I will never recommend West Way Collision Center, they provided terrible service. From the start they were very eager to earn my business but once they had my car I did not receive a single phone call from them, I had to constantly call and get updates and when I did no one knew when the car would be ready or what stage in the repair it was in. I had my car picked up from them Friday May 21st and I just now got my car back Thursday June 24th. I was supposed to get my car back 1 week ago but they did an extremely poor job, paint was chipped, residue was left on the car, they “fixed” my trunk and it wouldn’t open properly. Tint was scratched, the Nob that releases my wiper fluid was never reattached, the tools used to lift my car were just thrown in the trunk, and the left taillight was out. I came back a week later to get my car picked up and it still wasn’t ready, I called them at 4 PM earlier today (it’s is now 8PM) and I was told it was perfect and ready to go. My left taillight was still out, the tint was still scratched, the loose parts were glued on in a sloppy manner where all the glue was oozing out the sides. I am now waiting for them to fix these issues before I take my vehicle. I had such a terrible experience and the whole way through I was told excuse after excuse. They need to get a quality check manager to review the vehicle BEFORE telling a customer to pick it up. Extremely unprofessional and I will never bring my car here, or ever recommend anyone I care about here.

Ali and his team did a great job on a really difficult fix on my car. I was rear ended on my bumper and then hit again a few months later; my drivers side quarter panel looked like a rippled potato chip. Where can I start with this place. I’ve took multiple vehicles to this location. Ali and the team have fixed multiple vehicles of mine. From a completely totaled Toyota Camry that came out looking completely brand new and much better looking with original OEM parts. They do honest, quality work and they give you it to you in a quick turn around and care for your valuable time. They have fixed also done my Cadillac CTS that had bad body damage in a surprisingly quick turn around with professional parts, service and honest work.
