We got a new king mattress from David at the state fair and he gave us a great discount but what he doesn’t know is that we had previously been at the inside display for mattress firm looking at a cheaper mattress but the guys in there weren’t like David so we ended up spending more money on a much better mattress with him. Had them deliver a mattress to my grandmother this morning and let me tell you, their service was AMAZING! I wish I knew the names of the gentlemen that came because they saw how my grandmother is handicapped and they went beyond to set the mattress up for her! Whoever delivered to her this morning-thank you guys so much, yall are AWESOME!!!!! After this experience, will definitely recommend and continue to use them!

Customer service treats you like the customer is providing a service and they are doing you a favor. Zero communication, just commands to follow that aren’t well delivered.

Exchanged a bed under warranty at the warehouse today and it only took only 10-15 minutes. Great customer service. I wish I could say the same from the store though. It took two visits to finish the paperwork do to inexperience.

All 4 mattress stores in the Knox and Henderson area are all owned by one company. Over priced and no returns. I would trust a used car dealer more. I purchased a mattress and adjustable mattress frame, I do like the mattress and the Masters frame but I feel I overpaid double of what its worth.

Picked up load at Sherwood SW side..never again..10hr in dock for BS load..not 1 penny of detention paid..was better off staying at truck stop instead that dock

Worse place to work, they are very unprofessional, when my husband had to take off of work because I had to have surgery then I needed to go to hospital due to a head injury and he presented the correct documents they asked for they used that against him to fire him. Not to mention in the last 2 weeks over 4 people have quit because of the lack of proper management, and when the employees try to go up the chain of command to report the issue they get back lash when they go back to work. Seems like they only want to have Hispanics working there because they dont treat them the same way they treat the white, and black workers. So beware you dont want to work there...
