The sign was made to my exact needs and looked perfect. I would completely recommend using FastSigns however, when I submitted my request on line... I waited 5 days and then had to call the store myself to find out any information. I even received a request accepted email and then no follow up. I will say this is the first time this has happened but I wont trust the website and will follow up myself.

I had a wonderful experience with this Fast Signs location. I ordered a few hundred suite signs for one of our new office buildings in Plano. Colin got me all of my proofs extremely quickly so we could move on to the fabrication process. When it was time to install Jimmy took excellent care of us. After installing our signs he did a detailed vacuuming around where all the signs were installed. He also moved about quietly as possible so as not to disturb our members. The signs look great! Overall a wonderful experience start to finish.

I’m only giving this rating a 4 because of Josh. If Josh didn’t have good customer satisfaction then I would’ve given this place a rating of a 1 but I try to be fair. Because I want to be fair I have to share my experience regardless if it helps or hurts. Before Christmas I talked to Josh about a project. Christmas was around the corner so I was told my sign would be done after Christmas but before New Years. I told Josh I was going to be on vacation but I would return on the 2nd of January to pick up the product. When I returned on the 2nd the product wasn’t even started. In my head I was like man this place should be called Slowsigns instead of Fastsigns. Well here is what Josh did. Josh initially gave me a good deal as far as price when he didn’t have to. Josh knew how bad I needed my product when I returned so he told me he would have his guy jump on it and he would drive up to my job that was about 10 minutes away to deliver it to me. I understand during the holidays people may look over things and people go on vacations so work is going to be behind. I could’ve called for a follow up. Maybe if it wasn’t the holiday season there wouldn’t had been a delay but I’m not sure but I’m looking at the bigger picture. But Josh save the day. Because of Josh I’ll be a repeat customer. I normally don’t write reviews but Josh went through many steps to make his customer satisfied.

I was very pleased at the early delivery, sign quality, and professional staff that took the order. The signs were a big hit!! These were for a multi family garage and estate sale in the Texas Hill Country. Many of the visitors remarked about the signs and indicated that this was the reason they took the time to seek out the locations.....we sold out of almost everything in 6 hours!!!

I needed five posters made for my company that we would use for demos with customers. Fast Signs had a great price for printing, so I figured I would go ahead and have them laminate the signs as well (even though $12 per poster for lamination is a bit outlandish).I was told when I placed the order that they would be done the next day. They were not. The day AFTER I was finally able to pick them up, but the posters had not been laminated. One of the employees said that he would laminate them and deliver them to my office (great, or so I thought). He asked me what type of lamination I wanted, and I didnt even know there WERE different types, but I explained that we would be using these for demos, so I wanted them protected from spills.When he dropped the posters off at my office, he left them with the receptionist and I was not given an opportunity to inspect them before he left. The posters were only laminated on ONE side! How would that protect them?! For $12, I thought I should get what I wanted -- a FULL lamination job. I called and asked to speak with the manager, but he was busy and would call me back. Never happened.I will NOT be using this company (in ANY location) again, for personal or business purposes. Office Max is my new poster-printing local. The teachers store will be my lamination headquarters. Save money (and a headache) that way.
