After seeing some of the reviews I will admit that the interior is really fancy and can be intimidating as a first time customer. However the staff make you feel right at home by treating you as a person versus a number. I simply had a coupon for an oil change on my 26 year old BMW and when I saw the invoice I was surprised. They used the highest quality German oil available and performed the service for the same price as buying it yourself on Amazon. Furthermore, the invoice had a full inspection showing me areas to be aware of from their master tech. No pushy sales, no extra services. I would gladly come back and pay full price next time...coupon or not.

Excellent Service from Service Advisor Brian Cochran and Technician Corey Michalski. Turnaround time was 24 hours for (4) new shocks/struts, springs, upper and lower control arm bushings, 4-wheel alignment, high pressure fuel pump and oil change. Impressive!!! Shop is very clean and they have an updated waiting area.

I took my car in to Blair Automotive based on a coworker’s recommendation and it was the best decision I could have made. I normally take my 2012 Audi A5 to the dealer, but with my car misfiring and then stalling on me, I knew the cost would end up being very expensive there. I called Blair Automotive on a Monday morning and spoke to Robert and he quickly scheduled me in later that afternoon to have my car looked at. I had it towed to the shop and shortly afterwards, Robert gave me a call asking permission to look further to diagnose the car requiring it to stay overnight, to which I approved. The very next morning he gave me a call to provide an update on what the issues were, what was recommended and again asked for permission before moving forward with the proposed high pressure fuel pump replacement. My car was back up and running the next day, arguably running better than it had been for a while.Having full insight to what was being done to my car was very important to me and with the Blair team, I knew the status of my car every step of the process. Took My 2009 BMW 335i Here for an oil change and some minor maintenance Robert Brown was super friendly and made all the clients in the waiting room feel like they are at home! Great Place to bring your European vehicle.

I worked with Brian to get my A/C fixed and to do some routine maintenance. They were great. They communicate very well. I always knew what was going on, though the repair took a couple days. They had to order a compressor and the first one arrived damaged in shipping. They even washed my car. At the end of everything, they had forgotten to clear the maintenance nags in the computer, so Brian came to my office to do it. I didnt have to go back. I recommend them!

Aaron followed up with me after the service was completed. This company seems committed to locking in customers for life. I tried replacing my rotors on my own. Unfortunately I was still hearing a high-pitched squeal. I took my vehicle to Blair and they fixed it for a reasonable price. The rotors I originally purchased for the DIY project we’re not put back in my vehicle to return to classic BMW as was requested. I was Just going to write it off as a loss, but Aaron asked me to send a receipt for my purchase and he sent me reimbursement from their company account. They have a customer for life with me and I strongly suggest you give them a try.

I went to Porsche Plano service department to inquire on some service on my car and was very disappointed with their customer service. Took forever to look at my car, then I had to call repeatedly to get an update. Messages were left with no call back. Our older car was not a priority.. Unnecessary items/hours were added to the estimate, and Brian repeatedly talked to me as if I were a child, despite multiple attempts to inform him I was knowledgeable about cars/mechanics, having been in the military, just because I was a woman. Overall a horrible experience and we will never be back and we certainly will not recommend the shop to anyone.

Ever since their renovation theyve really turned it up a notch— very nice waiting area, same great mechanics, and *no upselling*. Absolutely stellar communication on part of the mechanics. When they mention something, its worth listening.

Brian quoted me a worse case situation for a full brake replacement prior to drop off which was courteous and pleasant. Great experience at Blair, facilities are clean, modern and comfortable. Courteous and knowledgeable staff, was in and out in about 70 mins for an oil change using Liquid Moly oil and check of major systems. I received a comprehensive report without any strong upsell pressure. Would recommend over dealer for maintenance work.

They quickly identified the issue but needed to order a part, so they let me use one of their loaner cars while they fixed my car. They do a great job and are very friendly but I’m just a little upset that they told me the carbon fiber mirror Caps I brought in for them to Install doesn’t fit my vehicle. They didn’t even bother removing the mirror cap to see if it fit. So I went home myself and did it.Also, they charged me $100 for a CAI installation which is fine and also $100 the other time I came in to install a rear diffuser, but wanted to charge me $500 just to install some side skirts!!? That made completely no sense at all. You lost me there.

First time using Blair Auto Service. Met the owners and liked their location and facilities. Work was done on time and they provided a loan car. All work was good but the brake replacement squeaked. After a couple of adjustments the problem persisted. The owners contacted me and replaced the full parts with new replacement parts quickly and at no cost to me. Replacement was perfect and owner called twice to check on satisfaction. Very professional and focused on quality. Will use them again

I had the back brakes on my car changed, the price was below the dealership price without sacrificing any quality or communications regarding the process. I was in and out in less than 2 hours, and they cleaned the inside of my car to boot. They also followed up with me a few days later to ensure that I was satisfied (ie, they didn’t forget about me as a customer once they had received payment). A great place to take a luxury car to receive luxury treatment with more reasonable pricing.
