One of the best watermelon drinks I have had, its creamy, yet light in sweetness!Ive been digging myself into a hole trying to find some good cake recently and got their Raspberry Mousse Cake ($7-8~) and it was FROZEN when I got it. Im not sure if people eat cake with a fork or spoon, please let me know so I dont embarrass myself at a wedding, but my plastic fork tip broke trying to take a jab at the cake. I took it home to try when it defrosts but it was a pretty disappointing cake, kinda watery filling and slightly dry cake.My parents loved the mango drink, so I do not question any further.this is my 2nd time going to a mango mango, other time 4 years back in plano and I told myself I would never go back but this one in carrollton was open pretty late so I caved in.
Mang Mango is a place that lets you get past your guilt into sheer happiness. We tried the A1, A8, the Crepe Cake, the Sundae, etc. The Crepe Cake was by far the best. So much that i couldnt get a proper pic of the whole piece 😅😅 Would definitely want to try the bubble tea next time and wait to taste the items during a non Mango season too...
Wanna try something different with Desert. This is the place for Mango Lovers. Loved the food and Ambiance
This place has a lot of dessert and drink choices that are not just mango. Not all items are in stock, but the ones we ordered taste really good! We ordered the Oreo crepe cake slide and the signature milk tea drink (25% sugar). Both have the just-right sweetness, I really enjoy them. The price is on the higher side in my opinion, but I would still come back for the food. The interior design is super cute and comfy; however, the AC is way too cold - if you plan to sit here for a long time, bring a jacket with you. Restroom doesnt seem to be available right now.
I had high hopes since a friend had shared one of the mille crepe cakes with me couple weeks back. Alas their menu is much smaller. A lot of items were not available. Ended up leaving without getting anything. I would have thought a Friday would have a decent stock of items for the weekend
Really sad to rate 1 star but unlike other locations weve been to this one definitely is lacking. First off, the menus they had were not the same each one had different items crossed off as longer available. They advertise bubble waffle but when we asked they said they dont do it. We asked about black sesame dessert and was told it is a winter season only item, but it doesnt say that anywhere on their menus. When we asked what they did have they replied with only drinks.
Online says it closes at 12am but they actually start closing at 9:30pm to fully close at 10pm. When I went they were out of a lot of the items on their menu. I have actually been to the Plano location and would recommend to go there instead, the front counter staff was much friendlier and more attentive.
Foodwise its fine. Nothing really different from the other surrounding dessert places, no complaints. It was good, but my major issue is the wait. All the desserts came out partially melted because the wait was so very long. Other patrons left before us made complaints about their order and the group behind us had to split up so some of them after waiting an hour could just get what they ordered while the rest gave up and left. Our order was split up as they got them ready, but it seemed to have partially melted as each cup was overflowing with melted ice or cream. One person in our group had to leave an hour after we got there, and ordered some dessert to go. When it was ready, we noticed one item was incorrect and was told theyd correct it. That correction took so long that the person had to leave and we offered to wait. 1 and a half hours later. For a cake that should have already been made since we had only ordered a slice of it. Thats just crazy.
Went to the wrong place, this place is horrible. The guy in the back is the owner/ manager doesn’t know how to do customers service, just give me a not cook tapioca and refused to refund. The location in Plano is way much tastier and much more better…. I ended up throw all the drink i ordered cuz no tasted. So i know from now on, i willl go to Mango mango in Plano
So good. Go in and try something youve never heard of before. Expand your taste buds!
Mango Mango is a very well known brand for desserts. Among all the Mango Mango shops Ive tried, this one is the best! The fruits are very fresh. The desserts have just about right amount of sweetness. The delightful decoration and background music make it a great place to either just relax or work. The Mango pancake is my all time favorite.
Quiet honestly most choices on the menu are 5 out 5. You really can’t go wrong when you go to Mango Mango. Aside from the food the atmosphere and the staffs working are very friendly and accommodating! Great place to go with family and friends as they offer many games to play and pass time. Highly recommend going to any Mango Mango.
So refreshing, so good, so delightful. Mango Mango is my favorite dessert joint, they have a massive selection of mostly mango based desserts. If you go to eat there make sure to order the Mango Shaved Ice. The portion is massive and can easily feed a party of four. There are several locations around Dallas, if you hate mangos this is NOT the place for you, but if you are a mango lover like me, do yourself a favor and pay a visit you will have no regrets!
