I entered the salon not knowing what I wanted. I wanted a new hair color, but I also wanted to embrace my natural hair. Michael is such an amazing hair stylist. I sat down and pulled out the many pictures of things I didn’t want and yet not exactly knowing what I wanted to do with my hair. Michael quickly suggested two tones of dark brown. I loved them!After the weekend, I got my hair done and I have never felt so confident before in my life! Michael did such a great job! The hair dye was perfect for my sensitive scalp. The baby lights look so fancy and made me wear my hair down again. Words aren’t enough to express how happy I am with my new darker look. I love it so much!First picture is from before. Just came back from getting my hair done here! LOVE IT! Jessica was so nice and super helpful while she did my hair. It was a long journey getting here, from my house, but so worth it. All the staff in there was super nice too. I wish I could give them a thousand stars but Im only allowed 5. But thanks very much for everything. Cant wait to go back!

I really enjoyed this salon everyone is very kind. Ive always been scared of the salon but Amy the stylist was very nice and made me feel comfortable. She listened to me and gave me suggestions as well as some really good pointers. She definitely didnt lead me in the wrong direction and I appreciate that. Rebecca, the receptionist, was honest and worked with me on getting an appointment that fit into my schedule perfectly. Highly recommend Waves & Ripples!

Walked in today to get pricing. everyone seemed really nice. I spoke to Brian about covering my gray and blending my hair color. He was able to fit me in on a busy Friday. Love my hair!! Will be back soon . Thx

Im so happy to have found this salon. Chanel, who has been doing my haircut and highlights, is superb and based on watching some of the other stylists work on customers, Id say they are all experienced, very talented, friendly and accommodating. The salon is clean and very professional, yet comfortable and welcoming. Highly recommend.

OMG I am so blown away from how professional they were. As a walk-in, i figured i would have to wait. They made sure i was comfortable. Cookies, water, coffee or wine. Brian and Manuela did everything possible to make my hair come out how i wanted it. They took their time, you can definitely tell how dedicated they are to their craft. Im so happy I found them through a Google search. Im definately coming back. Im so happy

1st time here, found Waves & Ripples through an online search. I needed a new stylist. My appointment was scheduled with Brian. I have to say I was blown away, the place was professional and beautiful. The staff friendly and accommodating. Brain did an amazing job I am so pleased and cant wait to go back.

Very nice, high end, comfortable and friendly. Michael has cut my hair since shortly after they opened, several years now. Consistent haircuts, customer service plus theyve always accommodated my hectic schedule to keep me looking like I never need a haircut.

I went in for my first appointment today and I am extremely happy with my cut, highlights, treatment and style. Chanel was my stylist and she was very personable and recommended styles most flattering for me. I was very relaxed and comfortable. I highly recommend this salon and Chanel.

So bad experience. I ended paying $160.00 to somebody else to fixed my hair dane in this place.

Disappointed that I wasnt high enough up on my stylist it list to keep my appointment. My appointment (after having it for six weeks) was cancelled because she overbooked herself. I wont be back.

All staff are very friendly, do everything they can to squeeze in walk ins and find the most decent price for you
