Amazing service from Manuel. Really awesome and personable guy!! Made the drive to my house and had my windshield replaced in less than an hour. Windshield looks perfect. Dealer glass. No issues whatsoever. I had a very pleasant experience!

What a waste of my time! Seriously set up for them to come on a certain date and was told they would text me with a two hour so down on when they would be there. Day of at the grocery store get a VM tech stating his ETA of 30 mins at 8:08 am I rush to check out to get at least whats in my basket. Im 5 mins from home. He arrives at 8:22 before me and of course leaves right away( I didnt even know he had came) then I receive a text message tech will arrive anywhere from 9-10:30 am, perfect Im waiting, wasting more of my time. Finally get in touch with customer service at 11:30 after calling the available number sent to me several times with no answer. Just to get told he came already. I had 14 mins to get here. Seriously. Terrible communication and definitely do not recommend wasting your time!

I had an awesome experience. The lady on the phone took the time to look up all the features on my car and listed the different options available for me. I chose a mopar glass which is really nice. They came to my work to replace and had it done very quickly. They were a lot cheaper than the other quotes l was given from other companies.

Ask for Taylor. Very friendly, professional, and clean/organized. Took his time to replace my rear window and did a great job.

Horrible customer service. I used this company because they are an approved vendor with my insurance company. I gave them the order over a month ago and they have still not fixed it. No calls or updates. I end up having to call them for status.

Do not use this company. The first windshield had to be replaced because they did not seal it properly and you could hear wind coming in. The second one was cracked less than 6 weeks later. I spent $600 on a new windshield and they will not honor their work. I understand that it is glass and will break when a rock hits it. However, the quality of the glass they use is subpar and if I had chosen a different company, my outcome would be different. I also received a call from Patrick who proceeded to yell at me on the phone and tell me that I was now voiding my warranty. Totally unprofessional. Again, DO NOT USE.

This company is trash at best. Whatever you do stay clear of these MF’s. Don’t say you wasn’t warned.

They looked up my window details by my Vin number and still came to my location with the wrong window... Was told they would look up the correct part and call me back. Never received a call back. Called them several times and each time was told they were looking it up right now and will call me back.. 9 days later and still no call back, I called other companies... I dont recommend this company at all...

Allison at the call center was very helpful! When she found out my insurance deductible was going to be more than the cost of replacing my window, she called and cancelled the claim for me.Jo came and fixed my window in no time flat and was very open with any questions Ive had.The bad reviews from Google made me very nervous, but I had to remember that most people only post reviews when things go wrong.

It really is the worst company! Please dont trust them ... Wasted the day waiting for their service and guess what? They did not come! And his answer was: we see the new glass with a small scratch...

Their service is horrible! they quoted me $550 for a Windshield, then told me it would be $950 then in the morning as i am expecting them to come out they call me wanting $1500 just to come out and replace it. they tripled the price within 12 hours. Very shady and unprofessional business. When i called them out on it all they could do is apologize that they got caught.

I used them in 2018 Summer and 2019 Summer. I believe in second chances. Both times they verified the windshield I needed with the dealer first. The tech arrived the next day with the incorrect windshield both years. They are cheaper than most but you get what you pay for.

Had my back glass replaced on my 2015 Toyota Tundra someone broke into the back glass. Call my insurance company they recommended this company we ended up going with the customer pay cuz it was under my deductible. Had the company come out the next day which is pretty nice everything was okay until it technician damage to my vehicle. The technician put in a warranty claim to get my truck fixed for the damage he caused. The claim department calls me to set up an appointment for Monday the service got done on a Friday, Monday rolls around and no one shows up and no one calls me. I tried calling and I cant get through to anybody their customer service say that only through email can you contact them. I finally get someone to call me and they said theyre going to schedule it for Friday instead of the Monday. Firday comes around and no one shows up or call me. I dont like to complain but when you damage someones vehicle take responsibility fix it and own up to it call somebody if you cant show up this is the worst company Ive ever dealt with. Second to this they had told me they were going to put OEM glass in the vehicle and I got aftermarket glass put in there. They got paid and they dont care about the Damage Done to my vehicle. Dont use this company theyre associated with Gerber Collision and their a bad body shop anyways.

Waited ALL DAY for windshield tech guy to come replace our window. Never called, never showed. Finally tracked him down via glass door, and after being on hold for 11 minutes, was told that he got busy and would be there in another two hours. Really? FAIL