Really bad experience, mobile order makes us waiting over 40 minutes and told us haven’t started preparing. Take out order only very small cup, only half size and half up is ice. NEVER do take out. Plus the place is not clean.
This place is dead. Do not go! It says open at 1pm, but the cashier is there 1:10PM to open the door, and tell you wait another 10 minutes.
So very good 10 out of 10 must not try again
I had the mango crepe cake. Good lord was it good! In between each fluffy crepe layer, was a thin spread of mango cream. To top it off, they cover it with fresh mango and drizzle a sweet mango sauce on top. Its so good, itll make your mouth cry. Of course, if you dislike mango, they offer several other types of desserts. I plan on going back to try the other desserts soon! (After, I run 10 miles. Haha)
If I could leave zero stars I would . Customer service not what it’s supposed to be . Came in before 11 and they said If we wanted something it would have to be something simple to make because they have to clean up ... you close at 11 so what you have to clean up after you close is not the customers concern .
The dessert was good but the hostess was very short with us and did not do a great job explaining the menu.
Mango shaved ice was really good! Looking forward to trying the crepes soon.
Quite possibly the worst and slowest service imaginable. If youd like to experience true
We came here for their mango cake! Tasty! Also neat place to play board game with friends or family. The only thing that kinda inconvenience is they dont have restroom..
I liked this café because of the atmosphere and the basic but excellent pastries they served.
This place is everything about mango. You can so many desserts and icecreams mostly made with mango! Cute cafe and had a good experience! Not sure if this would be my fav spot. Gotta try one more to really come to a conclusion.
Bad customer service. We ordered the mango juice with mango and rice balls. They gave us a bowl full of mango slushy. When we asked about it, the lady said that’s how it is and that they make their mango juice out of slushy. Which is obviously not true.
The place for me was a let down.. we couldnt get anything, went with hot tea and all we got was mediocre tea bags.. at least pick some premium brand if you gonna charge 5 $ for a tea bag
In an effort to create the best experience, this dessert was well met. From the moment you walk in you see bright colors and a wholly inviting atmosphere. We ordered the strawberry mango with Nutella and coconut ice cream. The aim was to be different but familiar and boy was it delicious. Fresh made waffle, nectary sweet fruit and precise coconut flavor that had the creamy finish you want with ice cream. If given the choice Id go back .
The mille crepes are to die for! I love durian so of course I got the durian crepes. Our group got mango sundaes and other mango desserts and were all happy with what came out. I took off one star for the attitude I was given by the girl at the check out. It was our first time there and we didnt know we needed to return the dishes so she was giving us an attitude while telling us You need to put the dishes back. We would if we knew and the sign was bigger.
They are always out of everything, by everything I mean their most popular items. The mango pancakes and the mango mile crepes. I don’t understand why they don’t make more to begin with if they always run out HOURS before closing. They have this new rule that you must order the single orders for mango pancakes in advance for the weekend Friday/Saturday’s. So they don’t have it available any other time now unless you buy it in 1/2 dozen quantities. This is pretty messed up since they advertise mango everything and never seem to have it ready or available. Also the rule states “new items” need preordering, and again the mango pancakes are NOT a new item. They need better service. Sad to say I’ll have to start shopping all the way in Plano for the same items that COULD be down the street from my house. Not cool, if I could give this a zero star I would. Items are delicious but it’s the service and product availability that kills their score completely.
Great dessert but not a friendly staff, always busy so must about the availability.
The staff was pretty stand offish. Like the guy didnt seem to want to be there? The other guy wasnt very welcoming either. They also didnt have over half of the menu and werent willing to help you find something.I ended up just choosing the strawberry cream slush so I didnt leave empty handed. It was good but I probably wont go back due to the lack of options and the staff. Sad because it looks like a cute place.
Please don’t support them, they yelled at their employee in front of customers and they also don’t have a restroom for customer? You would think most desert place would have free waters for their customer, this place will tell you to pay a dollar .. their food isn’t that amazing neither and kinda over priced.
Lovely place to hangout with family/friends while playing board/card games and enjoying some of their mango flavored desserts and drinks. Please maintain distancing and masks when possible.
