I went here for my car maintenance, got taken care of by Bobby professionally, and he was very helpful in giving the guidance of what the current and future services needed for my car. Great job!The only reason I didnt give 5 stars rating is due to Wifi. Its not stable and very hard to connect to. I ended up using my mobile data to work. I usually do car maintenance during work hours, so its much appreciated if we can improve that.

This place is where you need to come and get your new car!I called day before wanting to know more info and my boy Kaleb got me the info I needed I came by the next day and they appraised my past vehicle and they gave me a wonderful offer on it also showed me carfax on the used Kia stinger i was interested in and let me test drive it.Did some negotiations but ended up being VERY VERY happy with my decision.Will definitely return in a couple of years for a Telluride, or possible an upgrade towards a new Kia stinger if they redesign it!Get prices and great people to work with.

The guy who came for my car asked what my appointment was for I stated oil change and recall on the fuse, he stated that will take like 2 and 1/2 hours, I said its OK I was told when I made my appointment over the phone it would be 1hr 45mins.Why was it done in 1 hour. I hate that these car dealerships make woman feel some kinda way. I give my car to you abd its a major purchase for ME, so take care of my car and he did not explain anything about the recall just that it can cause a FIRE. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT!!!! BAD, will have to fine another Kia dealership.

I bought a car from this dealership 27 days ago and within 2 days the check engine light came on and after 4 days it completely stopped. Unfortunately 0 stars is not an option. I have been trying to resolve issues with my car since July 31st. This has been an awful experience every since I made them aware of the issues. Kaleb sold me the car and when I returned to discuss the issues he never even acknowledged my presence. I have had several conversations with different employees, but none that have corrected my issues. I called and left a voicemail for Jason who is apparently the owner/ dealer principle and I am still waiting for a call back. I just want and deserve a reliable car especially when bought from what I thought was a reputable dealership. Please advise if there is hope for a resolution.

Great experience! I was quoted an estimated two hours car services, plus an additional 45 minutes, for an oil change. Everything was completed in a timely manor. It only took about an hour and a half. The employees greeted everyone entering the building. While in the waiting room, theyd check in, and see how everyone was doing. I will never deal with this dealership again. Horrible communication (if they even communicate with you at all, that is!), and terrible customer service. NO ONE in the service department talks to each other. One girl scheduled my appointment for 10 AM, then one guy called me and said it was at 12, and another told me it was at 1. When I arrived, they didnt even know I had an appointment. THEN, 30 minutes after dropping my car off, I get a call asking where I was and that the windshield guy has been there waiting to repair my vehicle... I was just left dumbfounded. All said and done, my car will have been there for almost 5 hours for a windshield replacement. So ridiculous. And on top of all of that, a salesman contacted me by getting my number from the service department... definitely not ok with me at all.
Nilsson was very nice and personable. It was nice having a direct person to reach out to for questions. He went out the way to talk through the recall process and offered to check on accommodations for the possible inconvenience of not having a car. Glad I was able to work with him. Will be making the service department at Classic Kia my new stop for maintenance on my car.
The guys here really take care of you and try to make sure youre involved in the process. They let you know whats happening, keep you up to date, and try to save you money where they can. Very reliable crew with capable leader. Absolutely recommend them.
Updated review:After looking at our final paperwork from finance company, we realized we were severely misled. Our finance manager came to us with 2 ‘competing’ offers. Both had mostly same numbers with the exception of a power train warranty for free added on to one. Obviously, we chose that offer. We read our paperwork very carefully, and were shocked when we went over that same paperwork the other night and saw that the $3000 warranty was added to our bill. My husband went to speak with them to get this fixed and they literally laughed at him and basically said “well you signed it, here’s a phone number to call”..They we’re VERY careful with their wording and snuck in that policy, which I’m sure they get a kick back for. Like I originally said, they HAD earned our business and we were looking to trade in our 2017 Altima for a new KIA but now we feel so misled and just genuinely fooled. Everyone was so nice and funny when we bought the car and when we returned with this issue there were completely different attitudes. The price was pretty decent, Taylor was very nice, but I think we’ve lost our trust in this dealership.
I took my vehicle in and they provided exceptional customer service and identified the issue with my car. Luckily, it was covered under warranty and they got my car ready very quickly. I didnt have a appointment for a oil change but the guy name Ron is service department told me to come on in at 8 am and he would take care of me and he did that. He made sure we.was updated on what was going on and what was needed for the car, very nice guy we like his attitude and his energy toward us while we where there. 2 weeks ago I went in for an oil change and when I went to leave my apartment the day after my engine knocked when it started. I checked my oil and it was low and brown. The oil wasn’t changed or even level. When I went in to get the service that I paid for completed, the service manager denied what I was saying without any good excuse. He acted if I didn’t know what new oil should look like and tried to say the oil was level even though it was visibly on Low. When I wouldn’t give in he tried to make me wait for an hour and more to get a service performed that was supposed to be done 2 weeks ago! Only when my boyfriend called is when my car was serviced within 15 minutes.
I had no problems here when I got my car serviced for a Kia recall. I called five dealerships near north Dallas and they were the only Kia dealership that offered a shuttle. I dropped off my car and they texted when it was ready. I picked it up before 6pm and they had vacuumed the inside and washed/waxed the outside. No complaints here! Thank you Classic Kia!

