This is a great place for granite! I needed a small piece for a fireplace project and the staff was very knowledgeable about the materials and very helpful in choosing the perfect piece. They cut the piece to fit my template perfectly. The prices are very reasonable. You can have granite for much less than you might think!

These guys did a great job cutting my existing countertop so I could put a wider refrigerator in. Bigger businesses shrugged me off because I wasnt trying to get a full installation done. TG&G scheduled me the next day at a very reasonable price. In less than an hour they were done, with no mess left behind. They even pushed my new refrigerator back into place to make sure it would fit. Highly recommend!!

Don’t waste your time to look for remnants here. I was looking for 2 pieces of remnants for bathroom vanity top without sink cut sizes are 46x22 and 49x22 and we found an exact size remnant for that. They want to charge $999 which I can get at least one full new slab with that price.

This is the second time we’ve purchased from Texas Granite & Tile, granite both times. The first was during a bathroom remodel in August 2020, so it was a relatively small job and one that I handled mostly myself. They were recommended to me then, so I provided the sink/faucet information to them, and they cut and polished the granite; easy-breezy!We started a kitchen remodel the next month, and they sent someone out to take measurements and draft a schematic of those measurements, but before we could select our granite, we had a death in the family, and the kitchen project got put on hold; then we started the holidays, so that delayed us even further. Well, we decided to go ahead and restart the project, and called the company up. They still had our original measurements and everything! The next afternoon, we went in and selected our granite and all of the finishing options. The very next afternoon, two installers (Moises and Gustavo) installed our granite in about three hours.While installing, they took the time to tell us why they were doing things a certain way, which was very helpful and appreciated!

Ana was very patient with us as we tried to make our choice. She worked around our schedule to pick the right day for us. The guys came in and had our counters installed in one day. Look great and we are very happy.

We have had installed counter tops with Texas Granite and tile for the 5th time and every time they have amazed us with their service! Excellent work and customer service! Anna is very good to work with, she’s flexible and responds very quickly! We are happy with them and they always would be our first choice for any granite work!

We were in a bit of a bind as our original contractor didnt work out, and we needed counter-tops for 2 separate bathrooms in a hurry. We visited Bridget at the showroom on Monday morning, they did the templates Monday afternoon, and the installation was completely finished by mid-day Tuesday. Pretty awesome - thats practically a 24-hour turnaround. Also the installers were very professional too. Good experience from start to finish. All that, and they were even cheaper than the original contractor.

The workmanship was great! Service was very helpful, they will take the time to go over the final contract where you agree or disagree prior moving forward and also have a 1 year warranty. I’m a returning customer and they have helped us with a few houses by now. They are pretty busy sometimes so make sure you tell them what you want at the beginning to avoid delays coordinating contractors if you want anything else besides granite.My overall experience has been great!!

Lily was excellent to work with. You can tell she knows the business. After taking the time to understand my needs and make the counter top and sink selections, a man was sent to take measurements. As he was measuring, he offered some suggestions like adding the granite to the window sill. I hadnt thought of that and it was a great idea! Next came the installation. They sent 2 men out who worked quickly, efficiently and kept the place clean. We had issue with one of the cuts. I didnt even need to get involved, they acknowledged and addressed. Top notch, all the way around! Highly recommend Texas Granite!

Our experience with Texas Granite & Tile was exceptional from the initial contact all the way through the installation. Bridget in Sales is amazing! She helped us select an affordable granite countertop to go with our home color scheme which has not only added value to our home but creates a modern look. We priced other companies and soon realized that Texas Granite offered by far the best pricing option as well as product selection. Bridget worked with our budget and was very understanding and patient with my indecisiveness. Installation went well and was quick. We thought it would be an all day project but the team came out a couple days early to create the layout and on the day of installation they were able to complete the project within a few hours. Our kitchen transformation is remarkable! We will definitely be back to upgrade our bathroom countertops and flooring next.

We had a new vanity installed and Texas Granite came out to install counter tops. They left a huge mess in the bathroom and globs of epoxy on the vanity. I called and sent photos. They sent guys out to fix the issues. They picked the epoxy off and colored in the holes with a SHARPIE MARKER! I have called and called no response until we email the company. They send another guy out who covers one of the marks with brown paint and leaves... Be very cautious when using the company. The quality and craftsmanship is poor at best.

