly checked their inventory on the website and found tons of nice cars deserved a try. These cars both in good condition and are listed with fair prices. More important, most of the cars are personal lease car. This is way better than those rental cars! Then I placed a test drive request through their website portal and immediately got the response from Keith. I chose 1 BMW and 1 MB and scheduled the test drive with Keith. He confirmed that quickly without any problem.On that day I arrived eCarOne and met with Keith. He is a really nice man and he never pushes you! He just handed the key fob to me and said that I can test drive the car by myself as long as I want. This is amazing! The cars were deep cleaned and looked as new! Great cosmetic! After that day I was pretty sure I would buy from here. Finally, we purchased a 2015 535 w/ M sport. The condition is fantastic. Everywhere was carefully cleaned. During the whole procedure, Keith just answered all questions and never said too much to change your mind. This was great! Thank you!Take away: If you want a used car, come here!

*I purchased a Mercedes from them in 2019. Its a 2018. They had the best and lowest price of every place I searched AND for a vehicle that was only a year old. I live in another city and I had a mechanic shop there check the vehicle out.. The guy did a full report with video.. I had a sales person who quit right in the middle of my deal. Some1 else took over immediately. They Fed Xd my paperwork with paid postage to send it back. I spoke with the finance dept a few times and the car was shipped to me directly to my door. I Never stepped foot inside the dealership. My car is doing well no issues. And when I get ready to purchase another luxury vehicle it will most definitely be through ECarOne again. This is the most awesome way to buy a car. I really only want to do business with them. Plus they have awesome cars at great pricing!:-)

This review is long overdue, but back in July I worked with Keith at eCarOne. I was looking at a few different cars, but eventually decided that the BMW M4 was the one for me. The one that eCarOne had in their inventory at the time was the best deal that I saw in the whole state in terms of age, mileage, features, and price. Bought my Jaguar Fpace here last year for my birthday and I will be returning for an upgrade. The service Johnny gave was amazing and you couldnt beat the price. Johnny was and still is very helpful. He has a customer for life. The only reason I took one star off is because of the scratches I didnt notice until after the purchase and I noticed a change in the way the vehicle drove. I rarely drive on the highway and when I finally decided to do so it felt as if the traction was unbalanced. Especially when going over a certain speed, felt as if I were going to lose control. I hadnt had the vehicle for even a month. Told Johnny who told me to take it to the dealership because its still under warranty. Within the first 2-3 months, my car spent more time at the dealership than with me. They couldnt even tell me what was wrong. Told me to buy $1000 new tires and I did, problem was minimized but still there. Turned out the original owner purchased the lowest tire package and the SUV needs bigger rims and tires. To this day, that makes absolutely no sense. Why sell a vehicle with tires, that dont accommodate the vehicle. Again not necessarily eCarOne fault because you get what you pay for. When buying a used car, thats the possibility that comes with it. But tell me whats wrong and give me the option. I still wouldve purchased the vehicle, just wouldve bought bigger rims and tires from the beginning.

Elias was my sales person. He was professional and thorough. He did not use high pressure sales techniques, but rather was informative, answered my questions, and let the car sell itself. He had knowledge of the vehicle.When I did my test drive I came in and said I dont fit in the car. He asked the problem and I said the seat is too high and I couldnt get it any lower.He came out and showed me how the seats lowered, and now the car fits like a glove! He encouraged a pre purchase inspection. I took it to my own mechanic who specializes in European high end cars. Elias had someone drive the car there and pick it up. The mechanic told me the car was in great condition but there were some normal wear and tear issues. I presented the mechanics list to the dealer and we had some price negotiating. They gave me a fair offer which I accepted.

We bought a suv from ecarone and it’s been a pretty bad experience car was missing a push to start button upon delivery which was promised it was going to be there it had to big door dings upon delivery which I had no idea. it didn’t even came with paper plates I had to call them to even get that I just spent $425 to fix my dings I wouldn’t have bought this car if I knew there were two door dings anyways letting people know to be careful with this company I would like someone to call me and explain me why would someone has to deal with this first time buying a car without looking trusted them and super unhappy

I called ahead told Trevor the vehicle I was interested in driving. He had the car upfront when I arrived. An hour later I had signed all my documents and Trevor had shipping set up on the vehicle. I flew home and woke up the next day to a call from the shipper saying he would be there in the afternoon. EASIEST AND BEST POSSIBLE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!

Exceptional friendly service. We had Alexis help us with our auto purchase. She made sure everything was done quickly because we were in a time crunch. Also, she remembered our names, she was not pushy, she had the car ready for us to test drive when we got there. we did not wait. I went in knowing pretty much what car I wanted, so the process was quick and very friendly. Financing was fast and the rate was very competitive. My only “complaint” would be they did not fill the car with gas. I have never purchased a car where that didn’t happen. All in all, great expertise and Alexis was very helpful and friendly.

Do not buy a car here! Was lied to on three different occasions where I then made three trips from Oklahoma to Dallas after being told the car was in good, ready to sell condition (needed dash repaired, large paint chips and rear A/C fixed), only for it to be inaccurate and a huge waste of time. This place embodies the true definition of shady car dealers. Though everything happens for a reason and I’m much happier with the car I ended up purchasing elsewhere. Avoid at all costs, even if their prices are good.