Went to get car detailed. I was extremely impressed upon viewing vehicle after completion. It looked brand new all over again!! Highly satisfied. Joe even took the time to show me the engine cleaning-they literally transformed my car from the inside out!! It was spotless!

Sal, the credit manager was very thorough and long suffering with us and explained everything perfectly without badgering us or trying to sell us things we didn’t want. It’s nice when you receive customer service that is the kind that makes you feel like everyone there genuinely cares about you, the customer. I can’t wait to buy another vehicle there. My girlfriend raves about how great the service is at Kia. This is her 4th Kia Optima. She leased this car from THIS Kia a couple of years ago and I took it in for her to fix a flat tire. I mentioned that the tire should still be under warranty and was told that’s Kia does not have tire warranties.When I repeated that the car has less than 8k miles on it, he seemed to get annoyed. He repeated/changed his reasoning to that they don’t cover tires unless I bought a tire service package at the time of purchase. So, I asked him to check if we had one, (now seeming more annoyed) I was told that he does not have access to that information at his station and that was a financing department issue. I asked twice if he could find out for me, he seemed very annoyed that he would have to go to the finance department to find out. Instead of going to check on the warranty, he just asked me to just pull the car up so that he could check the tire. After looking at it, he said that it would be at least 2 hour wait to fix the tire or I could make an appointment for Saturday (2 days later). After looking at how annoyed and dismissive he was, I really didn’t want to wait and put up with him for 2 hour, I just said no thank you took the car to Discount Tires.
Joe was very courteous and efficient in taking care of my Kia Optimas service and inspection. I was kept up to date via text, and all requests were handled in a timely manner.
The entire team was amazing! The understanding, patience and willingness to help is one of a kind. I visited various places before going here and my only regret was not coming here first. I went to one other dealership earlier that morning and was not happy with their selection, after coming to Kia in Carrollton, I was very pleased with how efficient and pleasing the process was. 10 am Saturday morning, I’m looking for a quote for a knock sensor for my Rio. Bobby in service was very helpful and got me in today, car repaired and out in 2.5 hours ON A SATURDAY LAST MINUTE. Price was far cheaper from other places I was quoted and car was cleaned in and out after service. During the check out, I had a couple of questions and Bobby answered them, what he didn’t know he went to find out and came back with correct information. I have found my service center. Thank you!!!

This is not my home dealer. I was traveling and booked an appointment for a required lube and tire rotation service. The service was done in a reasonable time and the interaction was courteous, attentive and friendly. The vehicle was delivered washed and clean with an Armor All type coating on the tires.
Stephen is the best car salesman I’ve ever dealt with. He looked out for my best interests, and I look forward to working with him again.

My car broke down and I had it towed to Kia to get the Kia experts to work on my car. AFTER dropping it off I was told it would be 5 days before they have the time to even troubleshoot what the codes were. Day 5 rolled around and I was told they needed 7 days to look at it. Yesterday, on Day 7, I called in to find out an update, I was told I would be called back (never got a call). I just called in to get an update (day 8) and was told that my technician is out sick and I will receive as call (whenever he gets back in).They have no loaner cars and offer a $50 a day rental car through enterprise that is on site. I’m going on 8+ days to even find out what is wrong with my car. Who knows how long it will take them to fix it once they figure out the problem. Customer service has not been helpful and do not return phone calls. Other Kia dealerships have loaner cars for customers when they expect the vehicle to be in for long periods of time. Avoid this Kia location.

The employees of Classic Kia are great. They are nice and keep you informed. Whomever the parts vendor is they need to get rid of it takes to long to receive parts, however once received car is fixed the same or next day. Joe is amazing he deserves a raise and my car was detailed it looked brand new.
