My visit was for the printer, which was down. I did not learn of this until after I ordered my drinks. They asked what tip I would like to give 18% or 20%. Because of the bad service, I said 10%. The girl Christina that took my order said she couldnt do the math on 10%. Then I told them the printer that had no note was down. They advised before I gave my order that they knew nothing of how the printer works. Its literally one printer, managed by a different company. $11.00 later and I didnt accomplish what my original goal was and my drink wasnt that spectacular. I suggest hiring people that manage your money to know at least 5th grade math and have some common sense.

The employees are very kind and was very helpful. I was surprised that something like this is available especially so close to home. It was quick and easy im very satisfied and my daughter loved the strawberry shortcake smoothie 😊Thank you