Just saw one of the drivers at Home Depot off Parker and Custer back in to a pick up truck and then take off at 6pm on August 3rd 2020. Avoid this unprofessional unethical company at all costs!

They took great care of us and had very great pricing

We went into the store to pick out counter tops. Our first clue should have been the lack of air conditioning, but that happens. Our order was pretty straight, we went with the suggestions of our coordinator that is supposed to know about sinks and such. Well instead of a kitchen size sink, we got bar sinks, so small. Also, our counters are white and the grout line is not pure white. My polite husband called them and got cussed out by Bridget, our rep. Our contractor called and got cussed out too. I WOULD NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Apparently they do not honor their work or own up to mistakes they made. Do not use them or not Bridget. We never received any calls from the manager, the shop manager agreed with us on site but not according to the sales rep. anyway, we have small sinks which we have confirmed would be an easy fix for a countertop company and an ugly grout line. Thanks for nothing.

Listen to the reviews. We were trying to have backsplash installed. They have the measurements. After calling our rep L multiple times I was told she would call back in 10 minutes....that happened FOUR TIMES. There are too many other resources for granite and tile to have to put up with this. Stay away.

You get what you pay for..... granite was great and price was competitive, but service and professionalism... terrible. They do not back up their product or their work. I had 3 baths and kitchen counters to replace, they came, installed said they would be back to clean up the rest. After 2 weeks of phone calls and them saying we are coming to pick up their mess... they never did. Left old counters and mess from cutting granite on driveway and in my bushes. A few days later my kitchen sink fell off (it was undermounted) when I looked at how they glued it on, they just put a few globs of glue and silicone, nothing else. I called, they said they warranty their work, made an appt. Never showed up. After that they never answered my calls. Horrible horrible place.

Their measurement was way off and they did a force fit of the counter top. The counter corners are now broken. To fit the wrong counter top, they pushed the counters so hard that there is now a gap between the floor tile and where cabinet edge used to be.They also cut one edge of the granite too long and it extends into the stove opening, practically making the stove opening smaller.They have not only damaged the floor tiles due to cabinets being shifted but also left the cabinets damaged. Basically, do not trust their measurements and workmanship.

We used this company for the granite in our kitchen remodel. Everything went well. We went back and purchased granite and planned to purchase shower glass for our bathroom remodel. We installed the granite on the vanities ourselves and were told to call when we were ready for the shower install. We have called and texted several times over the past 3-4 weeks and Lily refuses to call us back. The one time we did get her on the phone she promised to call back same day and we still haven’t heard from her. Not sure what’s happening over there but they clearly do not provide good customer service not do they value repeat business.

Avoid, major headache from beginning to end. Terrible customer service and communication. Didnt show up or call when they said they would. Product installed unlevel and incorrect hole size. Like pulling teeth to get them back to fix there terrible work, which they still havent done. For me, its a no.

Only giving 1 star because I had to. Did not catch bad reviews because I seen this truck in my neighborhood 2 times. So I called on Saturday to get information on granite for counters lady was very impatient to talk kept telling me to drive to their location to look, even chuckled and said I need to put you on hold I have a customer! Ok, so I waited another younger lady I speak to and she basically said we dont really know until they come out and do a estimate. I said ok then sceduled for Monday 11-11:30 finally after checking times twice and so Monday is here no one showed no one called, its after 11:30 and the lady I spoke to had knowledge of my appt whatsoever!!! I told her so far I am very concerned with customer service thus far and will be looking elsewhere, she began to fumble well hang on let me see and I stopped her right there mam no at this point your company we just dont trust thank you. So yeah after seeing these reviews thank the lord they did not show up!

I am a sales associate /Designer at Texas Granite &Tile and not only do we take pride in our Workman ship we also value our customers . If were wrong we have no problem with fixing the issue.Im not going to feed in to these negative ratings just know if we have been in business for over 20 plus years and still install 4 kitchens a day we must be doing something right ! Most of these bogus ratings are from customers who didnt want to pay and will try anything not to pay !