Rude cashier thinks it’s okay to mock customers
The slush and boba drinks are really good.Space is kinda small so you may have trouble finding seating when its busy.
The place is a little sad, but the crepes are very good
This place is such a disappointment, its incredibly frustrating. The cafe itself is quite cute, dessert selection is interesting and they come out very tasty and presented well. However, the biggest issue is the staff.I have come here countless times over the last several years, and the staff are rude and unwelcoming every single time. I thought maybe I was catching them on a bad day here and there and wanted to be understanding, but its clear after so long thats not the case. They are completely unwelcoming and rude, making you feel as if they cant wait for you to be gone. Its quite shocking, and I hate that something like this is the case for an otherwise fine little dessert spot.Maybe their other locations are friendly? This one however, is far from that.
They are always out of most of their popular items from their menu. The guy at the front desk is so arrogant and disrespectful. No point in going when they don’t have the food and respect towards their customers.
Hello everyone i know your thinking bad things about this place but listen i been working here for about almost 2 years and yes we use fresh mango and fresh real fruit and are prices are cheap so if you think i am lying then come to mango mango and we as staff will tell you more and we are NOT rude or disrespectful and we have great services, we dont even ask for tips so please STOP THINKING THAT!!! from your truly kymari neaveh bryant
If your a mango lovers then this is the place for you guys, very delicious.
The store was out of almost every dessert on their menu at around mid afternoon on a Sunday. This I found odd as they had just opened for the day, but not a huge deal. What was really disappointing was how rude the server was. She was actively hostile towards me, refusing to repeat herself about which desserts were unavailable and staring at me angrily instead. It was super shocking, as I had been nothing but polite towards her the entire time. The cook (boss?) was sitting a few feet back from her in the kitchen staring down at his phone during the whole encounter, didn’t look up once or assist in any way. The whole atmosphere was extremely unprofessional. I was the only customer in there, and I don’t see them staying in business for much longer with this kind of service.
Normally I adore this cafe, and have never had any problems before. Today however was different. I am understanding when mistakes are made, but when service is bad and there is no apology it is upsetting. My group of three arrived shortly after it opened and it took us over half an hour just to get one tea. Then they informed us the waffle maker was broken. okay no big deal, we’ll get a crepe instead. but then they up-charged us and wanted us to pay the difference since the crepe was $2 more than the waffle. Really? After all the hassle you want us to pay more? Not thrilled. When they brought our dessert out it was the wrong one and the girl tried to insist we ordered something else, despite the fact that I clearly pointed to the item when ordering and gave her specifics. I would only come back if service improves. The treats are fantastic but they weren’t worth it today :(
Food is delicious and the staff is amazing
I was there last night, the server at evening was Very unprofessional and he was in hurry. Business like this should look after the customers.
Good people
I have been eating mango mango from a few years now . But this branch is just waste of money. Its no even mango mango. MANGO MANGO at plano is best .I got an a2 and they gave crushed ice with mango flavor. We are got mango strawberry slush, its awful
My friends asked me to meet them here for dessert. We were not disappointed. The food is amazing! Delicious. Sweet but not overbearingly so.
Omg so tasty and so worth it. Hit the spot. Not too sweet and so much delicious mango
Would give this place zero stars if possible. Both of the Togo mango sundaes were given without the chocolate wafers which is the only thing my daughter wanted to eat. Luckily I noticed that right away after leaving the store and went back to get them. Later upon opening the containers I realized there were hardly 3-4 mango chunks in each sundae.
Out of the popular desserts and closed almost an hour before their actual closing time. Go to the Plano location.
Have always loved their desserts.. Theyre really consistent with the flavors and quality! Their Mango mile crepe cake is the bomb!!
We went here for an after school date with our daughter and really enjoyed the atmosphere (minus the really bad rap music that had a lot of cursing in it). We had the waffle ice cream sandwich and it was delicious! We love everything mango so this place was perfect for us! They have the cutest decor and games to play as a family. Will definitely be coming back to enjoy more on their menu.
Bad People. Less sanitizer. Taste is so weird compare to other Mango Mango stores.
The best!
Went there at 9.30pm today to find out it was closed.
Nothing too special. For a mango focused cafe, it doesnt have a strong mango flavor. They do however have a a lot in the menu and the tea has strong tastes and aroma. But to me mango mango is just mango.
Worst Serving. They Dont know how to prepare recipes and Dishes. They are not giving real mango mango dishes.
Worst customer care. People are so rude here. Not quality products.
It is okay, but not fresh made. My wife got spoiled coconut milk on her order
Went here on a whim and wound up totally loving it! Its absolutely adorable, and so cozy. Perfect cute little cafe experience. They have board and card games for you to play, and hot tea by the pot. The mango mille crepe cake was amazing.
Awesome dessert. Loved mango sundae. service is slow..The server forgot to keep our order in the system so had to remind them. But I guess that may happen once in a while..I enjoyed it.
I had bought hot milk tea and the cup seems flimsy and when I picked the cup up to drink (I sat with my family and friends in the restaurant) the cover of the cup popped and flew out and the tea pour on me and my clothes. I needed napkins as I felt it was hot and my hubby ran to get napkins at the front counter but all of them were too busy so he ran to the restroom but it had a long line so I waved at my hubby and said come back and I then went to the front cashier to ask for a small cup of TAP water and some napkins. The manager lady (I think her name was Jenny) had a disgusted face and asked me what I needed, I told what had happened and she told me this “I’m sorry we don’t give water but you have to buy a bottled water” and then she continued by saying “we don’t have cups”. But I saw on the right of the cashier there were stacked transparent plastic cups! The store was packed and I didn’t want to say anything so I went back to my table and told my friends and family what Jenny said and they were shocked after knowing the manager knew the hot tea had poured on me. Then I stood in line for the restroom and quickly got some water on a napkin and wiped myself. Then I went back to my table and picked my cup of hot milk tea again and the cover popped up again and the tea almost poured on me again luckily this time not much spilled because I was aware after the first time. Then I took the whole thing to the cashier and I asked for the manager and I told her the reason the hot tea poured on me was because the cup has a defect and showed her exact how it happened with the cup and she looked like she couldn’t care less what happened but she said these exact words “oh, I’ve already told the management but they are not doing anything about it and I don’t know what to do, if you want you can call the management and deal with it”. And I told her she couldn’t give me even some tap water to wipe the hot tea off myself and then she lies to me saying “it’s our POLICY not to give water”, if it’s policy, then why did she say they don’t have cups to give away water?Ok I thought she will give me a new empty cup to pour my tea in and throw away the defected cup but no she didn’t ask me or offer to replace the cup. I told her I’m not calling the management and the next thing she did while I was talking is she rudely turned around and continued doing what she was doing and kept me talking and then I told her I don’t need this tea anymore and left the defected cup with tea on the cashier counter and walked out.Very very rude, arrogant and disgusting Manager. So let me tell you something, I’m not going back to your store bcos there are many more tea places that are pleasant to their customers that I can always go too. I will pass the nasty encounter I had at mango mango desert to all my college friends and family. If it goes on, you are going to lose your customers. Read all your reviews everyday so if you see someone complaining please take action asap and not ignore it because your store is deemed to close down in time. The worst thing that a manager didn’t do is apologize. She did not say “I’m so sorry this has happened “
Bad customer service and they speak rude to the customers with quality less products.
Its mango heaven!! The deserts are so delicious that some of them even seem healthy... unfortunately I know its not. If you like mango stop by and try it! If you love mango ITS A MUST!
I love their crepe cakes. They all fresh made everyday. The fruit inside of the cake are fresh. Each slice is huge and soft. It just enough of the sweetness to me. I love it!!!!
Very tasty deserts with healthy options. Highly recommend Mango Mango. Board games are available and seems like a nice game night kind of place
Worst experience ever! Employee was rude when I asked politely to get an exchange or refund because the hot dessert they recommended had a bad taste! This was my first time trying this dessert but I was a mistake. Had no idea it was that bad. If you are going to this place for the first time beware and make sure you get a GOOD recommendation before you get anything! At the end I didnt get to eat anything and worst of all I was able to get any refund!!
As soon as we walked in, we were great by someone in the back tell them were closed.... Really, its 30 mins before yall close. When we get to the counter, the Caucasian girl said, the wait is 35 mind and not sure if we can take your order cuz the group before yall is a large order, then the employees proceed to ignore us. Piss poor customer service. Will definitely not be coming back. If I could give negative stars I would.
